Collin was really friendly and informative. I dont know much about mattresses and I was a bit nervous at first. However he did a great job at guiding us through the whole experience. He made sure we got the perfect setup for our needs while respecting our budget. Thank you Collin youre awesome!

First I want to say Cody and the rest of the sales team have been great green the start I initially bought a king sized basic mattress and scheduled the delivery, I later got a call saying the mattress was back ordered and wouldnt be available for a few weeks, that didnt work for me because I head guests coming over that same week. Cody called me back and was able to find a better mattress that was in stock and available the next day! Great service! Plus I was able to save a bunch of money at the same time.

Cody was so amazing! He was very helpful and friendly and made sure I got a mattress I needed. He was able to help me with my moving in process to another state and made sure I had what I needed and the whole thing went very smoothly. Make sure to work with Cody when looking for a really good mattress that fits your budget!

Tom was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and he explained thoroughly about the difference of each brand. He also showed me the different affects that the relieve when one struggles with sleeping and tossing. Called to see what my options were. Since so many AirBNBs had returned items (Winter for Summer and vice versa), Mattress Firm will no longer let you return a mattress if you are unhappy with it. The manager told me that he could get me a good price on a Gel/Hybrid mattress but that I should sell my old (new) one on Craigslist. I bought a 3 inch cooling topper that works great - thanks Walmart! Now, I need sheets for a 16 inch bed.Wish I could start over. I spent way too much money on a bed I am unhappy with

We bought a mattress here, and the service we received was unparalleled in any mattress shopping we’ve done. From the second we walked in the door, we felt like the most important customers they’d ever had. Seamless shopping experience.

We went in looking for a specific mattress. They didn’t carry it but Paul was very helpful and showed us a few mattresses that were very similar. He explained the difference between the ones we were looking at. He was very patient and didn’t make us feel pressured about anything.

My husband and I just happened to drive by this location on our way to Costco and decided to go check it out. Rino greeted us at the door with a great big smile. He was very low pressure and very informative! He even helped us agree on a mattress when we couldnt decide. This was my first time shopping at Mattress Firm. Beth was very helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me in selecting a Tempur- Pedic mattress that I’m sure will last me many years. What I loved was that she was not pushy or overbearing at all. She gave me the space I needed to find the perfect mattress. She also did a fantastic job bundling pillows and a mattress protector that I would need to truly get a fabulous nights sleep. The tempur pedic cloud pillows are the best pillows I’ve ever used! I would absolutely recommend this store. Any time I called with questions they were friendly and eager to help me.

Why too talkative. My husband went in and the sales person would not give a us minute to think. We went in looking for a Beatyrest black hybrid and he tried to talk us into several other mattress. After about 15 minutes we left.
