Purchased a new mattress, box spring and rails for my daughter. Leandro was a tremendous help working through the entire process. When we had to change the delivery date and address, Leandro went the extra mile to accommodate us. Also, when the bed was delivered, they accidentally delivered the taller box spring instead of the shorter one that we had ordered. I called Leandro and he made it right by scheduling a follow up visit to swap out the box spring. Leandros customer service was outstanding to make sure that everything was right and I commend him for his commitment to excellence. Lastly, my daughter loves the new bed. Thanks!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! We purchased two pillows, a mattress, a mattress base, and a mattress cover over 6 weeks ago. Since then, the pillow that was supposed to ship to our home never came. I called and they weren’t able to figure it out and eventually I had to have the order cancelled. Then, we found out that the mattress was on back order after I called them to confirm our appointment. They told me they should have it in by the 11th of August, and likely sooner. Told me I was at the top of the list and assured they’d call me to schedule it sooner than the 11th. I never hear a word. The day before we were supposed to get an install I called to find out what time (it was 7:50pm the day before we were scheduled). They told me no one would be coming because the mattress was on back order again. The gentleman who helped was friendly and did what he could to get us rescheduled and changed our order to a product that was actually in stock (something we would have done weeks before if it had been offered). Yesterday the installation took place. They didn’t bring the second pillow or the mattress cover and they bent one of the legs on the bed. I contacted the store about the pillow and cover. I was told the store manager would call me back and he never did. I have never had a customer experience this bad in my life. We paid over $8K for 5 products and they only managed to actually give us two. I will be contacting the better business bureau and my attorney general to ensure they’re aware of the practices that are taking place at Mattress Firm. I understand we’re challenged in these times with back orders, but there is no reason that customers shouldn’t be informed and receive the products they purchase.

We stopped in to Mattress Firm in Parker today just for a quick look to see about a new mattress for our teenage daughter. The gentleman working immediately gave us a few affordable options right off the bat and we got exactly what we wanted and were out the door in less than 20 minutes! My husband and I recently visited the store in Parker. Josh was great! He was knowledgeable and helpful, without making us feel pressured. They provided us with pillow guards so we felt it was safe to get comfortable on the beds and pillows. They had a wide selection of mattresses. We found what we hope will be the bed of our dreams. If not, we can exchange or return for a reasonable fee.

Josh at the Parker CO location just made my day with his excellent customer service skills. After a stressful week moving, my movers could not get my King size mechanical bed up my townhome stairs. They suggested I sell it on ebay. I called the store, and Josh took the time to explore solutions with me but after looking up my sales receipt from a year ago told me that the base I purchased folds in half and designed to go up tight stairs, which neither the professional movers or myself knew. thank you

Avoid The Twenty Mile Mattress Firm! Jim, I think he’s the manager is dishonest and unhelpful. We needed to return an unopened item that was still completely sealed within the manufacturer’s wrapping and he refused to give a refund saying it was clearly stated on the website that there were no returns: 1 - I didn’t buy it from the website I bought it from him over the phone and at no time did he state the item was not returnable so therefore whatever was written on the website does not apply to a phone sale unless that stipulation was clearly stated which it was never even approached - 2 no where on my receipt does it say the item is not returnable and - 3 I went on the website and I took screenshots of every page that have to do with returns and that product and no where does it say it is not returnable, I guess he could add that info now but on December 14th it was not there and I have the screenshots of the website to prove it. I then drove to The Park Meadows store and Kym, who is amazing, immediately offered me a full refund and possible other product options that might work for me. We are planning on getting all new mattresses for our 5 bedroom house in the Spring and we will definitely be buying them from Kym at the MattressFirm in Park Meadows and will never go into the Parker Twenty Mile store again! (There is another Parker store on Parker Rd near Costco my experience there has always been positive).

Jimmy Vu is a 5 star rep/salesman. The delivery company they use dropped the box spring just inside the door and left. I had to unpack them and dispose of the trash. They refused to take the old box spring. This company is a 0-1 star company. Jimmy Vu did his best to make it right and that deserves the highest of credit. We had a great experience. We bought an adjustable king size bed a month ago and I wasnt happy with the firmness of my side of the mattress so, we went in and 10 minutes later we were set up for the delivery of a softer mattress.

We came in looking for the best mattress at a great price, Brandon Price put together an amazing deal including an adjustable frame, don’t forget to ask about the pillows and sheets bundle, they are sanitary and made us feel comfortable and safe.

The knowledge of the sales staff was great. However Mattress Firm does not honor their “120 night low price guarantee.” After our purchase we realized that we over paid by more than $900. When I went back in to inquire on the low price guarantee they failed to match much less beat the competitor’s advertised price even though it was in accordance with the policy. My advise is do your research because after the sale, you are on your own. Please use caution as the company as a whole does not stand behind the guarantees the sales people pitch to help you feel comfortable with your purchase.

But after doing research we found out just how much they took advantage of my 66 year old mother in law! They should be ashamed.
