The pharmacy is always short on supply even though me and my wife have been getting our scripts filled there for years now.. during the ice storm it was understandable, but what about now when nothing is going wrong?? They know what we need and when we need it, but more times than not we have to go 31 plus days on a 30 day supply of medicine.. and they always act as if they could care less!! I wouldnt recommend anybody go to krogers pharmacy unless its your only choice. Its who we use cause its the only one thats affordable.. that is all they have going for themselves.. the lowest prices.

You have a female employee riding around in an electric cart, visiting with other employees hanging out in the parking lot. Meanwhile, all the carts are all over the parking lot, making it difficult to park. She was still out there when I completed my shopping.

Spent 25 minutes looking for the coffee I wanted then asked about it and was told to keep looking for it I’m not going back here anymore

I have shopped at this store almost exclusively for the past 18 years. Overall, it is usually a good experience. However, due to the length of time I have shopped there, I have had some bad experiences as well. I did not give 5 stars because many times when there has been a sale on something, Kroger is very slow to re-stock those items. Also, many new items seen advertised on television or in manufacturers coupons are never available at this store. Many popular items seem to be in short supply. My other major complaint is that during peak days and/or hours, not enough staff has been scheduled to work. Too few employees has become a real problem since the installation of the self-serve registers. I am sorry so many have lost their jobs. Not a fan of the self-serve registers. When in Kroger, I usually buy many items and it is too difficult to check myself out, so the wait in line begins. I can say the staff that is there is very friendly and I find the pharmacy employees to be especially helpful.

Service was ok but the store needs some care it’s got roof leaks and where you get your carts you can smell mold

This is one of my Favorite groceries stores. Kroger is dedicated to providing much fresh produce for a great price. The people who work the self-checkout and the produce are very helpful. They have fresh fruit and vegetables plastic-free. Even around the bakery they have fresh baked bread not wrapped in packing! It is extremely refreshing to see that I can bring my reusable shopping bags and go to the self-check out for a simple low-waste trip. ❤

Its simply the best

Newly remodeled exterior and neatly maintained interior make shopping a pleasurable experience. Staff are great at opening up extra check out when necessary. Some of the freshest produce in town and great prices and discounts.

Amy in the pharmacy was extremely nice, professional, and proved that people still care about their customers. I work in customer service and Amy was 100% perfect. Thank you so much Amy for all your help and for being so patient with me.

A good place to shop

Kroger has an Awesome pharmacy. Their produce is always fresh and they have a wide variety of items . Meat is grade A #1. One of my favorite shopping places.

I ordered my stuff from online and they gathered it and bagged it up the items that I ordered I knew where at the store they did not give me half of my groceries the girl that was doing the groceries just ran in and out of Kroger while we were waiting for our groceries they should have already had been done

Great food prepared by the Paris, Texas Kroger staff! We ordered a Thanksgiving dinner and it was fabulous. This is a belated note to say we were impressed by the quality of the food, the good service, and especially the help given us by Jody and Rena. The turkey, gravy, stuffing, sweet potatoes, green beans & mashed potatoes were far far tastier than if I had cooked them! Rena even helped me load the food for 15 in the car. I plan to order holiday meals from the Paris Kroger again! Christi Myers

Clean friendly efficient

I always enjoy my shopping at the Kroger in Paris, Texas. Employees always help me find items and have a very friendly attitude. Just the opposite of Walmart. The money I save with my Kroger card is awesome. I always feel like I got a good deal. I rate them 5️⃣ ⭐.

Being from out of town, I really didnt know what to expect. But I must say, everyone was nice and helpful. And best of all, when asked where to find something, the answer was always right.

Usually Krogers is good about up holding the rain check policy but here lately they have been refusing to give them out when items are not in stock or giving the excuse of and I quote we only gave out rain checks for that last week it is extremely frustrating when you can only get them or redeem them based on whos working and what mood they are in. Either everyone should be on the same page or get rid of them completely

I had a great shopping experience at the local Kroger. I saved a great deal of money and found some items I have been having a hard time finding where I usually shop. I saved money on every thing I bought.

