The service was good and responsive. They priced several items for me and even provided a small discount as I agreed to some extra work that was recommended. One complaint is that I got charged $50+ dollars for shop supplies that wasnt quoted or told to me up front.Overall, work was done timely and effectively.

New Manager, Dale, is very understanding and professional. He acknowledged all my concerns and gave me options. As a woman going in to any type of Car Shop gets me tense even before stepping into the actual shop, however, I eased up real quick when I got to talking with Dale he has daughters and a wife in his life so he understands why I would be tense but he let me know he would not advise me anything I didn’t need just to make a sale. I came in thinking I needed a tire alignment due to vibration and shaking in my car when i hit 60MPH.. turns out I had “tire cupping” something I didn’t even know existed. Dale took his time educating me and I ended up needing new tires, it was a very easy experience with appropriate time management for my service. I highly recommend this place.

This place is way over priced!!! I received a quote for four tires from Family Tire Pros then drove down to Big O within the hour and got a quote for the exact same tire brand/type/size for $86 less per tire. Thats OUTRAGEOUS IMO. Youd think with the Tire Sale flags OUT front, it would have been reversed. If you simply want to throw away your hard earned $$$$ shop and buy from here.

Several months ago I got an oil change here and they said I need new brakes when my brakes were only 1 year old. Took it to the dealer for the next oil change and didnt mention anything about the possible need for brakes. When I picked up my car I asked about the brakes they said they were in great shape. This place is already the most expensive oil change around and also tried to steal a lot of money from me.I see in a recent review that there is a new manager. Hopefully this isnt a concern moving forward for others but I wont be returning.

New to CO and unfortunately woke up to a flat tire one morning. They are located by my place of work so I figured the convenience of that would do in this situation. I called that morning and spoke to Chris, he got me right in to take a look at the tire. They did not carry that specific one but it was something they could order. My tire was replaced and my oil changed but end of the next day. Chris was beyond helpful and very kind. 10/10 will now use them for all my car stuff. Only had a chance to speak to one other gentleman, I don’t know his name, but he was always smiling, helped get the tire out of my car and always said hello/good morning. I highly recommend this shop for your car needs!!!

My wife asked them to fix a check engine light problem she was having. They charged $1312 to replace the catalytic converter. The check engine light went away for ~2 days and then returned after each visit (went multiple times because it kept coming back). Additionally, the mechanics broke the door handle and charged us to replace it.She took the car to another shop across the street. Ended up paying about $2200 again to replace the catalytic converter. The check engine light hasnt been a problem since.Im sure Family Tire in general is fine but this shop is a scam. The people you talk to are nice and everything but they really dont have any idea what theyre doing.

Del (sp?) was super nice and informative. They did not hassle me about using my own parts (no warranty but that is standard practice) and when they found that they had to do more work, I was expecting an additional labor hour or the parts to be extremely overpriced, but they were not and my total cost was still very reasonable to me. I will be going back.

They shouldn’t be called tire pros at all I went in for a simple patch and they denied my repair and tried to get me to buy an 200 dollar tire horrible place to go unless you don’t mind being ripped off

New management and it shows. Del js amazing, he always takes good care of my and my car and goes out of his way to fit me in during their day if I call with emergency maintenance like a bulge in my tire. Hard to find a repair shop to trust, I trust Del and his guys.

These guys were awesome! My tire had a slow leak and I rolled Into their shop, they worked me in to their busy schedule and had me driving away with a fixed tire within a few hours... they were very professional. My husband has gone here a few times and every time it’s a great experience!

This place is great! I had my work truck towed there for some engine work. They are very honest, knowledgeable and had me back on the road the next day. I will be using them for all my automotive needs and referring them to everyone everyone I know. The head mechanic working on my truck was Jason and he is great. Knew exactly how to fix my vehicle and was very honest about the process.

Went in with a screw in my tire. Fully expecting to have to replace the tire because of what I’ve been told before. Ryan was super helpful and saved me the $200 I was expecting to have to pay. Had the flat fixed and the tire put back on in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday!They also had a really nice seating area and toys for my 2 year to be entertained with. Will definitely come back.

