The staff here has always been friendly and helpful. But we just went to their store when their hours are posted as open and the whole place was dark. I called all the other Starbucks in the neighborhood, there were three or four others. They were all open and this one was closed. No signs, nothing on their phone line which I called to see if they happen to have a notice about being closed. Nothing. Giving them two stars just because of the history. But if it was just my experience today it would be one star.

This store has been short on supplies for five months, no sleeves no stoppers why? I have spent a lot of money at this location. When I can, sometimes I go to 119th just to get a decent coffee that has the extra shots of espresso that I have asked for. I live only a house away from this location. Can you guys also pick up all the trash that is headed up towards the drive through.Thank you

I was there the other night. Food and drink was good - although my drink was only filled about 3/4 of the way.. The man working the window was also rude. Im hard of hearing, which he had no way of knowing, but when I asked him to repeat the total to me, he was short, and when I apologized he just looked at me with his eyebrows raised. Its a little thing, but I dont think Ill be coming back to this location again.

Have been going to Starbucks for a long time. They have been my go to for take out coffee. They used to be customer and quality focused but this one store is not at all. I was given the wrong drink from the drive through. Discovered on the way home and went back. After a few minutes more waiting Chris gave me a coffee. I verified with him it was non fat milk. That drink made me ill. I called and no answer. Called back and told the story to the shift manager. Both Chris and the shift manager were unapologetic. I am welcome to come back to store for my money back, great, give me the wrong drink twice and its on me to correct. No more Starbucks.

Right parking lot but good drive thru. I ordered mine for mobile pick up and had no wait to get it. In normal times the lobby editor be a great place to hang out but the posting lot was pretty full even without the crowd. This place is probably crazy when things are back to normal.

This place used to be great but it has gone down in a hurry. If you want anything made right be sure to go inside otherwise they dont care. They dont fill up the drink and the food is never heated properly. Ill go to dunkin across the street now

The employees are generally nice, but the service is extremely slow here. If you don’t have at least 25 minutes to spare, it’s best to go to another location. And if it’s a particularly busy day or time, just don’t go there at all, or you’ll be there for at least 45 minutes. I’m not kidding.

Best Starbucks experience ever! They had a runner who was making sure everything was coming out. One of the coffees was cold so while they remade it the runner delivered us a complimentary sandwich. Super classy! Clean and friendly 👍🏼

I haven’t ever visited this location before but I go to Starbucks everyday. The staff was very friendly, but when I ordered my coffee and sandwich, I paid and everything and 5 minutes later the barista asked about what my drink was, and then said they don’t have my sandwich anymore, they gave it to someone in the drive thru. I got a refund but was kind of irritated. Oh well, I work retail, I know stuff happens.

This Starbucks sucks now. It used to be really good. I previously rated it at 5 stars. Now, they only get your order right about 1/3 of the time. It’s always something. No mocha in a mocha latte. No chocolate in a hot chocolate (literally got warm milk a few weeks ago). I just went through the drive through and waited and waited and waited. Then I was told my ticket didn’t print so I had no drink. I had already paid and needed to go to a meeting so I left.Starbucks, if you’re listening, fix this store. Otherwise, Dunkin has their stuff together across the street.

This is by far the worst service and drink I have ever had at a Starbucks. I watched the Barista add WATER to the milk....what is that about?! I spent $11.34 on two drinks for co workers and both stated it did not taste right. It also took OVER 13 minutes to get my drinks...I walked in because the drive through was so long...mistake! I have only been to this location twice and both times the service was poor and the drink was sub-par. VERY disappointing to spend that kind of money to get water in my milk. I also tried to call and speak with a manager but continue to get a busy signal!

The day I was here, it seemed that they were really understaffed. It seems that the local crowd that are regulars get significantly better and faster service then non regular customers. The inside has a strange layout and the bar area where you pick up the orders feels cramped and if there are more then a few people waiting for beverages, the space feels very cramped and inaccessible

I came in looking for a well caffeinated iced tea and one of the gentlemen working there suggested i buy the black tea no water and add mango passion fruit as the base and i can say it tastes amazing. I was greated with a smile and all my questions answered. Great environment.

I purchased the holiday cup and this Starbucks told me they do not honor the cup do high volume of coffee and or tea that is served for the holiday cup. The holiday cup is the one purchased for coffee and tea for free for the month of January. So very disappointed on this being a Starbucks retail coffee/store.

This is the worst Starbucks. If it werent right on Parker and Lincoln it would.be out of business. I have counted 30 minute waits in the drive through. Head over to the one north of Lincoln and Jordan if its at all on your way.

