Employees are helpful as well as knowledgeable with location of products! Actually, my previous visit was incredible. The employee walked with me to the direction I was asking about! She was busy, and I usually avoid situations where Im a bothersome customer, asking questions. However, the experience I had was extremely valuable to the human code of ethics! Thank you to all of Walmart staff!!

I dont know what has happened to Walmart. I went to pick up a prescription for my granddaughter, and the Pharmacy decided not to answer the phone at 4:40pm, which it is normally open until 7pm. I called the whole into town 20 min ride...no one answered..We got there, a note at the register of the Pharmacy... Effect 10/23/2021 to 11/2021 hours 9-5pm Mon thru Sat..closed Sunday.. Last time for me. Most of the people are very nice, one of the Mid aged blonde Pharmacist had a real attitude. They could have answered the phone, I would have ask the doctor to call it somewhere else. I had a granddaughter with Strep Throat.. I called the doctor the next day, sent it to Antlers Pharmacy.. great experience there.Walmart is not for America anymore....they are for Walmart only.

Just don’t go here. Self checkout is a nightmare with 200 people self checking and 3 employees helping. To correct an error made by the helper 10 min wait. Spend more elsewhere. Just go elsewhere. Ps the very nice human that helped us told us to get over it and call Mr. Walmart. Customer service win.

All Walmart supercenters are about the same. A few different choices here and there but still those great prices though. You get what you get Vibes!

Good to have since all of our mom and pop shops have been scooted over to make room for parking lots. Some of us old timers would rather pay a little more and drive a little less and shop at our family businesses where we can pay local taxes and support our small towns.

Have lots of things to pet supply, food, house decor, music merchandise, video game devices and supply, and even a toy and makeup section!!

I did not get everything i ordered when i called about this issue. They did not want to refund my money. And said they did not have the items in stock. Pretty easy to find stuff, I got everything I wanted and the self checkout areas are much easier and faster than they have been. I got through my shopping even faster than I expected.

Went to the store today. You are now your own cashier. I need an employee discount with profit sharing. The squealing from their horrible stocking cart almost almost me caused me to have a seizure. Im not being dramatic. Im being serious! Walmart get it together! TARGET PLEASE HELP PARIS TEXAS!

I went to this store to buy some bikes for my kids and every bike that was on the rack had a problem with it. It was assembled by tards terrible work will never buy a bike from this Walmart while this company is assembling their bikes. Management sucks too can never find one who knows what they are talking about.

I miss the open 24hrs. I work long hours so I dont have much time to shop after running arrons.

Rude staff, horrible customer service, shelves mostly empty and always out of items I need. Cashiers cram as much as they can into a bag that causes the bags to rip if you carry it and if you try to ask them to not put so much into a bag at once they get hateful to you. They wont have more than 2 cashiers open at a time to force customers to go to the self check out. Can never get a manager on the phone when you try to call. This store used to be decent but its horrible now. If I could give zero stars I would.

If you love checking yourself out this is the place for you. If you want someone to check you out don’t ask Kathy to help. I told her I don’t work for Walmart. She needed help locating the price of a watermelon. I suggested she type watermelon instead of melon and she informed me I should learn to check. News for her I know how just don’t feel shoppers should be treated like employees without a discount. Ended up complaining to manager and Kathy following me yelling at me. Bad experience. No checkout lanes open at all.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. They never have anything you need in stock, their employees are extremely rude, the store is in terrible shape as you can tell employees don’t care. Do I need to talk about their 50 self checkouts!!! Majority of employees are pd to stand around to talk and be on their phone. I’m disabled and you can never even get a motorized cart. I go to other Walmarts where the employees are friendly and the store is nice and stocked and wonder what happened to this one. Whoever manages this store needs to be fired cause he’s lost total control of it.

Went in specifically for 2 items. Found what I needed even though they were out of a lot. The Chiggerex is a MUST have if you get bit like me. Nothing else I tried worked so I bought this as a last resort. Thank God Walmart had it. I can’t buy it back home. Clean store. Lots of lanes to check out

Theyre out of way too many things now. I remember a time when Wal-Marts ordering system wasnt electronically based on the previous years orders and you could actually find all of the things you needed when you went to the store not to mention the lack of live checkers. Mr Walton would take a whooping stick to whoever is running his wonderful empire into this techno age, horribly ran, scantily stocked farce of a store.

Wal-Mart always has sells and aisles easy to get around i walk with a stick so need room to maneuver.

