We spent an entire hour here just trying to ship some paperwork. The girl that came to help us after we patiently waited for fifty minutes came over to us while texting on her phone and asked “are you done” with her mask below her nose. We weren’t able to do everything on our own because we didn’t think to bring our own ruler. She seemed irritated that we existed. She handed us our paperwork and sent us to the register to wait in line. I asked if we could get the tracking number and she rolled her eyes and told me it would be on the receipt. Overall frustrating, time consuming experience. 10/10 do not recommend.
I was picking up a ton of items for my office and the employees were very friendly and helped me bring everything out to my truck. Abigail even ran after me as I was driving away to bring me the floor mats that I had forgotten. Excellent customer service!!
I just left Office Depot in Parker, CO after spending about half an hour trying to print a shipping label. The woman at the counter told me that I could use the self printing when I asked for help. No one else was there for her to help so I am assuming that helping no one was more important than helping me.Brick and mortet stores CA ONLY offer good service or they may as well shut their own doors.
I walked in to see if they had an item. Within five seconds, an employee steps in front of me and says youre kind of creepy, can I help you find something? Cartoon mask, cartoon shirt, jeans, just entered the store. I dont understand what warranted that comment and they didnt even bother looking for my item.
I love this location. Everybody is very friendly specially the guys. I had only one unpleasant experience with a women that is no longer there. Don’t order prints online to pick up because you will never get the prints ahh. Go to the store, there is a lot of nice people that can help you.
Absolute worst customer service, you cannot find anybody that can be bothered to help you at any point. The store was completely empty except for myself and one other customer with at least three employees and I still couldn’t get any assistance.
Needed prints done- walked in and asked the clerk for the email address, he responds “ I’m no longer allowed to accept emails and print anything anymore” then points me to a self serve printer, that would have been fine if I needed basic prints but that wasn’t the case today. He goes on to tell me that too many people have ordered and not picked up so his boss told him to no longer accept prints. I asked him if he was the only location doing this or if it was a corporation decision he responds just our store. How in the world does a store created for copying and printing not print anymore???I hope corporate Office Depot sees this review and can fix the issue so others don’t have to deal with this.
I needed photos scanned to a flash drive to include in a slideshow for a funeral. I called ahead and asked if it was something that they did and what the cost would be. They said it was and it would be 15 cents per photo. I went in and dropped them off and asked how soon they could complete the project. She said by the end of that day, if not early the next day. Afternoon of the next day I had not heard yet and I called to check on the status. They had not yet started and could not tell me when they would be done. They then called me and told me it would actually cost $3 per photo. While I wasn’t thrilled at this, I had already wasted all that time and they needed to be done. I finally got a call at 7PM that evening telling me they were finished. I picked them up first thing this morning. The product I received is disgraceful. They scanned them not as image files but as PDFs which means my ability to crop and/or enlarge them is severely diminished. There are some that are cut off, there are some that were scanned backwards, and there are many that I have had to re-scan myself. I thought I could trust the “professionals” with a project that is near to my heart and now I am out almost $500, lost three days worth of time and a very, very disappointing product. Do not trust them to do any quality control. Do not trust them with anything precious or time sensitive.
What horrendous staffing and in stock conditions. Came in for a last minute webcam, only one in store way over priced, none in the back. Wont waste my time again
Customer service is not their forte. Not the friendliest or most helpful crew. Ordered a couple things online, went to pick it up and was supposed to know how the system works..nobody came over to figure out the fine points..they were simple points, but would have been more pleasant to have someone care enough to step over and demonstrate
Walked into the store yesterday afternoon attempting to purchase ink and have items printed if there was no ink ( surprise no ink!!)but I did not use any of their services ! I will no longer be purchasing anything from the Parker Office Depot again, due to the interaction I saw between the store manager and his rude, derogatory, and holy than thou behavior towards 2 of the employees in the 10 minutes I was there. Then also telling me he needed to get an employee to come help me because he was the “manager”Shame Office Depot shame your standards keep getting lower
Been to three different Office Depots today including this one, every website of theirs told me what they have per store in stock that they dont really have and all their employees stand around like theyre lost at all three locations and cant help you. Amazing adults with high skill levels. 🤦♂️🤣
I was in search for an office chair. I asked three employees, one of which seemed to be a manager on duty, for help retrieving one from back stock. Waited and waited and eventually walked out. Customer service is definitely not a focus at this location.
