I want you to know that Cora was exceptional very helpful 👌 at Clarksville store and has a wonderful reports with the public. I highly recommend her for this job.I never received my survey so I type it here !!.

Went in this morning to pay my moms phone bill, and this has been the worst customer service ever.. if you ask for the NAME on the account and the phone number, and I give those two things to you.. HOW? How do you charge for a whole different account? The METRO PCS store on clarksville st is a NO GO. Because if you are going to be in charge of a store then OWN up to your actions as the store manager and representatives of the company . The ladies at the Lamar location are very professional and understanding and Im grateful they were willing to help us,because the other store has been a nightmare. If I could rate it with Zero stars I would.

They refuse to take your money if you dont have a mask & do not provide them either.. if your gonna make ppl wear a mask at least provide them..... I tried to contact owner but to no response.. Ill pay my bill on pay pal from now on & save a few bucks

EXTREMELY rude and pushy woman with a pink and blue tye-dyed face mask completely put me off of buying anything through this store, Ill update my phone somewhere else or with a new carrier.

The professional I talked to was inquisitive, burrowing down politely but tenaciously to reveal my problems/issues & to uncover my real needs. She was intelligent, honest, thorough. I found out MetroPCS’s owned by T-Mobile. Unless I had my “family” group w/me there was not a super-competitive plan & the administrative switch-related headaches would be horrendous. And it’s a no-no for 1 to poach from the other’s customer pool. Didn’t get competitive pricing. This is another time “daughter-knows-best!”☎ The Clarksville St. stores clean, organized, well-stocked, & more importantly ↝ cool.☎ MetroPCS was my 1st phone-shop stop.☎ Of course they use T-Mobile’s new powerful network. Big +.

The CSRs were friendly and talkative. I got a great phone at a great price. The service is excellent. Very pleased

I went to purchase a phone through through them. Biggest mistake ever. The lady who helped me wasnt answering my questions just started pulling out the phone. Made my payment and left. My phone wasnt working all day so had to go back. The lady who works nights was helpful at first but when was told no insurance on phone, she tried keeping the $6 instead of being honest and just refunding me. Yes its only $6 but can get my baby diapers with that. Anyways horrible customer service and very rude employees. Next time want to start cursing out a customer when they have to wait outside for your mistake, make sure they have completely left the premises.
