I stumbled across this gem on my travels to visit friends this month. This store is so gorgeous, organized and has an amazing inventory!!! From accessories, clothing, decor and wonderful furniture pieces.The service is equally perfect. I had the pleasure of working with Vicky. She had genuine care for what would fit my needs and we found several items for my closet and home.This store will be a go to for sure!!!

You can find some really nice stuff here and for a good price, especially the sale items! The staff is very friendly and helpful, but not overbearing

Love this shop, you can find most everything here. From clothing, handbags, and household items. I love that they change with each season. The gals at front are super informed, courteous and kind. One of my favorite places to shop.

Oh my God. Best Christmas section ever. I found all kinds of vintage Christmas decorations including decorative pillows, linens and ornaments. I usually go in to look at all the designer purses but just couldn’t help myself.I managed to find a red designer purse for the holidays and Halloween decor on close out for next year. I’m a happy shopper.

Ive popped into this store a few times since moving to Parker. 1) curiosity seeking to get sense of if it was a place Id like to shop or consign. 2) Brought items into consign3) stopped by to see if items sold 4) came in to collect a check for consigned items.As a business owner with a strong retail background, I sadly have to report that the customer service skills are severely lacking at this store. A simple smile when entering the store would be a significant improvement.Nobody seems to want to be bothered by customers and its just not a friendly vibe. ...they seem to prefer to just stay busy and avoid interaction. When I came in to collect the check, I asked a question about their process and policy, rather than explaining it, I was handed a 3 fold flyer with a here, you can read our policy....Whatever happened to good old fashioned service with a smile and a courteous explanation? If you want a loyal customer base, you need to make customers feel like you want them in your store and that you are willing to make their experience enjoyable. Outside of the service level, I found the majority of the items appearing dated as though they belong in a thrift store, rather than a consignment shop.I will agree with other reviews that the accessories are worth checking out....as long as you dont mind the lack of friendliness and service.

The customer service could win awards in how bad it is. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help, no one cared. While shopping, I overheard the ladies up front saying some pretty nasty things about the clothing they were trying to sell. The home goods were alright and there were some cute clothing items, but everything is overpriced for being secondhand. Cant say Ill be back.

Love the accessories and home decorating items. Staff is overall very friendly. I mostly been a customer but have consigned a few items and they try very hard to get the best price. The only thing is that they take 55% which I think is pretty high for a consignment shop. I only have a couple of consignment shops that I visit regularly and this is by far my favorite.

So glad Cotton Kloset is back open, it’s my favorite consignment store! It’s always clean, nicely organized and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

I went in to look around a while back after a friend has suggested that I visit. I wasnt too impressed.The bathroom floor was strangely sticky. I did find a shirt for my niece!

Best Consignment Store in Colorado! I have shopped with C.K. for years and have always found something unique to add to my home decor. The service is uniquely warm, and so inviting. I recommend Cotton Kloset in Parker, Colorado.

I have been going here since they opened at the old location, many, many years ago and I am not sure that I have ever been greeted once. I have listened to the owner and manager gossip about people right out in the open. Having been in customer service, hospitality and retail for years, I find all of this appalling. I do continue to go there though because I occasionally find something cute but I always do so begrudgingly because the atmosphere is just unfriendly. However, I have had decent interactions with staff, not the owner or manager, once I decide to buy something and am at the register. I guess you are only worth greeting if you are absolutely making a purchase.That being said, even though the clothing items are priced a bit high, the quality is usually pretty good so it’s still cheaper than buying new. Considering that the consigned items are paying out to two parties, the store and the consignor (consignee?) the price point makes sense.

I will never shop at Cotton Kloset again. I walked in today to shop for a couple of items. When I walked in, the staff ignored me. I was in the store for a total of 45 minutes and not one person came up to me and asked me if I needed anything. They simply would look at me and continue doing whatever the heck they were doing. With four people working in the store you would think at least one of them would say something. I found one item I liked and decided not to buy the overpriced item because I didnt want to give my business to such an unfriendly place. There are several other adult consignment stores in Parker that are super friendly and not snobby like this establishment. I dont even know how they stay in business with their outdated items, high prices and unfriendly atmosphere. How hard is it to simply say hi or can I help you with anything today?

I have been in this place twice now and was not greeted either time.The girls at the counter did not even acknowledge me when I came in or when I left the store.The clothing items are overpriced and outdated but when I called to ask about consigning, I was told in a very matter of fact tone that they only take high end designer brands that are less than 2 years old. I guess if you only like Chicos, then this is the place for you.There are other consigning stores nearby whose employees very welcoming to their potential customers.Will not be going back.

I have never been to this consignment store before but I recently went to drop off some things I was trying to sell. The woman I had been emailing was great very nice and helpful. Once I got there it all changed the people there were the most rude unhelpful people I have encountered in a while. I went in to ask where they would like me to put things and they pointed to an area in the shop and told me I could prop the door, no one offered to help or even asked if I would like help. After they all stood there watching me bring stuff in I thanked them and began to leave. When the woman that had been the worst out o all the women there told me I needed to fill a form out or they wouldnt know who the furniture went to. I understood but the tone and attitude she had was not needed I filled the form out but apparently I need to work on my handwriting. I handed the paper to the same woman that had me fill it out and she rudely asked me how I spell my last name so I spell it out and she proceeds to rewrite my name then turns around and walks away aprentntly that was all she needed. I am thankful to them for trying to sell the items I brought but I do not plan on returning.

My last visit there the staff was busy giggling and gossiping, very unprofessional. They were also rude I figured I would give them another try since over the years I have found some decent but over priced USED items. Strike two Cotton Kloset is OUT!We arrived a few minutes before closing.Our only greeting was a rude Just so you know we close...like in a few minutesNo problem, figured that was enough time to get a ring or grab something really quick. Nope. A few minutes before closing the employee was already on her way to the door nearly trampling the people I was with as she began to kick at the door stop to hold the door open so she can carry stuff from the outside back into the store. No excuse me or nothing. Although I have been going the cotton kloset for many years, it really is an outdated, overpriced store (a featured Chicos Rack, really?). So, this is the LAST time I will be treated rudely at the cotton Kloset. Shop and consign elsewhere this place is not worthy of your business...that is unless you enjoy being treated like crap and that it is your honor to step foot in the store.