Drive thru is consistently slow. Routine 15 min waits this defeats the purpose of a drive thru convenience and speed. They need to find faster workers... or have management actually pay attention to this and move staff accordingly to address long lines

If there was a place for me to leave a zero star review I would. I ordered via mobile order and when I showed up to pick it up the lazy looking lady rudely asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I ordered via mobile. She said printer was broken and I had to reorder. I told her I did not know the specifics of what I ordered, that is why I ordered mobile. Considering Starbucks charges for every extra shot and flavor pump. She the proceeded to make the drinks, without an apology or offer of credit. I also called corporate to leave feedback that this is the worst location I have ever received service at. Hopefully they will do something and train their employees a little bit better.

My first time being in this Starbucks. It has lots of room and lots of tables for people with laptops or tablets to connect.There are also 6 individual chair/sofa in the middle for people to sit comfortably and have conversation.

This location used to make the best triple Carmel machiattos, but its hit or miss now - more often miss. I ordered two this morning and one was fine and the other wasnt even drinkable. Same thing with an order last week. I love the convenience of the drive through, but Im checking each coffee before driving off.

This location is hit-or-miss, for me. Some days, the service is on-point, the people are friendly, and the coffee is delicious. Other days, it takes twenty minutes to get through the drive through, no one employed there can be bothered to SMILE, let alone give a hi, how are you / Thank you for your business, and the coffee tastes like it was badly burnt... Last week.Overall, this is a location I generally avoid, unless the drive thru and parking lot look mostly empty (which is rare). I just havent had good luck with them, and there are better locations only slightly less convenient to my regular commute.

If Youre looking for a specialty drink, this.location is VERY likely to be out of a key ingredient, even when the online ordering system says they have it. Whoever handles inventory ordering and tracking here is not at all good at his job. I have not been able to buy what I went here to get on probably half of my visits. Best bet is to go to another location.

Longest drive through wait time (15-30min) without fail anyday of the week at anytime of day PERIOD. Ive lived in parker for two years now and it hasnt changed at all. just thought you would like to know. Im sure I am not the only customer who goes out of their way to avoid this location for this reason.

If you use mobile orders DO NOT USE THIS STORE. This Starbucks is always busy, which is totally understandable. It has a great big space and nice atmosphere. What isn’t understandable is the time it takes for mobile order. It tells you on the app what time to expect to wait i.e. and this store will say 4-9 minutes for example, but it always is double that. I watched person after person in line get their drinks and waited at least 15 minutes once I got in the store. Kind of defeated the purpose and seems like they really need to adjust something.

I had a lovely, but new, cashier. She was kind and apologetic for her lack of experience. After an unusually long wait my drink was delivered incorrectly. I explained to the barista and was told that it would be remade AFTER everyone else drink was prepared. I informed her that I had been waiting, and had ordered correctly. She responded Im the only one barring at this time of day since cant do anything if its entered incorrectly she added, under her breath, but audible to all around, maybe you shouldnt come to Starbucks at the wrong time. I immediately demanded a manager. I have no issues with new employees, or errors, but rude employees are inexcusable! The manager listened, rang up my drink again (Im assuming for inventory since I wasnt refunded) and apologized. I was offered NOTHING except an apology. Typically we visit another Starbucks EVERY day (coffee is my only vice) and have NEVER had this type of treatment. I cant wait to get back to Laura and Rymie at the Starbucks in Target is Parker! You girls rock!!

Update 12/31/18:. Mobile ordered a sandwich. Entered the location 5 minutes later, still not ready. Theyre not too busy, but I sat and waited by the mobile order pickup for another 5 minutes after watching employees clean and prep for close. No one asked me if I needed anything, so I approached the cashier and asked about my sandwich... He blandly apologized and heated up the sandwich. Finally received it 18 minutes after the order.Original review:This location has gone downhill over the past 6 months. Mobile orders take forever, and then youre lucky if its correct. Employees give you attitude for asking to fix any problems. Everytime I come here, I am reminded why I prefer the Parker & Hilltop or Lone Tree locations, even though this one is 2 minutes from home.

Weve been going to Coffee Cabin, because this Starbucks can have rude staff. I am huge customer service person, so if your rude, or have issues with customers, then youre working in the wrong profession.Go to Coffee Cabin! The owner is awesome, and very friendly.

Every time my girlfriend and I come in they mess up our drinks. Doesn’t help that my girlfriend is a partner at a different Starbucks herself. Learn to make a drink correctly and listen to the modifications.
