Coggin Brothers was the original installer of my cabinets back in 2002, and I wanted to inquire about a change almost 18 years later. I contacted Joel to inquire about the changes I wanted to make and I couldnt have been happier that I did. They still had all the information on the original purchase and were extremely happy to help me with an update that was very minor. I was afraid that my request was so small that they wouldnt provide me the same level of customer support as a new customer looking to do a full remodel. This wasnt the case at all, and Joel treated me and maintained continuous communication throughout the entire process. Coggin Brothers went above and beyond to assist me. Support like this years later is how you know what a company stands for and is the only business I want to do business with. Thank you Joel, you will be my go to and the only reference for my friends.

I have worked with Coggin Brothers on two projects in our home. They are always a pleasure to work with. They are reliable, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive, but they also take pride in doing great work.

OK so my review probably doesnt count because i didnt use any of their products, but the delivery guy Zachary Lewis was the NICEST person ever !! So polite and kind. Great job finding him.

I got quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and Coggin Brothers to build a very small kitchen island. I had a specific idea of what I wanted. I chose Coggin Brothers because I wanted to support a smaller town business and they offered a comparable price and the rep helped me find just the right wood and stain there. However, after I ordered, I was then told they couldnt get that stain anymore and that sample was outdated by 12 years and they didnt know why it was still on the shelf. It was too late by then to get the good sale at Home Depot, so I stuck with Coggin and they did help me find a different stain I didnt like as much but would work; they didnt charge me cost difference for that. The island was done in the time they had estimated and the delivery was on time as planned. However, Ive never ordered a kitchen island or cabinets before and was shocked when the island arrived in pieces in 12 different boxes. I had been asked if I had an installer, which I thought meant mounting the island to the floor and wall. I had someone lined up to do that. But I hadnt been told the cabinet would arrive in many pieces with no instructions and would have to be completely assembled by a cabinetry professional, including cutting and sizing the pieces of wood for several hundred dollars extra. When I spoke to my sales rep, I was told it was assumed that I knew this as all cabinetry is delivered this way. I thought the $2500 I paid for a small, simple island would include it actually being built. I chose this small business because I trusted theyd help guide me through the process as this is my first time ordering cabinetry. I am very disappointed because it will now cost way above the Home Depot and Lowes estimated prices by the time I find and pay an installer who can put it together. If I had known this up front, I would have chosen a different company with a better price.

I dont know why you would go any where else. Much better quality for the money, excellent staff and they did everything they promised, on time. Outstanding installation.

Really overpriced, get the same cabinets, customer service at granite depot. Please dont waste your time. They were rude and unfriendly. Very awkward.

Great store, they were able to match our cabinets that are many years old. The new ones we ordered from them almost identically match the older ones. Home Depot and Sears told us it would be impossible to find a match, but these guys came through.