Staff walked away when people walked in. Absolutely the reason why these places are becoming more and more obsolete by the day.
I needed some Customer Service and Amie come to me almost as soon as I entered the store. I needed service on my small Casio Printing Calculator, and she was wasnt satisfied until I was in fixing my problem. She was a great example of what Customer Service is all about. The store is so well stocked and clean and now I believe this is where I want to go especially if I need help, thank you Amie.
The print shop people are AWESOME! I own a local business and on more than one occasion I had a need for something to be done immediately, and they had my back! Fast, friendly service. Knowledgeable staff.Thank you all again!P.S. they did the job cheaper than kinkos wanted to charge me too!
I was in here on Monday, June 29th. While most employees were wearing masks, there was at least one employee who was not wearing a mask. She acted like it is her RIGHT to put others at risk of Covid 19. I DO NOT APPRECIATE businesses that dont require employees to wear masks!! It should also be a REQUIREMENT for customers to wear masks!!! Businesses like these will cause the economy to SHUT DOWN again because of an increase of Covid cases. It might not hurt a large corporation like this, but it certainly does have a serious impact on smaller businesses! The very businesses keeping this place in business!!!! Shame on them!!!!
I have done three projects in the past few months with Office Depot and not one of them has either been delivered on time or without significant errors. The first project would not have been done on time if I had not shown up and stood there while it was done. Even as I stood there, it was riddled with errors like being out of order. The second project was printed incorrectly. When I showed the clerk that it was not what I sent in, his response was “well, that is how it printed”. Those two events were merely the appetizer to the horrible experience the past 24 hours. I sent a project into the Parker store. I called in at noon the following day to see when I could expect it being done (despite receiving an email that it would be done by 7 PM that night, I knew better not to follow up with them). On that call, I was informed that there binding machine was broken. I asked if they could send the project to the Castle Rock store. I then called the Castle Rock store an hour later and they had not received it. I had to work with them to find the order in their system and get it moved to their store. I then called twice more to confirm it would be done. When I arrived at 7 to pick up the project, the lady informed me that they had several other reprints and their printers needed to be updated, so the project would not be completed that night. They also could not offer a refund. I guess at Office Depot, being late, having equipment that doesn’t work, and poor communication is par for the course. Luckily, I left and immediately went to FedEx Office and they completed the project that night for me on short notice. Please take this small business owners advice….if you want a project late or wrong, use Office Depot, they are great at that. If you want it right and on time, please use FedEx Office.
I called them asking if they had a product in stock and an employee said he needed a number, I did not know what number i needed to give him he then said there was NOTHING he could do for me. He wouldnt tell me where to find the number and he was EXTREMELY rude. Ill just find it my self with no help from employees.
Not sure why all the negative reviews. This is a good place and staff is nice. I go there during back to school shopping for kids school supplies and never leave unsatisfied. All can be bought in one day during that season. other than that, they are always having regular office/home things that one needs. Online selection is better though.
Esteban at Office Depot in Parker is the real deal. He always finds a way to dish out a five star Customer Service experience. I had a problem with a chair I bought at Office Depot and Esteban took care of it for me. He genuinely cares that you have a good experience in his store and will do everything within his power to ensure that you do!
Each time I enter this location I am greeted quickly by associates and get in and out fast. The employees are very helpful and the managers are friendly as well. If I need to return anything there isnt any problem if I forget my receipt. Overall, I recommend this location despite the older previous reviews.
Have been using print services for our business there since May. Not one time has anything been right on the first try. Most of the time it doesn’t even make sense now you get it wrong. Like you had to go out of your way to mess this up. Lastly the customer service in this place is baffling. It always seems like “oh well”. Managers wondering around the place like robots with no clue what’s going on. Have now decided to take all printing needs to another place.
