I love this place about half the time I go. I am probably in there at least 4 times a week, and the only person who I know will be friendly and helpful is Bob, but he is not there a lot of the time when I go there. The store is generally acceptably clean and stocked. The issue that the store has, is that, instead of a friendly sales associate, it is about half the time, a new person who speaks choppy English, with no understanding of mannerisms like saying hello, or please, or thanks have a good day. It is beyond me, as to why, they are not being trained to be courteous. The customer service could use some improvements.
Store is clean & orderly, but feels crowded. Well stocked - lots of goodies, snacks, & drinks. Clerks not rude, but seem short on social graces. Lack of common courtesy. Used to be a 7-Eleven. Tiny-but-clean unisex bathrooms 𝒏𝒐𝒕 really wheelchair accessible; inadequate door width & hand rail placement. Must be a lot of break-ins at this location, windows & door are heavily barred.🥚Need a couple of Graphuorns to guard the place at night. Constant foot traffic here so must be doing something right!⛽️The pumps arent all that busy.
Crazy but id rather go here than cefco which is way closer. They are friendly & decent prices. That person who said they were over priced obviously doesnt go to cefco.
Advertise free drink with $10.00 purchase. I spent $14.67 and was denied. When I asked why they were very rude about the situation. It doesnt sound like a big deal, and it isnt, but a little customer service would be nice. Perhaps my one star rating is a little harsh but I stick by it.
Friendly staff a good selection of beverages their pizzas are decent and always fresh and by far they got the cheapest gas station monsters you can actually find in Paris without having to go to either a Smoke Shack or Walmart
Good!
Over priced, bad neighborhood,
Great