I love the Paris Walmart. Although a lot of people talk bad about it and its employees, its actually really great. If you show respect and have a good attitude towards the workers theyre gonna respond with the same energy. Many people that talk bad about it are basically just Karens and Kevins wanting everything theyre way. To all the employees at Paris Walmart i just want to say i love you guys and thank you for all you do!

Terrible management, most employees are ok & some are just awful. Been to many Wal-Mart stores in the south and this one is one of the very worst. Unfortunately no one cares so just go to Kroger. Better meats, vegetables, coffee selection and the management is great!

Gas station attendant was very nice and helpful. But I am being billed twice on my charges at the Murphys station. And though it was crowded inside the line was fast.

We have been going to this Walmart for some time now. We have never been disappointed. Always have been helped with questions or finding products. Everyone is so nice and welcoming that we go out of our way to visit this specific location! Thank you Walmart

Once AGAIN (yesterday) my grocery delivery never showed up. Can’t get anyone on the phone to ask about it. Delivery scheduled between 4-5 pm. Received message around 5:30 pm that they were “running behind”. Never heard another word. Tried to find customer service number ... no grocery numbers listed. Called and had associate transfer me to them. I was ON HOLD FOR 17 minutes and finally hung up. Tried calling back no answer at all. Very unhappy. If they don’t have respect for my time and money I will take my money elsewhere!!!Usually if I stick with early morning deliveries there are less issues. Afternoon deliveries they either don’t leave the store or are stolen by their drivers. True story!Money still on hold. Watching my bank account. If they charge me they will have to deal with me IN PERSON and I really don’t think they want that.

The associates are fine. Its the redesign of the store that has me not going there anymore. The shelving is going different directions, products are not in typical locations you find at other stores. There is not an easy way to get from front of store to rear if store without going down several different isles. A lot of the shelves are still empty. They have only a few people to check you out, but lots and lots of self checkouts. Bad for people who have a basket full of items. No one wants to check out after paying the high prices. Plus a lot of older people are not knowledgeable about doing that. Whoever designed and approved the design should be fired. It is not a conventent store anymore. Most people I heard was complaining because they could not find things. I will not be back unless I just absolutely have to, then Ill go to another Walmart closer.

I had given this Walmart a five-star before but in the past year, I have changed my opinion. Most of the workers are rude (for no apparent reason) and dont DARE get in the way of the shopping pickers... they are quick to let you know you are a bother to them. Maybe they need reminding that its because of us that they have a job! ANYONE can smile. It doesnt hurt!!! They need some serious CHILL factor here!!!!

I called in a takeout order of the Volcano Roll & orders of Eel Rolls. Girl on phone said it would be 45 minutes, so I showed up in exactly 45 minutes but had to stand around for 20 minutes waiting for my food. This is always the case. Food is excellent, though.

Always busy. I know thats out of my control, but the lines have gotten longer. There are hardly any workers that the cash registers. Its mainly slef check outs. This makes the self check out lines super long. I think it would be better if you had a mixture of both. It would make it go by quicker, and it would give more people jobs.

Ive been doing the Walmart grocery pickup lately & Ive had really good experiences doing that. The employees have been very helpful & friendly.

We found everything we needed thanks to Danye. We were trying to find the Canadian bacon and asked Danye if she knew where it was. She went to the back and asked someone and it wasnt where they said. She was determined to help us find it. And find it she did!! She did a great job and left us feeling happy because of her positive spirit. Oh, and today was her first day of employment. Kudos to Danye!!!

Another store that needs to be shutdown. Always out of stock, rude managers, lazy boys that aren’t recognized by the Choctaw nation as Choctaw, incompetence all around, management scratches their sack with their heads up their keisters. Overall, I don’t see how Bentonville, Arkansas has shut this place down other than the management gives good head to the execs.

Employees walk out in front of customers. Talk in lanes so no one can pass. Self check out all full. Need more employees to check out instead of standing around talking to each other or talking on phone

Store is way over crowded, too much junk, no room to move around. Items in the floor, employees that cant seem to care, and management that cares less. Some places in the store look like the building is falling apart, and when it rains water comes in under the emergency exits. Whole store is not much more than a bad joke.

They are trying to make people check themselves out by not having any more checkers than one at a time. Im a tax exempt and have to wait in line now because of that. Always a long line now.

