We had been trying for 4 days to get a package picked up and sent NDA. With one call to the UPS Store they resolved all the issues and got our package delivered on time. Haley was very professional, competent and helpful. It’s hard to find such good service in today’s society. Thank you so much for all of your help! I definitely recommend The UPS Store.

I cannot express enough about how wonderful they are. I saw some reviews where ppl said they were treated rudly and for the life of I cant even begin to imagine that. No matter who is working, theyre professional, friendly, patient, efficient and they get it done. I like the cost better than I do by ising the post office.

UPS store used to be consistently efficient and never had any problems. Within the past 6 months I have had 2 packages lost. When calling the store for inquiries I received an attitude and no help from both Stephanie and Sam. Called UPS helpline and was told our local store gave me misleading information. I will no longer use their services.

Owner is extremely rude! He never even acknowledged me standing there. He just scanned it and walked off, even too lazy to even hand me the receipt. Nice young lady working there had to get it for me.

Thats was the most pleasant and easy trip to the UPS store I have ever had. Thank you!

I ship packages from here every few weeks. Only a couple of occasions were less than great, where the person at the desk was a little less than prompt providing help. Otherwise, no complaints! Happy to continue doing business with them

I found mailing an important document overnight was very very expensive and that it did NOT get delivered over night, that little effort was made to ensure it was expedited. No effort was made for additional address clarification. In cases of a large legal envelope getting signature required delivery, the USPS was the most cost effective. Larger packages maybe UPS or FedEx.

Went into this location asking about directions to an address that was posted in the yp, and the older lady there was completely rude. Downright hostile even...I almost couldnt believe it. Made me so angry!!!!!!
