The did exactly what I asked and what they said they would. They staff did not try to up-sell me or pressure me into doing work. With the pictures and full explanation of what they found, I feel confident that they are reporting on my cars true state without exaggeration.

Mike and Sergei took extremely good care of me. They weren’t only honest and trustworthy, but they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in great condition before leaving. Came here for a vehicle Pre-Inspection. They were very thorough in their inspection which included documentation and photos that I was given at the end. The gentleman at the front was courteous and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this place and will return with any further needs.

I have always had an easy time with this shop. Regardless of my situation, they have been able to take in my car and perform quality repairs on it. Yesterday, I dropped off my vehicle. They are closed on Sunday, but by this morning my car was checked in and evaluated. They are able to get my car to me by the end of the day and were very willing to accommodate me for my situation. I feel terrible for how many times theyve had to fix my car, but when they fix something I dont have a problem with it again!! Thank you!

I got 2 estimates. Christian Brothers was 905.00 and the other was 4,000. Also they finished in 1/3 the time. Adam and Josh were awesome and the shuttle driver Fred was extremely friendly and courteous. Theyre the only auto shop I will use!

TLDR - Recommend this shop for honest, clear service. Will use again.So far been her once. I was very explicit in my expectations. So that comes down to if I just wanted sometime to change the oil if go to a drive through shop. They verified that they would look the car over and provide recommendations for service.And they did. This vehicle needed a lot done and I knew that going in. They sent a message with a link later to authorize the particular items. They dont do tires there, but did take mine off and run them too a shop they recommended.The check engine light did come on a few days later. It was a simple vacuum hose and that was corrected and the coffee cleared at no charge.

Fantastic service and quick timeline, even without an appointment. Their driver picked me up from my house and he was also awesome! Highly recommend!

Matt was amazing, he got my car in on short notice and let me know what was wrong with it right away. He special ordered the part I needed and worjed with me to repair what I could afford and absolutely needed and help me plan out what to do afterwards for the near and far future. He even offered to inspect a new car before I bought one in case I went in that direction as well.

I took my car in because of noises I heard. It turns out I needed new brakes. I was soo impressed with the whole process. I am one of those people that cringes at spending money on cars, but this experience was very different. They quickly diagnosed the issues and let me know what was needed and how much it would be. They completed the repairs the same day and gave me rides to and from the my house and the shop, no problem The gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice and explained everything on my level. My car is as good as new and I have Christian Brothers to thank for that! And the price? - VERY reasonable!

Matt Deherrera really gave me a hand and did a great job for us! On a very hot day with my two month old baby in the car he helped me change my tire in less then 5 min. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and got us out in a very timely manner. I want to say thank you Matt and your team! We will be back!!

Christian Brothers (the South Parker location, specifically) is the only place we take our vehicles. They have done everything from routine maintenance to repairs for us & we’ve been more than pleased with each visit. They are fair, don’t suggest things that don’t need to be done (just to make an extra buck), treat our vehicles as if they were their own & are always friendly! I would HIGHLY recommend them! My husband & I have referred several people to them & will continue to do so!

Far over-priced (explains their nice waiting room). $139 to change a cabin air filter...a five minute job and a $15 part.If you dont fall into their high-priced trap, then staff gets snotty, especially Steve.Extreme Auto in Parker is far more customer friendly (though with a more modest waiting room).

Really great service! They kept me abreast of everything they did not only with phone calls and emails but with pictures and explanations as well. They even offered to pick me up when my car was ready. I feel very safe driving my new used car now.

Matt was very polite over the phone and was actually listening to what we needed. I dropped off the car and was asked if I needed a ride home. So courteous! I shared with the gentlemen there that I was going to run home for a workout. He encouraged me to have a good run. The texting when the car was taken in, the photos, the calling with suggestions on what the car needed were all above and beyond. What I appreciated most about Christian Brothers Automative (South Parker) was that they took the time to explain what the car needed and why it needed it as well as what was done to the car in simple terms. To simply put it, they treated us like family. This experience was far superior to anything we have experienced!

Thanks so much to Steve, Landon and everyone at CBA South Parker.! During our trek through Colorado plus a visit with family in Parker last week, the 4Runner was closing in on 30K. We were familiar with CBA from our Texas days and since I’ve been less than pleased with our local dealer back in Mississippi, we decided to go ahead with the full milestone service. The detailed, digital inspection report directly to my phone, including photos, was very much appreciated. Most helpful were the clear pics of each tire which supported my suspicion that balancing along with the required rotation may be needed. I ask the MS dealer about that at 25k since there was some slight vibration but they said it was simply these aggressive off road tires. Well, as soon as we started the drive home the balancing decision proved correct. Night and day difference. Lastly, in spite of the extras I requested including upgraded wipers, the work was done by early afternoon. Our only regret now is that there are no CBAs in our area yet.

