Absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our purchase and installation of Quartz for our new kitchen. Lindsay was extremely helpful and obviously knew her product very well. The dates for measurement and installation were kept and perfectly executed. Installation crew were courteous and quick and we couldnt be more pleased with our purchase.

I recently got quartz countertops installed by Brantford Granite and Quartz after moving into my new home in Brantford and couldnt be happier with their customer service and product. They were diligent in responding and provided updates along the way. They also stay true to their timelines and deliver to what they have committed.

We chose Brantford Granite and quart because we like to deal locally. Had a few issues with our seam and they came back to adjust without hesitation. Very professional and courteous. Couldnt be happier with the end result in fact we were so happy, we had them do a bathroom vanity top and undermount sink shortly after. Special thanks to installers John Beaton and Adam McKenzie who were amazing.

These guys are amazing! Quick install, clean and courteous. Great selection at their store and an even bigger selection at their warehouse out of town if there isnt a stone in their store to fit your style. Thanks Bruce for cleaning up someone else’s mess from Allstar Granite now the pro file edge is not like sand paper anymore,destroying shirts at the sink & bar top when eating breakfast.Bruce cleaned up all pro file even on the bar top inside the sink now it’s perfect smooth like a babies butt.

Excellent customer care, lot of variety. Lot of times we passed by while going to Paris, this time my wife decided to stop and pay a visit. In a fix of remodelling our kitchen, we are still indecisive. Met with a lively owner who is working with his wife. Nice pleasant open area not halting your thinking process of renovations. Liked the few prices but granite and quartz actually expensive than basic stores like lowes, home depot. Difficult to decide but still you can talk comfortably with lot of decisions for your home and can have smart solutions as compared to other shops

Could not have had a better experience or been happier with granite counters. Jill was delightful to deal with - knowledgeable and patient. Measuring and install crew - Jamie and Adam - terrific ambassadors - punctual, knowledgeable, super nice guys. Timeline from measuring to installation was surprisingly quick. Absolutely no need to go anywhere else folks. Gorgeous showroom and you will be thrilled with this companys selection, prices and service! They deserve 10 stars!

We had a great experience with them. The sales staff was very patient with a no pressure approach. They have a great selection compared to some of the other stores. Once we decided and paid the deposit, everything happened quickly and smoothly. They showed up exactly on time for the measuring, the tear-out of our old counters, and the installation. The installers were great guys who worked professionally and the final product looked great. Well definitely use them again when we do our bathrooms.

The first issue was the co. Called the night before installation to say the sink selected would not fit (kitchen and bathroom) not leaving enough time to explore options. Then they lost the bathroom slab we purchased and had to select on other one. The bathroom sink installed was not what we ordered and had to push hard but eventually the job was done. Should not have had to go through aggravation to get a decent job, otherwise we would have rated them higher.

Superior quality service and craftsmanship. A unique variety of both granite and quartz. Paul and Alison are accommodating and their staff follow suit. I am totally satisfied with the entire process. Shout out to Jill, Bryan, John, Adam, Daynel, Danyel and Kobe that were involved. My granite/quartzite looks amazing in my home. You guys ROCK!

Overall the counter top looks good. They did very poorly on the service side of things. The little things. Notifying customers of a back order before you show up to do a total install. Bringing your own tools and materials to complete the job. Cleaning the work area properly. I went through all this and had to take an extra hour off work with absolutely no mention of a free granite cleaner or any other perk to make up for their mistakes

Amazing service from the moment we walked in. Staff are very knowledgable great to talk to, we only needed one big piece for our island, but they got it done for us way faster than we would ever have expected. We will be going back again!

We first heard about Brantford Granite & Quartz through a carpenter friend who highly recommended them. They did an excellent job at meeting our expectations both design and price wise. Bruce was personable, professional, and knowledgable when it came to helping us choose the perfect quartz. We highly recommend their service!

Walked in showroom, chose material. 2days later they came and measured. Installed in under an hour. Great store staff, AMAZING installers. Will 100% purchase granite here when its time to redo the bathroom.

If your driving is any indication on your workmanship, I wouldnt recommend.The use of blinkers is not only common courtesy, it is the law. Dont like it take the company logo off.

They sent a guy named Adam over, he had no clue of what he was doing, looked like he was just there for a pay check. I could of done better work myself and saved alot of money. Disappointed, Ill never use them again.