This was a much more pleasant experience.The techs admitted and apologized for not having checked the tire properly (which did indeed have a nail) and fixed it, perfectly, without issue.They also explained that Ali was not the owner as he claimed during my first interaction and that there has recently been a change in management that has been addressing those types of issues.I truly did appreciate their candor, politeness, and patience. We dealt with a diverse team is true professionals this time. I highly recommend this new management--they seem diligent and focused on providing top notch service.Changing from 1/5 to 5/5 due to how well they addressed this issue.--------------------------Avoid Ali!Rude and only interested in your money. Also, they dont verify their work.Im sadden to have to give such a low review given how others have had such a good experience. However, I would advise everyone to not treat with the manager, Ali.This man is incredibly rude, insulting, and is not interested in helping out without first discussing money. I used them to do a wheel change and noticed that air was low on one tire. When I asked him what he could do to look at it, the first words he spoke were you have to pay $30.First, I was just asking about the process and had not even asked about price. Picked this placed for the reviews. Honestly, it took 30min to give this rating. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 9am thinking like most places they would abide by the time scheduled. That was not the case. I sat for 30min after being checked in and still... nobody grabbed my car. Asked the gentleman up front how much longer this was going to take and he said the mechanics are just now opening up a bay for your vehicle, another 30min. Trust me, I understand waiting if I didn’t schedule ahead of time but value your customers time especially when they plan ahead. There was a lack of respect for time shown today. Hope this helps you do better in the future.

First off, this review is long overdue so apologies! Jason and his guys are awesome and genuinely care about customer service. I had been using the same tire shop for over 20 years until they finally decided that customer service was no longer their top priority. Needless to say, glad I found these guys. White glove service all the way. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my car. If you have a Tesla, these are definitely your guys. All of the other shops give you a blank stare when you try to explain the new nuances of an electric car. They listen and will take really good care of your baby. Give em a try!

After a representative named Ryan explained my options in the simplest terms possible, I decided to go there. Family Tire Pros quoted me over $600 to replace a door lock actuator. Called the 4x4 auto service center in the area and they quoted me $300-$400 for the same job.

He was nice, friendly, and helpful. He didnt pressure us to make an appointment or even pressure us to get work done there. He took the time to show us exactly what our car needed and explained it in terms we understood. They worked us into the schedule right away and had the work done fast as well. I feel that it is time for me to finally write a review of Family Tire Pros. I have had so many completed services done. First, I have purchased several sets of tires. The largest of which are on my rock crawling Jeep. 37” tires are incredibly hard to mount and balance properly, but they did it perfectly. I have had several oil changes done over my lunch break. I mention this because they are very fast. Brakes, rotors, and shocks all replaced on my dually truck. All kinds of parts upgraded and installed on my Jeep. They even saved one of my weekends by replacing a wheel hub on a boat trailer. I absolutely won’t go anywhere else. Their pricing is more than fair and they know what they are doing. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks to Josh and all of the guys over there!

Such a wonderful experience. I always dread having to go to the shop to get my cars needs but this place had it all. They even had a dapper dude named Josh that was as pleasant as he was handsome. He helped me find the right tires that fit my needs for the car. The lobby was nice and clean and they even had refreshments. It was a bit of a drive to get there but worth it.

Bought new tires at Family Tires and had a set in mind from my research, but actually got a better tire for less. The service guys were great. The only bad thing was they didnt have 4 tires in stock of the size I needed, so I did have to come back to have them service my car. But they have a great pick up and drop off service, so it all worked out.

Family Tires Pros was great to work with! They are very flexible and accommodating to your schedule and the staff is very friendly. They diagnosed an airbag problem with my car while it was in for an oil change and when we discovered my car had an extended warranty on the part, they cancelled the part they ordered at no charge to me so I could take it to the dealer to fix it for free. Beyond that, all their services are much cheaper than what you would pay at a dealer and are done quickly and properly. Definitely recommend giving them a call for any of your car needs.