Great mail services. Its great because I can put my kids in a cart while Im taking care of stuff, unlike the Post Office.
Very friendly and knowledge staff. The young ladies I spoke with there were friendly and courteous. Ill certainly be going back when I need office supplies in a hurry. Sorry about that Sasquatch.
Bought a nice office chair and one of the back bolts want tapped. Brought just the defective part back, considering Id built the rest of the chair and its heavy. The cashier said no way they could help me I had to exchange the whole chair or nothing. I tried to explain but she insisted they didnt sell parts. Im like, I bought it today! Still no way.Luckily the manager understood and ran back for a boxed chair, swapped out the back, threw in the bolts and I was on my way. Would have been 5 stars Id it wasnt damaged in the first place OR if the cashier had had a clue.Office Depot is always way better than Staples!
Great organized store! Team members are professional and always there to help and give advise if you are in doubt.
Experience was very good. Evelyn was very helpful in helping me.
Went in to have documents scanned. After waiting a long time despite several people siting at a computer they scanned the documents. Longest scan I have ever seen. Left the country assuming they were competent enough to scan the documents correctly, turns out a quarter of it was cut off. If you need something done right, go somewhere else!
This is the worst office depot ever... I came here to get my wedding invitatio m printed. The first day the guys wasted two invitation just trying to get the format correct. The guy told me to leave the paperwork and he will work on it and that I can pick up Monday. I came here Monday to find out that the jobs was not even done but they lost two of my invitations. Worse customer services.. I will never come here before
Customer service is a joke. Absolutely horrible. I placed an order, which got lost, called and the representative stated they would have a new order shipped immediately. Three Days later I get a cancelation notice of the order. I had to call customer service once again and they tell me that the order was never process because I didnt pay for it. So here Ive waited over 2 weeks for an order when all that finally came out was I ended up having to get a credit and not even able to get my merchandice. I will never order from them again.
The young man I dont know his name who works by the facts area is always professional courteous, and friendly. Which is why I go back there all the time
Went to store at havana, and thats incredible, how the manager gives to the customers that very poor customer service, ; the corporation should keep eye when hireing, some peopele have no idea about an excellent customer service means, even worst, discriminate people.I will never comeback to this store.
Esteban was life savior. He was a great help and execellent in customer service.
Used the fax service, very handy & fast.
I had a booklet printed at this location and it turned out well. It was a fast, easy process and great customer service.
We seem to always have issues with the print staff not knowing how to do basic tasks. Then they get upset with us because they dont know how to work their printers... I dread going here for print services.
Oftentimes a good deed goes un-noticed but we want to make sure that everyone is aware of the help we recently received from the Parker Office Depot and manager Amanda Fouts. My tutoring company has been a provider for the Supplemental Education Services program through the CDE for the past 11 years. We provide tutoring services for disadvantaged students in neighboring districts to help them get up to grade level in reading a math. As part of our program, we give these students a laptop so that they may continue learning at home when the program is completed. This year, our normal supplier was unable to supply us with the laptops we needed, so we contacted the Office Depot in Parker. Amanda was so helpful in helping us to secure the laptops we needed and was even able to discount the price. We so appreciate all the help that she gave us, because it enabled us to help kids who really could use the extra help!
Tried using the print service here and it’s a absolute joke. There’s nothing professional about this place. I had to have my prints redone several times and they still are not right. I’ll NEVER use this store again. Very disappointed.
Main color printer varies dramatically week to week - staff unwilling to redo the work - color & saturation too inconsistent, produces unusable marketing materials. Two thumbs down.
Very helpful sales rep
The printer I was looking for was out of stock even though the website said it was not. The only solution the store gave me for purchasing the printer was to drive miles to another store. The staff was okay with me shopping at another store, so I will.
Only one employee to help customers. Long wait.
Patient staff, they did bicker quite a bit for being in front of a customer.
As always empty and quite pricey...... really who goes to these shops now..
Great customer service
Take me off your email list!!!!!