I went to Christian Brothers Automotive to have my radiator checked. They were VERY friendly and helpful. I had the radiator replaced and the cost was very reasonable. Being a woman sometimes I feel like auto repair places try to take advantage but I felt completely different at Christian Brothers. They were informative and knowledgeable and I just had a great feeling having my Jeep worked on there. I would HIGHLY recommend Christian Brothers South Parker. Going forward I will always take my vehicles there for service or repair.

So 3 months ago I took my truck into get the oil changed. Per the norm, they did a great job BUT came back with roughly $1500 in otherrepairs my truck needed. I was frustrate (not at them, but at the fact I knew it needed work, but we didnt have the funds). I had to take my truck into the dealership and they gave me the SAME list of items Christian Brothers did...only it was $2375! Fast forward to last week, my wife and I were planning a trip to Arizona with the kids in the truck, so I took it into Adam and the team at Christian Brother. I gave him the keys and asked him to treat it like his own, but I NEEDED my wife and kids to be safe on this trip. Man was I pleased. The level of customer service I received was exceptional. They were able to get everything done. The actual mechanic working on it took and extra 45 mins, he apologized for my delay, but wanted it was done RIGHT! You can TRUST this team with your vehicle(s) to be honest and fair priced. I will (and already have) referred several friends and neighbors here in Parker. Great job guys and THANK YOU. God Bless!!!

I was a Christian Brothers customer at the Jordan location in Parker, and now it’s great to see familiar faces at the new location on Parker road!The staff here always treats you like you’re a valued customer, and they want to do the right thing for you and your car. Instead of looking for quick fixes that might not be sustainable for you, they honestly assess what’s going on with your car and provide you with options (if available) while looking out for you.The waiting room is clean and comfortable, and you can request appointments online, which can save you a bunch of time. It’s great to have a shop that you trust, and that’s why I keep coming back to Christian Brothers.

Super overpriced. $1300 for a timing belt, $900 for a power steering pump, and $575 for a CV axle are ludicrous pricing. Really.RESPONSE: You have (at least) 2 stores. As we discussed, I was given 2 different prices depending one what store I called and you guys wouldn’t honor the other store. The prices I provided were from your south Parker store, you quoted your north Parker store. Not sure why you left that out of your response.

I have had the same mechanic most of my adult life. I am hard on vehicles. The one I needed repaired broke months ago and I needed several repairs and a maintenance schedule. I called and Jon gave me a fair honest assessment..fair honest prices he even helped me pay now for whats needed and get on a schedule. These folks got my truck running better than its ever run and got it done way fast! They really cared. Ive recommended them to everyone I know so far!! I loved the pdf report of the inspection, complete with images illustrating what was checked. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. I have a hybrid and all the mechanics are hybrid certified. Was impressed with the whole experience.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! Brought my car in for an alignment, turned out that wasnt the problem. Rather than take my money and do it anyway, they told me what actually would fix it. They got me taken care of quickly. They were informative, helpful, and friendly throughout. Fast, efficient and and unbiased way to have a pre-purchase inspection for a used automobile. $98 and 1.5 hours for the Christian Brothers auto mechanics to test drive, take pictures of the exterior/undercarriage and run through their checklist. This saved us potentially thousands of dollars in repairs down the short term road. We’re thankful for this information to help us make a better informed decision regarding the purchase of this car.

I had a great experience. They got me in on very short notice. They explained how the brake system on my high performance car was designed to work, in a way that someone with very little knowledge of braking systems could easily understand. These guys know their stuff. Jace and Jared made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. The lobby was pristine and very comfortable. Even the restroom was immaculate. They even brought me home in the courtesy vehicle (all the way to Franktown) and offered to pick me up when my car was ready. Dont even get me started on the good this company does in the community it serves. I will definitely be taking my car back for regular service! These guys have been soooo good to me! I had my car towed to them and unfortunately it was an easy diagnosis that I had an internal engine issue. Sarah drove me and got me a fantastic rate on a rental car and THEN she and Jace helped me search for a new car!!! When I brought in the CRV I found...they did a full once over for me for free...because they knew how much stress it had caused me. I just wanted to thank this team! We took our truck into their shop a couple months ago for an oil change. While there, I asked them about how our truck was leaning to one side on an angle. They took one look at it and told us to take it back to the previous place who had installed our struts and shocks as they had put a part on upside down, causing it to be at an angle. The previous shop had shrugged the angling off when we first got the new parts and when we told them what we had learned they immediately fixed the problem. Christian Brothers easily could have charged me to fix the problem, but instead educated us on what to do to get it resolved. Even though its been a few months since this happened, we are constantly thankful for it when we get in our car and realize that its level. Thanks!

I recently scheduled an oil change and a tire rotation at this location where they notified me that the shocks and struts needed to be replaced on my vehicle for $1,789. I took the truck to the GMC dealership service center to get a second opinion and was told that this work was unnecessary. It is evident that they did not inspect my vehicle which is what would be an expectation if they are suggesting replacement. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
