The ladies in the shop are so sweet and helpful, but when it’s left to the guys to install, everything went south quickly. The countertop we received was SCRATCHED all over and has chips all in it and we purchased Grade 2. The guys were not helpful at all to fix it or discount the product. The seams were half caulked. The prices may be better than surrounding places, but I should have paid a couple hundred more dollars and went with a different company.

I love this place!!! I went to home depot and they quoted me 1900. for kitchen counter top. We heard through word of mouth about this shop and it saved us SO much MONEY!!!! They are very friendly and knowledgeable and they have so many samples. i only had a handful of choices at home depot but they have a HUGE extensive selection of choices. I will always come here FIRST for any counter top needs that i have. I have also recommended them to everyone i know who is remodeling or building and they have all been very pleased!

As a resent customer of the Countertop Shop, I found the owner to be very unprofessional and unethical. He hung up on me in the midst of a conversation about his substandard installation. Furthermore, he refused to return a deposit on a different installation when he realized his installation was found to be substandard by other contractors. His seams were ragged and Ill-fitting. He failed to measure the job properly and had to use leftovers to complete the job. One vanity sink was installed crooked. The utility room sink was altered to fit. Some of the other sinks were installed unevenly. The large island was found to have a crack in it due to improper supports. When new installers were removing the substandard work, it was discovered that the countertops were improperly and scantily adhered with silicone instead of epoxy.Yes, we did pick out what we thought was granite. When I entered his shop, he was told we wanted granite. However, when we picked out the slabs, he failed to point out that it was marble, which we did not learn from Countertop shop owner, but from the new granite contractors which they discovered as they were removing the substandard work. There were multiple contractors that said that this was the worst job they had ever seen.

They know their stuff, I build custom showers and remodel houses on a regular basis, just found them and everything from quality/good price/service was a 10+. Even the Home Depot folks told me to call them...works for me they are awesome!!!
