Sean and Bill have been the biggest help I could’ve asked for. I broke down 18 hours away from home and these guys did everything they could to help me out and get me in as fast as possible. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, safe, and informed. They were truly a blessing :-)

I had a wonderful experience with Bighorn Auto! After I got a nail stuck in my back tire, I was worried I would have to spend a whole day committed to getting it repaired. Thanks to Bill and Sean at Bighorn, I was able to get an appointment with 5 minutes notice and get it fixed within 45 minutes of calling them! They were very friendly and informative and I look forward to getting my next oil change with them in the near future!

The fellas at Bighorn have worked on my truck a few times now. Ive been pleased with quality of work and communications. I break my truck fairly frequently (4x4 trail and mountain toy) and I really appreciate having a trusted shop to work with.

Bighorn is amazing. The team here are up front, knowledgeable, honest, and willing to do whatever it takes to make it right. Went in for alignment and some extended brake lines. Quoted a fair price and they were available to meet my schedule. During the work, a brake line showed a leak, and Bill called to let me know he had a part coming, but it would be a couple days... then he blew my mind with an alternative. Knowing I was heading out on a big trip the next day, one of the shop guys with the same model truck offered to take the part off of his truck, to get me back on the road, and he would wait for the part!!! Seriously, this is what you call customer service. The whole team, from top to bottom at Bighorn, is about the customer and making it right and this is evidence to that. You guys are awesome, and you’ve got my business and I’ll tell everyone I know that you guys are the best. Thanks for making my trip possible, whatever it took.

We were driving to Colorado Springs for vacation and our A/C stopped working. Despite being super busy they were willing to fit us in within minutes. They recharged the A/C and changed the filter all within an hour. They explained what was wrong before doing the work and we’re very nice and professional. Absolutely recommend!

I would give them 2.5 stars if that was an option. I did a pre buy inspection and felt it was pretty mediocore. Usually you get a sheet with checklist that they go through. The guy told me they had the machine to check sprinters but when i asked about the tran fluid he said he couldnt check it because the dip stick was missing. This is not the case for these vans as there is no dip stick as i found out later. The pre buy inspection left some serious doubts in there inspection, also i later found out the brake lines were in real bad shape, which was not mentioned in there inspection. I felt they were friendly though.

These folks are top-notch! Very friendly and professional. I never worry about the quality of the services they do on my Jeep Wrangler. I always know it will be done well and for a reasonable price.

When they did work they broke something and did not take responsibility for breaking it .. the excuse was my car it old and things wear out. I had to go out and find the replacement part myself and buy it and get it installed. When I replaced the part .. the old part was clearly snapped off and it was confirmed by the person who reinstalled it. With them it is always an excuse to overcharge and shift blame.I had been going there for years and don’t know if there is difference in management or ownership but I will never go back. They don’t warranty their work, take responsibility for their actions or care if the customer is satisfied.I have never written a bad review for an company before but this was so bad I felt I had no other choice.I will never go back and don’t recommend to anyone that they use them.

I have been taking my car to Bighorn for the past few years and they have been consistently excellent at taking care of anything that my car has needed. They are professional, polite, and straight to the point with their customers and I not only strongly recommend them to anyone reading this, but have sent several people that I know to Bighorn and never once heard of a bad experience with them.

Great place except for your employee Tyler Holcom he straight trash talked me on a local car group talking about his shop and how he didnt care about me or have time for me due to me not answering his question properly. Really bad look for you guys! If somebody doesnt know how to talk to customers you shouldnt let him use your shops name to put folks down.

Ive really tried to give Big Horn a chance but every alignment and wheel balance theyve done had to be done twice. Who knows what else theyve done half way. No apologies or any effort to do better. And the management change that took place recently couldnt be worse. Everyone is totally indifferent. And this idea of becoming a 4x4 specialty shop, well lets just say youd have to know how to identify an adjustable upper control arm to be worth a darn. A buddy of mine who takes his Jeep here is experiencing the same thing. Constantly fixing something that wasnt done right before. Needless to say I wont be back.

