I ordered a roll of rice paper. When it arrived, the shipping tube was empty. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. There were no questioned asked, my new order was shipped out that day. It just arrived and the rice paper is magnificent. Better than I had hoped. Two giant thumbs up.

Mulberry Paper and More is a wonderful company fo people who love stationery! I ordered many different types of papers ranging from Brazilian marbled paper to Mango paper. All the online photos let me know exactly what I was getting and the paper looked even better in person. Everything arrived on time and was packaged very well. I also appreciated the customer service from Emma, and am insanely grateful for the extra collage pack they included with my order. I wanted to let you and everybody I know that I am so unbelievably happy with my purchase from May 10th, 2018.I bought this wonderful Tojimbo Momi Washi paper in cornflower blue and it made a beautiful background for my custom wedding guestbook, picture below.The paper arrived safely in a wonderfully packed box (rolled up with a protective paper) very promptly. There was enough paper for me to make this guestbook frame for my wedding and enough left over for me to make a scrapbook cover (to be finished and photographed at a later date).I will definitely be shopping here again in the near future and sharing your store with other crafty people. I received my first order today and after looking through everything, I placed my second order. Everything was packaged nicely in plastic, very fast turn around time. My items shipped less than 24 hours from time the order was placed and received in 2 days. While pictures of the papers on the website are nice, they really do not do the papers justice. I ordered 4 collage packs and Im so glad I did. It is a nice way to see a variety of papers without a large investment. I now have a list of what I want to order.

I ordered champagne pebble paper and when it arrived it was ivory. There was no gold hue whatsoever. The photo even looked different as the front and back of the photo was different and my product was all the same color. I was told to ship it back to get a refund as the color champagne is actually ivory IRL and there wasnt much they could do about it. I asked about the color different in the photos and they did realize they had the wrong photo uploaded because a few days later it was updated to the correct photo. When I shipped the paper back for a refund, they told me it was damaged and there would be no refund. It was a waste of $300 plus the shipping I paid to have it sent back another $70. They werent willing to help at all after that and told me to file a claim with UPS. I will never purchase from here again. I regret this purchase big time! Unfortunately, it took 17 days for you to let me know that you received the package damaged and UPS who packaged and shipped it for us will not refund anything because it was longer than 8-10 business days.

I ordered from Mulberry Paper and More a few months back and was pleasantly surprised with their service. I was sent an incomplete order by mistake and when I called, they apologized and then sent me my missing item with free shipping to make amends. They are very professional and have good quality products. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommend them! Thank you!