Always love Krogers deals, their produce is always good and havent had a problem with food going bad as quick as I have other places. Its nice that they usually have someone who can help you to your car with groceries. Helps with safety as well as convenience.

Besides flowers youll find vases, baskets, etc to complement your floral purchase. It takes a real artist to arrange the flowers so perfectly and here is where you will find such a person. They make the perfect gift and not only ladies will appreciate the beauty of gods creations-lovely flowers.

I love the Krogers in Paris, TX. Every employee who walks past you will ask if they may help you. They are professional yet friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. They are happy to help you take your groceries to your vehicle.

Everyones nice but I can never use my digital coupons here. I always have to use a new card after I shop according to my list and coupons. Thats not saving my pocket book when Im playing the same amount of not more for items Im suppose to be getting with discounts.

Went their to find formula for my baby, Manager was extremely helpful, even went to the back stock room to find more product. Far more than Walmart employees are willing to do.

I like their weekly specials on a number of different items they have. I also love saving money on fuel purchases using my Kroger card fuel points earned each time I purchase groceries here.

Since changed cheaper prices = cheaper products. Cane sugar only available small amounts and main sugar they have does not even say what kind of sugar. Meat section greatly decreased. So if you use to go for quality and name brands look elsewhere

Store full only one lane open and it wasnt an express. Tried touse self check and it went haywire. I left and went to Brookshires where a live person checked me out....fast!!

Been going here for years, excellent service, the employees have such great attitudes and will always go above and beyond to be helpful! We love Kelly, Micheal, Cruz, Silvia, Karen,Randall,Ralf, The butcher ladies and the guys who work in the back stocking who will always go search for whatevers out on the shelf, the guy who restocks the dairy is a sweetheart and the ladies in the bakery are awesome!

I only shop here at Kroger when I only need a few things even though its only 4 blocks away from my home. Its a nice clean store just way to expensive for me. I also use the Fuel points to get gas but only worth it when you spend over $ 100.00 then you can get up to $ .60 off your gallon of gas.

Super crowded, no shopping carts available, probably the most unorganized, cluttered, and cramped store Ive ever been too. I put my groceries back and went to Walmart, and I literally hate walmart. Sooo dont go here unless you want to have a panic attack from claustrophobia and enjoy spending 20 minutes attempting to find 1 item

I went up to Kroger to get flowers for my sick grandma this lady named Jasmine helped me at first she ignored me while texting on her cell phone then stopped me in the middle of asking her a question to answer he cellphone and cut it up with one of her friends so I did not buy anything but the next day I came in and a nice young lady named Breanna helped me she was professional, proficient, and everything looked so so nice I now only buy flowers at Kroger and only from Breanna . She helped me with such professionalism this girl must be a manager already Im sure but if not she should be from how great she was .

I had to keep asking for help to my car with a buggy full of groceries I knew I could not steer safely with a very damaged leg and cane. I had seen a lot of big shots ealking around as I shopped and checked out. I almost gave them a shout out. For myself another store is a bit more in price but I know they will help before I even ask.

For a store that has not expanded its physical size in decades they have greatly improved in recent years to outdo Walmart in many ways. The produce and coffee sections are better than Walmart.

I used to buy whipped icing for cakes by the pound. Came by today and was told they dont sell their icing after a runaround. Very disappointed

Was coughing too much tonight. Didnt want to distract everybody at the Cinemark Movies 8. Stopped in to get some store-brand Mucinex. The Kroger Brand was cheaper than the Walmart brand. It was easy to find. The store seems very organized. It is clean. The checkout counter was very quick.• Kroger has a gas station similar to & competitive with Walmart fronting the store, closer to Clarksville St.• I usually do all my shopping at Walmart, but things may change...