I have never trusted a mechanic shop as much as I trust this one. All of the employees are incredibly kind and very knowledgeable. They keep to their word, and that alone is very rare these days, but they also do excellent work.This is the best Tire Pros franchise Ive ever been to. I use them for all my vehicle servicing needs. Josh was awesome and got me in for a quick oil change around 4:15pm that only took about 30 minutes. He then let me know my front light was out and had a very worn serpentine belt and physically showed me inside the car the wear and tear he was talking about - I found this very honest and useful for making my decision to go ahead and replace the belt. I also decided to replace my battery since it was over three years old and towards the end of its life. I got the oil change, tire rotation, new serpentine belt, new battery, and new front light all for $200-something and it was done very quickly and efficiently. I will be back for sure, the service is very friendly, honest, and the staff was very conscious of all customer’s time and got things done in such a timely manner.

Called to make an appointment for their MEDICAL PROVIDER special, asked when I made the appointment if I would be able to drop my car off before 8 since I had to be at work across the street at 730, oh yes no problem. Drop my car off and the man was so rude. Taking phone calls before attending to the person in front of him, not listening while I was giving him my information. Oh and not wearing a mask for safety! So rude I left in tears before work. Horrible customer service, don’t care if the service would have been free I’d rather pay for professionalism

This store is no where close to my home, but it was right where I needed it to be in a blizzard in 2015. Today I had to replace a tire that had a nail in it. Ryan was assisting me and was so polite and helpful. I understand he is in training and in my opinion he will make an awesome addition to your team. Josh, his trainer, and brother, was professional and doing a darn good job of teaching Ryan. I did not catch the name of my tire buster, but he was so fast and efficient, I was shocked how quickly I was road ready. All 3 gentlemen were smiling, like they loved their job. The entire vibe of the store positive.The only complaint I have is your TV channel. I dont want to watch advertising while Im waiting. I would prefer a few choices, news, sports, cartoons for restless children...As it turned out I was not there long enough for it to be a real issue but had my repair taken longer it would have annoyed me more.I would definitely recommend this place if I knew anyone who lived in Parker.😎

Staff seemed very knowledgeable about the tires that I was inquiring about and actually made a suggestion to a better rated tire that after a price match came to the same price, possibly even a little less than my original tire request. I was with my previous mechanic “chain” for 16 years before the switch to FTP last year and hope to use them for the foreseeable future.Today was my fourth interaction with the store I was impressed that they came to me with a printed list of manufacturers recommended service guides vs just simply suggesting additional work or not checking out the vehicle.I have recommended FTP to a few of my friends and neighbors and those that gave them a shot ended up working with them and also had positive experiences.I will continue to recommend FTP to friends and family and if you use them I hope you have a good experience.

From the moment I stepped into the door, Ryan and Josh were incredibly informative, friendly and ready to take on whatever questions I had for them. I recently moved to Colorado from Washington state and I went to a Tire Pros shop there for over 12 years. They recommended the Parker Tire Pros to continue our service. Family Tire Pros in Parker is a great place to get honest and thorough service. They get to you fast but take the necessary time to listen to what you say and to give you an accurate diagnosis. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because our last place was a 5 star place because you really got to know the mechanic and the counter staff in a personal way.

The guys kept me updated with progress and were able to get it all taken care of with great service and professionalism. I have been taking my cars to Family Tire Pros for a few years now and every time I have a great experience. The whole staff is friendly and their prices are always completely fair for every type of work Ive had done. Since I work close by they will even drop me off and pick me up so they can work on my car during the day. And they are fast!

I came in because of a nail that appeared in my new tires one day. One call and I was able to set an appointment within the next hour. These folks were able to patch it up for absolutely free! The kind of place that restores your faith in humanity. I rolled in with my dually RV and they aired up my tires and reattached a detached valve stem extender and had me back on the road without wanting to even charge me. Super friendly, fast and professional!

I went in knowing what my problem was. I simply told them what I needed replaced, then as they looked at it told me I needed to replace 5 other parts. They wanted to charge me $900 for all of that. Thankfully I went to get a second opinion, ended up I only needed one part replaced like I said & only cost me $70!!

Highly recommend! I went in to have some mechanical issues looked at. I was pretty upset to have to spend unexpected money on my car. I was greeted by one of the gentleman upfront, Ian, he took great care of me. I felt like I was being personally taken care of and not just another person to make money off of. He helped me to understand what was wrong with my car and what all my options were and what was necessary to fix now and what could wait. Will happily take my car here anytime!