Products are out of stock or the Walmart employees are not stocking fast enough.They can use the excuse they are short handed. Start a process to hire more employes. They are the largest in what they sell there is no excuse, they do not want to pay employees to keep them

Its Walmart. A lil bit of everything. A workforce not paid enough to know much about the products they sell. A return policy that is very customer friendly at a service desk thats understaffed and maintains a long line much of the time.Departments include, but may not be limited to vision, bank, hair salon, Subway ®, bakery, grocery, deli, housewares, shoes, sewing, arts and crafts, automotive, paint and hardware, toys & bicycles, pets & live fish, health and beauty, jewelry, electronics, sporting goods​ (long guns sold in store), clothing and seasonal.

Store has a lot of stock of things my walmart doesnt have. More selection as well. Staff is ok but seems like you are bothering them asking for help. Clean store and restrooms. Great prices. Lots of clearance items as well.

I picked something up that said it was definitely five dollars and I made sure, but when I got to the register, it was thirty dollars! Thats how they scam a lot of people.

Im not understanding how its self checkout even for the elderly. I literally spent an extra 30mins helping this elderly lady. Bag and scan her items. I dont mind at all BUT it bothers me when sally the worker in her phone and a customer has to help another customer cause the worker want. Its sad and ridiculous. At least make a register open just for the elderly, have that much respect!!

Never have I ever been treated like dirt than I was recently by one of the self check out attendants. When we needed help he saw us huffed because he had to stop socializing with his bestie and basically stomped over. Then he had his back to us the whole time and never said a word to us even when we said thank you.

I do not want to check myself out. Im 74 and cant stand a long time.the case cam do it alot faster. If you need. Someone for help in the store, I gave to ask a stranger to help me. I dont like that. Very crouded, i purchased 24 cans of cat food and the computer didnt like the way I was scanning the cans and shut the machine off twice and the attendant had to clear the error - that was more of an aggrivation too.

Greeting staff was friendly,polite the kiosh machines were clean and handy to use..

Once a month maybe twice shopping around 30 times a year though looking forward to using the new online shopping is going to make shopping for my Home and 3 Ranches

Bought shoes barely wore them. They came apart at the soles. With receipt, they still wouldnt exchange them. Claims wont accept them. What about consumers being stuck with junk they paid for? Went in next day and spoke to manager. He made it right and apologized. Moving one star to three.

Check out registers were closed by 7:15. They are supposed to be open until 8:00. Many people do not believe in spending money to also be the companies unpaid employee by being given the only option of self checkout. I left all the items I was going to get in the cart. Went to Krogers the next day and got my groceries.

This location is clean, and well- lit. I found what I needed and the self check out stations made it fast to get on our way.

It was a nice enough store... No motorize chair though.. would suggest getting more.. luckily we didnt have to go far or need much ..

We drove thru on way from Dallas to Arkansas. The store had everything we needed; shopped there on 2/12- which was a double whammy....Friday and couple days before the bad blizzard. I believe all of Paris and their distant relatives drove in to get their supplies. Recommend you avoid this time shopping situation unless you enjoy very long slow moving check out lines.

I hate Wal-Mart. Theyre constantly rearranging the entire store so its almost impossible to find what you need without searching the whole place. Employees are unhelpful, if you look like you MIGHT need help they run the other direction. Dont even get me started about the online experience!! I thought that would be easier than the poor in person experience, but they charged me until all the money in my account was tied up, then couldnt/wouldnt release the charges so i could actually buy groceries. If i could give them less than 1 star, i would.

The pharmacy staff are the best in this town. They have really went the extra mile during the pandemic in helping their customers stay safe. No matter how hard I try, they will not accept a tip when doing curbside. I just wanna show them that they are appreciated.

Its an ok Walmart but they never have any handicapped carts so if you need one you are out of luck. Yes I am the one legged guy who has to push his buggy while in a wheelchair everytime I come to your walmart because all the carts you do have are dead(like 5 because they were not charged) and there are 3 lazy younger people in the ones that are.

Clean but very crowded its organized so easy to find what youre looking for.

There was no cash registers open, only the scan&go was open which I will not use them because I had bad experience with the machine not giving me the right amount of change/cash back. It was nice of them to let Rvers/motorhomes and truckers to stay in the parking lot overnight but people was bugging us when we were trying to sleep...The parking lot has no loitering signs up but yet lots of people was setting around in their vehicles and they kept yelling and arguing with others. One girl yell at a older guy saying ill kill you if you ever come backhere. didnt feel safe at all visiting this walmart. I will not stop here again. Its not safe...
