Was there less than 30 minutes...walked out new Iphone XR...with service..$304....the best

Bridget cox was the woman I was talkingTo and she was EXTREMELY rude. I asked her about the best phone for the best price and she acted like she had better things to do then to help me. Don’t go when Bridget is working she’s a very rude lady.

Went to get a hotspot! Great price at $80 +tax for the box then $55 for 100gb. So for $170 tax and all its a great price.

Went to Cricket today. Good at the door 4 at least 5 minutes past the opening time waiting to get in only for the manager to be running late. She was quite helpful and picking out phones but didnt bother telling me about extra fees until the very end which could have saved us both a lot of time because I decided to not shop with them.

Everybody I talked to in the store knew what they were talking about. They were very helpful at suggesting good phones for reasonable prices. I havent bought anything from the actual store. I am planning on purchasing a phone from the store very soon. Its time to upgrade my phone. My current cricket phone has lasted 5 years though. Ive had a Cricket phone for about 5 years now. Ive never gone anywhere where Ive had bad service. Ive been all over the state with my phone, and I havent had bad service yet except in Big Sandy...

The best phone experience ever since switching from straight talk! I always feel very welcomed by all the workers & they always make sure I leave with a fix phone! These girls really know what they are doing, especially my girl bridget!

Always a pleasure going in talking to the girls. They are so knowledgeable on all the latest cell phones and dont mind taking the time to discuss your options. I look forward to just going in and talking about what is new and even if my cell is acting up they listen and we try to work it out. I enjoy my service and the saving.

This store does not have enough employees, I usually have to wait a long time to be waited on. Other customers in there said the same thing, it is a ongoing problem. The owner/operator is trying to run the store without enough employees, obviously for financial reasons.

Went in shop back in December to just ask questions bout service was told had get phone then due mobile nation going out business if wanted keep same number, which I told lady she was wrong. I left found out I was right so I went back on January 5 due fact had till the 6th at midnight to keep same number an again the lady said I could not keep number mobile nation not releasing anymore which she never tried an basically was to lazy due her job, but I wanted use this service due to tower at lake area so I went home ordered 2 phones with my current numbers an amazingly within two working days I had the phones with my original numbers. Hope she didn’t cost cricket to many customers due to being a liar and or lazy. If not for her I give 5 stars. Figured I share my experience .

The past few times I went in there they were hateful toward me and promised to give me a call back about what phones they were getting on the truck and never did

,I really didnt like the store in Paris Tennessee I bought a new phone from there f0r over $200.00 and it keeps on messing up on me and didnt have it for a week and took it back to the store were I bought it and the were not nice at all and I have insurance on it and all they wanted to do for me was for me to give me $50.00 for my phone and me pay the difference to get me another phone and I told them that I had sizzers and 3 girls and I couldnt be without a phone and they said break it and you could get another one but I would still have to pay the difference and I kept on telling them I couldnt be without a phone and they seen my phone messing up well I ended up in the hospital and was air leafed to the hospital and was shocked twice because I had a sizzer there and know I have really bad head aches and my glasses costed me $600.00 and they was got broken at the store and I had To be put on life support