Almost came in for the alignment on my car that Ive had trouble with. But after speaking to your employee Tyler Holcom and not only being belittled but told he didnt care about my buisness and good luck I decided to go elsewhere. I highly suggest you dont let pepole dirty your name in the local car scene its quite sad. Not a good look for the team at bighorn automotive at all.

Bighorn Automotive is by far the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. They took such great care of me and my truck. I am never comfortable leaving my truck with anyone for a long period of time or even overnight for that matter, they kept my truck safe and took extremely good care of it.They made sure to give me constant updates on my vehicle and the status of its repair, they even handled everything with my insurance company to make the process as easy and painless as possible for me. They called after the repair was finished and I had had my truck for a while to ensure that everything was in working order and that there were no other issues. Ive never had a call back from my repair shop asking me how everything was I was truly Blown Away. Several weeks later they even sent me a thank you card thanking me for bringing my truck to their shop for repairs including a $10 gift card for my next repair. I am truly shocked at how amazing their customer service is and how well the repair technicians are trained. I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Bighorn is a lifesaver as far as Im concerned.Their customer service is something every company needs to mimic!

I needed a mechanic to look at a used car I was interested in purchasing in the area. My mechanic is more than an hour away. I called out of the blue and Rob was incredibly nice to me and said he could look at it same day. He found a major issue with it immediately and stopped there and called me before he did the remaining inspection. There was NO CHARGE to me for his time and I am not even a customer and he knows I dont live in the area, so wont likely be. Loved the quick and responsive and polite service!

Hands down the only place I will take not only my vehicles but also my friends and families. I have done business with them for a decade and in this time have not only been treated like family but experienced first hand the honesty and integrity and quality of their work. Im a happy camper with Big Horn Automotive. I had a subtle vibration after buying new tires that wasnt resolved after two trips back to the tire shop. Big Horn gave my car a thorough check-over and treated us right, charging a very reasonable fee for all their extra efforts. They found and fixed a wheel balance issue, and checked for anything else that might be going wrong, giving me a lot of peace of mind. This is a very good, customer-centric shop that my wife and I appreciate a lot. Everyone there was awesome.

Just got my jeep lifted with body armor looks better than I even imagine. I went in with an idea and Jeremy the customer service rep is so knowledgeable, friendly . He was so patient with me and I described the look he knew exactly what I meant. He even picked up a specialty part on his weekend at a trade show. Sent me photo updates during the build and communicated any issues that arose. Sheryl the office manager also wonderful and knowledgeable . Invited me on jeep excursions my new jeep sister. Frank is really the Jeep Whistler . He made my rig look amazing . My new Jeep Family . If you want your Jeep done right, by people who wont take advantage of you and superb performance Big Horn is the place.

Nobody could align my vehicle properly- a lifted Isuzu Trooper, but Bighorn was able to get it basically spot on here after close to two hours of work. They also tightened my steering gear up and after their work my vehicle drives much better, everything from parking lots to the highway. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be returning here for any future work I may need.I did have an issue with one of the repairs but they were quick to help me out and resolve it- thanks!

Was in last month with my girlfriend when she had her car worked on. Looked like decent work at decent prices to me. Problem? The entire time we were there some Frodo Baggins looking little person (owner or manager?) kept stomping in and out of waiting area yelling at employees.Rude and unprofessional. We wont be back.

Ive had a lot of bad luck with shops over the years, but since bringing my car to Big Horn and having their tech, I believe his name is Zack, (the younger tech with no facial hair) work on it, not only did he do a great job where 4 other shops failed, but he did it in such a timely manner and dis an amazing job! Jeremy the customer service rep kept me up to date on my vehicle and called me to explain to me in detail what is ACTUALLY going on with my car! Big Horn has now got a lifelong customer! I had a big tire that most of the people around town couldnt fix, Id heard about bighorn so I took it to them and before I could get done talking to the people up front the tire was done and I was on my way.They take care of their customers and really try to keep that relationship. Awesome people

Frank and his entire team at Bighorn are simply the best and most honest folks in town. While I have been to Bighorn many times in the past todays experience was a great example of how Bighorn is focused on customer service and the long view. They could have charged me to fix what amounted to be a loose track bar bolt ( I know plenty of other shops that would have charged). Frank took all of 30 seconds to figure out the problem, tightened the bolt and sent me on my way with a smile. Finding that kind of shop is rare these days...

