Staff is very helpful and courteous. Of course I have to stick to my list. I can easily get on trouble shopping for crafts at my favorite store.

We needed a small repair on my sons picture frame. The girl was outstanding and fixed it immediately.

Very quick they had three cashiers working and the line moved very quickly.

The store manager, Lori, spent a huge amount of time with me trying to find additional skeins of yarn that I wanted to buy to make a blanket for a friend. She found additional skeins at the Castle Rock store, Lori waited patiently as I struggled trying to order it online. Finally I gave up and she kindly called the Castle Rock store and spoke to Treavor, who rounded up 9 skeins of yarn for me and they were at the checkout stand waiting for me. Lori as well as Treavor provided excellent customer service and I want to thank them both for their help. Both of these employees are outstanding assets to Michaels.

My favorite store. Not overwhelming at all? And truly a hit or miss on what Im buying. You can go in grab what you need and be in and out within mins. Could be seconds if the check out process had more help, but everyone tries to emphasize. They are helpful to a point, but I truly get in and out. Either they have it or they dont. All customer service and cashiers are always helpful!

Nice store with good people. They set aside a product for me to pickup so it didnt sell out. The only misfortune is the cashier couldnt figure out how to use my Visa gift card so I had to use my cash. I checked the balance of the gift card and it has over $63.

Awesome store lots of good stuff. I loved the toy section and the model section when I was younger now I leather work. they have great leather tools and a good selection of leather. Lots of wood material like planks and rods, as well as premade stuff like bird houses and lock boxes. amazing small scale accessories too like mini hay bales benches and bottles. Good fabric selection as well as needles and thread any needle thread or fabric you can imagine they will have it. My mom loves the candle selection here too. a bunch of different glues and tapes the jewelry section is big and has alot of stuff i presume would be useful. Lots of available blank shirts and hats too. overall a great store for everyone kids and adults 10/10 would come here before any other store if i needed something

Its Michaels. Its fine. Lots of open space and they always look so dingy with the white linoleum floor. But checkout istaff was nice! And prices are good.

Went to Michaels with a particular idea in mind. I didnt find what I was looking for. I did find a wonderful associate with great ideas. Lena was extremely helpful. She could probably tell how confused I was but she professionally guided me in a different direction and it was greatly appreciated.

Great offerings and the folks that work there are both friendly and helpful. When they couldnt find exactly what I was looking for we talked through and they found me what I actually needed. Not a lot of that extra helpfulness around these days so it was a nice change.

Best Michaels I have been to thus far! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The cashier noticed my Wounded Warrior hat and asked for a military ID to give me a military discount. I have never been offered this at other Michael stores near Fort Carson and I live down there. Thrilled with their selection and customer service. We felt welcomed and will be stopping in every time we are in town.

Love love love this store! Every time we go there its great. The employees all work to answer our questions and help us find what were looking for and if we forgot our coupons they are great at helping us out. Ive been to other Michael stores and this is by far my favorite. They have so many great crafty items but I personally go here for the home decor section. Overall we will continue to shop here for years to come.

Not just for crafters! Wonderful cute home decor, both seasonal and year round. Great deals on back to school supplies, too. But my favorite department is the framing department. They can frame and mat even a poster to look like a work of art. They were able to replace the glass in a valuable original print I have that was unfortunately damaged in moving. Perfect job!

The framing shop is excellent! We brought in a large broken picture (frame) to Mera at the frame shop and she fixed it as good as new. Even better than new by ensuring it won’t fall of the wall again. Thank you!

What a cool place. Its at the end of a parking lot so its not very busy near that area. The staff are kind and the store is organized/clean. They always have sales going on and the store isnt too packed. They also have a photo framing station so you can get them professionally done.

Entered on Christmas Eve at 6 pm. Naturally, it was a ghost town. All Christmas merchandise was listed at 70% off. Employees were cleaning, condensing and coordinating early winter products on the shelves. Clean store, usually well stocked and tidy. Nice place to shop.

Always find something reasonable priced to purchase

I really used to like Michaels store but I think recently, their variety has gone down and the store looks that it could be better taken care of.

I am completely disheartened at this store, heck with Michaels all togetherIt has a Christmas Tree marked at $189.99 EACH, but you go to pay and they tell you that is $189 off the regular price! Then they put out a coupon that says 25% off sale items but when you go to use it they have only certain things you can use it for. Bulbs are marked for 11.99 but they ring up what they are marked at tag says $11.99 and it rings up $15.99! Very misleading and although we were good with paying the price it was the principal at that point. How many people get there, especially with children and go to pay and end up paying it to save pride or to keep their little ones happy for Christmas? Won’t ever do business with them again as they are misleading and ripping off people just wanting to enjoy the holidays!