Great service. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to do some routine maintenance (oil, transmission fluid, coolant) really quickly. Had a warning light come on after driving for a bit and they sent a mechanic straight to me to check it out. It turned out to be a fluke with one of the wires but the mechanic spent a lot of time making sure it was safe and working correctly. I recommend this place based on their customer service.

We have serviced 3 family vehicles here for the past 3 or 4 years. Diagnostics, oil changes, rotations, brakes, alignments and I just purchased our third set of tires. The customer service and dependability has convinced us to abandon the dealership. I have always been treated with utmost respect and every transaction has been a fair deal (in fact, very hard to beat). In a line of business where it has always been extremely difficult to do so, Family Tire Pros in Parker have earned my sincere trust. And that is extremely gratifying.

Hands down best tire service I’ve had in Denver since I’ve lived here. Usually takes a few hours to get in an appointment with any auto shop. Not this place! I’ve been going to family tire pros in Parker for years buying tires and services from them, had a flat tire Friday my way to work. Stopped by there for them to fix it because it is under warranty; the manager Ali was so incredibly rude!!! He said, “no! I’d have to cut your spare off to put it on and you need to go to your dealership to do it I can’t do it.” I said, “are you kidding” he said, “no” and turned away for me and walked off I will not be going back to the Parker store or any family tire pros if that’s the kind of service given.P.S. They weren’t busy as it was 8:30 am. No excuse for the unprofessional rudeness!!!

Great service from start to finish. Family Tire Pros got us in quickly, completed the tire change without any issue. Jason was helpful and friendly at drop off (which was a few minutes before the posted open time) and pickup, letting me know he checked for other issues as well. This isn’t our first visit and won’t be our last!

I previously gave this place a lower rating and that was fully based on 1 single person that used to work here. I am currently sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car to be done and with that person not here, it is absolutely amazing! Bobby and Josh are GREAT, friendly, and made sure Im comfortable and happy with whats going on. Ive actually even talked with a few techs and even they are great! I recommend this shop over anywhere else! It is fully worth the money spent. With that being said, thank you everyone that now works here and I will definitely not only be back, but i will also refer others to come here in the future!

My experience at family tires pros on Lincoln was amazing! I was greeted by Ian before I even entered the building. He inspected my tire and told me they would be able to help me with no hassle, he was not only helpful but insightful as well about the industry and the company itself. I felt very welcomed and comfortable having my car worked on by them. I will be returning here with my other vehicle.

I really appreciate how quickly they were able to schedule me in that day to evaluate my car. I had just come from another mechanic that was trying to charge me $1k for a broken part. Jason looked my car over and determined that the part DID need to be replaced but pointed out that our part is under Toyota manufacture warranty...and they should repair for free. We are thankful for his honesty. We will def be back for future oil changes or tires.

I thought I had found the best price for the least amount of hassle. I was wrong. A friend referred me to FTP. They had the best price for tires and they were also able to do my alignment. Josh answered all my questions and I booked an appointment for the next day. It was a quick turn around. I am very impressed. We will be buying all our tires here from now on.

A few minutes into my morning commute, I was lucky enough to find a nail in my tire. I call this lucky, because I happened into Family Tire Pros. Their amazing team had me fixed up in no time.While waiting, Josh even mentioned being able to be my car guy for my future car needs. With their professionalism, efficiency, and flexibility, I am certain I will take him up on that offer.

Was very happy with the service provided. Ian was the one to help me at the front desk and was very good at what he does. Speedy service and did a check up on everything else without asking, which is much appreciated. Would highly recommend this shop to get work on your car done.

Great customer service! I am always nervous to go into and auto shop without my hubby, worried the guys there will make something up or tell you extra stuff is needed. Didnt feel this way at all. Went in with a screw in my tire. They were able to fill it and didnt charge me a thing. Nice to know there are honest businesses out there!Thanks guys!

It is great to have a local shop that you can trust!! They are fast, friendly and efficient! Best place to get anything done to your car...Repairs, maintenance, routine services, tires, wheels, upgrades or extras they have the most honest and friendly staff I’ve found. I dealt with Jason(mgr), Josh M(sales) and Ryan M, best experience I’ve had for any services!!!I will be back gentlemen!