I do not do reviews but the customer service demands a review. This is the best shop I have ever worked with. Honest and fair on every repair I run a Diesel shop and I have high expectations this place never disappoints. They will always have my business. Highly recommend taking your jeep to bighorn for service and even upgrades on your jeep. Frank at bighorn installed my redneck ram and replaced a rear locker on my 07 jk and did an outstanding job. Everyone at the shop is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Theres a reason they call frank the jeep whisper.

I used to love Bighorn. My boyfriend and I would take our cars here every time we needed work done. Unfortunately, the guy who used to work on our cars moved away and we couldnt take it to him anymore. Things started to go down hill from there. I took my car here to get the front end fixed and it cost me $2,000. The problem was, they didnt even fix it. I ended up taking my car to another shop and they told me all that was wrong with my front end still (Im spending another grand to fix what Bighorn didnt). My dad even brought in some of his work vans to get fixed and they didnt fix those either. 2 of the 3 cars he brought in still had issues after they supposedly worked on them. For one of the vans, my dad even specifically told them what was wrong with it. When he drove the van home, it was still not working properly. The first red light he hit he could tell it wasnt fixed. He brought it back and asked if they took it on a test drive and they insisted they did, but in reality that is total bull. Not only did they not fix it but they tried to lie about it too. Once again, that happened to 2 of the 3 vans he brought in. Not to mention I have to take my car to a different shop now to get work done to it that Bighorn should have gotten right the first time. I used to love it here, but we wont be coming back. I suggest going to Christian Brothers Automotive to get work done on your car! Theyve been very helpful and they actually fix our cars.

I Am in the process of buying a Van. Called around to multiple dealerships who could not look at my Van. This repair shop not only took it in right away, but gave me a loaner vehicle so that I could take my dad to lunch. Now thats service!!

We have been going to this place as long as they have been in their current location, when they moved into the previous Meineke building. The same people have worked there a long time, greet me by name when I come in, and know my vehicle well. 9/10 times when I’d go for an oil change they would not recommend any additional service. So on the off chance they did I really trusted it was something that needed to be done. They are willing to take you back and show you what is wrong and why. They are easy to get an appointment with for an oil change or other service. The after hours drop off option is helpful too.

I had an 80,000 mile check up on my 2008 Ford F350 turbo diesel at Bighorn. Sam the gentleman i talked with is a testament to how service should be. I could not be happier with Bighorn. The mechanic found a few issues minor issues with my truck, i knew a bearing was going that is why i had it service. The few issues they found were fixed and done at a reasonable price for what i have paid before at other shops. Sam even kept the bad u joint to show me how bad it had warn. I will be bringing my ford back to bighorn for any service needed. Bighorn is a awesome honest shop and i would recommend them to anybody i know. My truck now runs like i did new, thank you Bighorn!!

We recently took our Pilot in for a timing belt. We found out the seal had never been broken and we are at 194k mi. Wowza! I had a personal panic moment with the cost to fix but Ron alleviated my worries. He explained everything in full detail to my husband and myself. We had a better grasp on the condition of the car and work needed. He was very patient with me. The car runs great and I have full intentions to take to car back for remaining service needed.

Had taken my Jeep to two other big name shops to have a popping sound check out and fixed. Both shops charged an arm and a leg and still didn’t fix the problem. Took it to Bighorn and they fixed the problem and took care of a few other things that could have been an issue down the road and only charged me a third of what the other shops did. My only shop for the Jeep from now on.
