At first I thought I was being scammed because of the price. But they delivered big time! Great people to deal with, and high quality work. Had to make on the fly adjustments and my countertops came out beautiful. Highly recommend!!!

This company did a great job. Very fast did my job within a week compared to 3-5 weeks. Install was easy and they guys did a great job. Traveled over 2 hours to do the countertop. Recommend

Justin and Isabel were great to deal with from start to finish. They are very patient and will answer all your questions. We had 4 different companies give us estimates and decided to go with Empire Granite. We have a small kitchen and they didn’t just assume we wanted to lowest grade granite. They offered several options in granite, sinks and backsplash. They gave advice when asked and offered opinions when we were unsure. They treat you like family not just another customer. We are very happy with our new counter tops and HIGHLY recommended this company if you want to make your kitchen look like a million bucks. Thanks Justin and Isabel y’all are the best.

This is the third time we’ve used Justin and his team… I’m not sure I will use anyone else! We were initially referred by a previous happy customer! I can see why! They’re so easy to deal with, price is always great! They can get you almost anything that available on the market, we’ve picked out our own slabs before.. this time round was challenging with COVID but they pulled it off! This was my first major home improvement project so it was a big deal to find someone I felt I could trust. From the original consultation through project completion, Empire Granite & Marble was by far the right choice. They understood my vision and budget and worked with me to select the highest quality materials for my price range. When running into issues that would potentially take us over budget, there was always a conversation so there were no surprises when I received my final invoice. Additionally, I was comfortable allowing them in my home while I was at work, which says a whole lot about their integrity and trustworthiness! The staff are very knowledgeable & very helpful. I love my new countertops & installation pretty quick. The ones performing the installation were very nice & respectful.

BUYER BEWARE! Please do your research. There are better fabricators to choose from in the area. Cheapest fabricator isnt the best option when it comes to granite. Dont let a nice website and badges (Marble Institute etc.) fool you. These mean nothing as far as their credentials. Call for yourself and see if they are members (btw it only cost $100 to be a member no QC by these associations protects the consumer).Visit the shops and ask about their methods of measurement and cut. Cutting stone in a pole barn by hand in the middle of nowhere Paris, TN next to random houses should have been my first clue. Templates are also done by hand by Empire and not lasered.Be prepared to have your own drop cloths and fans when they cut the stone in your house as they had NO dust control methods (they exist ask any fabricator). Took us three days to clean all the dust out of our house. Still finding dust in areas.Here are some pics from my currently unfinished counter (going on 3 months now). If I could give zero/half a star I would. They were very helpful and nice up until the day we signed a contract with them. Wanted 70% of the money upfront as well. They have made money and my kitchen is incomplete. I can’t express how much Empire Granite & Marble impressed me. I reached out to them a rookie in home renovation and left with the best product and results I could ever ask for. Initially I reached out and met Justin. He gave me great expectations of the process of working with the business. Courtney kept in touch with me via text (what I prefer) throughout the home renovation process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will without a doubt be using them in the future and so should you.

I cant say enough good things about this company. After being several weeks into ordering countertops with another company they backed out on us. Empire Granite & Marble stepped in and had the whole job done within a couple weeks. They did exactly what they said they would do when they did it. When their guys came and installed the countertops they were very informative about future care and products. They made sure I had no questions and I was happy with the work done. The whole process was A-1 Excellent! Dont go anywhere else!

Empire Granite & Marble did a wonderful job on my granite kitchen countertops, backsplash, bathroom vanities, as well as my tile shower and tile flooring. Very easy to work with and will do whatever is needed to make sure everything is perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work from a dependable company!

Empire Granite and Marble was a HomeAdvisor recommended counter top contractor. I contacted them on Saturday, February 24th, and I sent them pictures and measurements of the laminate counter areas we wanted to replace with quartz. By the 28th we received an estimate, based on my measurements, on what the project would cost. After we accepted the estimate Justin came out and did laser measurements and verified the exact amount of stone that would be needed. My wife and I went to one of EGMs stone vendors and picked Ceasarstone Taj Royale for our countertops. Everything was installed on March 29th.EGM did everything they promised they would do and everyone was a real pleasure to work with. Courtney, in the office, kept us up to date on where our project was in relation to their other projects. Justin came out at the time he promised to do the laser measurements and Josh and Dylan did a fantastic job of installing the countertops. The price they quoted was the price I paid, there were no surprises at all.We are so impressed and happy with their work we have ordered wall tile for the kitchen and are getting them to install it.Would highly recommend this company.