A great store for all your holiday decorating needs. Can find a lot of craft supplies, silk flowers and have pictures framed. Enjoyable place to browse and get your next project idea. Staff is helpful and friendly. The store has very good sales as well.

Found some great deals here. I would consider myself of being very crafty. I don’t only like to design rooms, change them/remodel them, but I also like to craft some decor and more. And this store is perfect for it. Very clean sales floor, staff was very quiet, seem not to talkative, but still been friendly.

I signed up for rewards because I found all the crafts I needed here! Found the exact tie dye kit I was looking for and they even had shirts there for cheap, too!

Had questions on an airbrush compressor and the lady at the store was very helpful. She checked to see if they still had one. She looked around the store in a few places. She checked at other stores and was able to fine one at another store. Also helped w other questions.

Fully stocked, very organized, music was on (I like this) and they added another cashier when it wad needed! So quick checkout!

The employees are very nice. The wait in line is always long. They have a decent variety of crafting supplies. Their yarn section is lacking higher quality yarns.

Always helpful and have many good sales that run all the time. People are very friendly and willing to help you with anything you might need. We go here very often and have always found what we needed.

The store has the usual cornucopia of crafting and decorative wares, but I had a terrible experience with the framing department in October. It took them a month to frame two prints for me and it was partly because they took my order for a certain frame then didnt tell me until a week later that it was out of stock. Then they told me they were ordering it but it took so long that one smart employee finally suggested using a similar product and it finally got done (which the other couldve done the second they realized it was out). Had I not called weekly it probably wouldve taken even longer. The work itself and the pricing were satisfactory.

This review is specifically for the weekend crafts for kids. My family loves this and come most Saturdays. Usually the crafts are a good mix of doable and challenging but unfortunately today’s craft was much too difficult - it was a butterfly made with popsicle sticks and yarn but was way to hard for my daughter and quite difficult for me and the instructor! The Michaels instructor was very gracious and helpful as they always are but this craft wasn’t right for kids. All in all we love the craft events though and will definitely come back- just wanted to share that feedback.

Not the most organized Michaels Ive been to. Staff was friendly.

DO NOT go there for custom framing. It’s not an Arron brothers quality or equipment (no mat laser cutter, dull cutter). Don’t leave expensive prints, awards Or degrees with them. Instead go to a local frame shop who has the better equipment. After 3 tries we gave up. A craft store isn’t going to specialize in framing talent or expertise. Awful and exasperating.

I ordered and paid for a lamination for my map but got a totally different product: a white cardboard on the back. No lamination.When I complained, I was told it was a “miscommunication with the person who took my order...”. I demanded it would be fixed but got answered that I’ll need to pay $177. What the...???I took my map and went out of there. Upon leaving, I was required to sign a document indicating that I was satisfied with their lousy work they did. When I refused to sign, I was told I can’t leave the store with my map unless I sign it. I reminded the clerk that I have already paid for their crappy product and it’s my map and they have no right to prevent me from taking it with me. What a despicable service!! What a horrible experience!!!I will never shop at Michaels again!! Stay away from this store!

I had a hard time finding someone to help me with paint. Then, a lovely employee name Heather came over and was able to answer my questions. The other employees where very busy talking to each other....

The customer service here is upstanding. I went in today wanting to make a frame from one of their upcoming classes. The gentlemen looked up everything I needed on the computer and even wrote down each aisle it was down. And whenever my coupon on my phone isnt working they still give me a discount! Love that the sale prices revolve for all of their products. They are usually well staffed and have fun crafts for kids to do on the weekends. I never leave empty handed. It is sometimes cluttered in the isles during season changes.

Best place to go if your looking to make crafts

I recently went to Michaels to have some medals/citations framed. MERA assisted me in building the perfect presentation and was immensely helpful during the process. When I went to pick up the frames, they were draw dropping! MERA informed me that she worked on these herself and you could tell that she really put forth alot of time and effort. I didnt make it out of the store before people were commenting on how well of a job she did. Thanks MERA!

This craft store has everything you need to do any craft you can think of. A great store for short little craft for the kids to do while you do the big ones.

It was visually apparent that the employees were super busy and stressed with seasonal merch. However the employees were still amazing with customers. No one acted annoyed with our questions or tried to rush us. If I had a business, everyone working that day would have been offered a position on the spot.

Disapointing.....have to special order stretcher bars for canvas and they must have had a problem with stolen oil paints. Easy to order online from Sick Block.
