I’ve been shopping here for years and have never been disappointed. Madison and Bella went above and beyond to ensure the purchase I was making was not only smart but one that would make me happy longterm. Their knowledge of all the designer brands made my decision easier. The best part was they are so, so, so nice!! So refreshing! I will be returning more often to see their smiling faces. 😍😍

Customer service has dropped exponentially! Two young girls doing their own manicures behind the counter this week. It was hard to even get them to show me any hand bags. Definitely has gone downhill this year.

Had been wanting to check out this store for awhile so I was pretty excited going in. Ended up really disappointed. It wasnt as nice as I had hoped. The shoes and clothes were janky. Decent purses and handbags but several were damaged, stained or just in poor overall shape. Has the ambiance of a Goodwill or Arc. Not impressed. Dont plan to wear a Trump mask in their establishment either. You will get shunned right from the get go!

This store is truly one of a kind. Very high end items at reasonable prices; there is something for everybody. Make sure to allow plenty of time to look around....there is an enormous selection of top quality bags. Another huge benefit: new merchandise comes in daily so if I dont find something today I very well may find my dream bag tomorrow!

I stop by the Exchange prior to making a Louis Vuitton purchase at Cherry Creek . Always a pleasant experience and outstanding customer service ! I wish they had more bandeaus in stock at a more competitive prices :) I consider the Exchange one of Denver ‘s finest treasure !

My college age daughter tried to return a purse that she purchased 4 days prior with her Auntie. She is a good kid, works 3 jobs, gets good grade, pays for college and is responsible. She did not know the return policy until she talked to her Auntie 2 days later. She explained her situation to the store associated who were unable to help her. Understandable, they were following directions. $300 goes a long way in groceries for a college student. I called to talked to the owner, who although comes over pleasant, continued to call into question the character of my daughter. His staff did this, said that.... hearsay, i explained numerous times, NEITHER HE OR I WERE THERE, and people in general recall information differently (confirmation bias). He said it wasnt about the money, then proceeded to say he could buy back the bag for a faction of what she bought it for. He is the one who can makes case by case exceptions to policy. I was not asking this for me, but for a hard working young adult who realizes she made a mistake. Didnt you James make mistakes at 20 and didnt someone show you GRACE. Anyone who knows my daughter will tell you she is a young lady of integrity who wants to help people and make a difference. I would examine your store policy and guest service experience

I love shopping at Love Me Twice! They have a great selection of purses and shoes. All of the inventory is in great shape as well. The customer service is awesome! They are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Especially Kim, who is the best!

The store is overrun with purses from top to bottom. They have purses but they dont have good business ethics. I brought in high end designer clothes, shoes and accessories and instead of offering me fair market price he low balled me and offered pennies on the dollar. If he were smarter, he would have had a seller for life. No one wants to go out of their way, especially Parker, Co. to sell items that you would be better off donating. Love Me Twice...no thanks!

The store reps are friendly, quick, honest, and provide great details to the products they buy and sell. They offer and take so many high end items. Its a very nice selection and great deals when shopping there. The atmosphere is nice. It is organized, clean, and the store has great merchandise display cases. The music in the shop is fun too!

I love this place! I have been shopping here for over a year and they have great new things coming in everyday- you never know what great designer deals awaits you when you walk in. The owner James and everyone on the team are always so helpful and professional. The service that I receive here is often better than some of the high priced boutiques at the mall. I love the idea of being able to recycle designer items once you are done loving it and then being able to trade it up for something new! High end designer items at a fraction of the price of retail!! This is a big Win- I am a Fan!

Staff was extremely rude. The way I was treated was as if I was beneath them.

Went in with a designer purse with tags still attached and paper work never opened and the gentleman there questioned the authenticity of the handbag!? I don’t think it had anything to do with the authenticity because I know for certain a 1000% certain it’s real!!!! I feel if my skin color was a little lighter there would have been no question they would of made an offer! I can’t believe I dealt with that and would never go back or recommend this dump to anyone! There bags look old and used not a good experience!

Love this store for high end designer purses! Excellent customer services keeps my mom and I coming back! Owner has extensive knowledge on authenticating designer handbags so you can rest assured you’re purchasing a legitimate luxury item. I’ve bought several Louis Vuitton duffel bags and backpacks from here. All the employees have been very helpful and nice. The prices are exceptional for used Designer bags and cloths. The owner has always been respectful and even guarantees authenticity. I would recommend to anyone looking for designer pieces.

I took in some of my designer purses and wallets to sell but after looking around and finding a Bourke purse, I traded some of my items for it. I had a great experience and will definitely be back...

I thought the customer service was excellent. Both people working that day were friendly, greeting me when I came in the door. The young lady working went above and beyond to help me find things that were my style. The selection of designers and staff knowledge was far superior to any other resale store I have been in. I love the stores philosophy of recycling too! I will definitely be back!

I love this place! The ladies who work there are always fantastic! I generally find some great deals whenever I visit.Update:I used to love this place. They got rid of all the clothes and replaced them with purses. Not really a purse person, so I no longer visit.

No problem with the service. However they charge so much for there bags. Then when you bring in very nice stuff. They take a few and offer you such a small amount od money. Its a insult.Waste of time and gas. Will not go back.

This will be the last time I go in this store! very unfortunate since they do have very cute things to offer but the customer service from the manager here is INSULTING! every time I have brought in clothes to sell, she wont take anything & always makes these little smart comments about how its not good enough BUT the one time I did sell with them & she wasnt there, I walked out with $90.00 cash! (selling at these secondhand stores you know thats a good profit) & I wouldnt take it AS personal but I was in here once & even heard her say I would never go to Mexico, I wouldnt want to get killed !!!!!!!! And especially after this recent time I came I just felt very unwelcomed. I stood at the register for about two minutes with her completely ignoring me until her assistant saw me. WHAT KIND OF A MANAGER DOES THAT!!!! not worth coming in here for this kind of treatment.

This place is Awesome! All super high end name brand stuff, Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Coach all the big time brands, and they are used but all the stuff is mostly mint condition, so absolutely perfect if your ballin on a budget. Got my lady a 500 Alexandreite ring for 130, great deal, and they always are moving product so clearance prices are great, they are also very fair to you on what you sell or trade, not like rip off Plato’s closet

This rating is between a 2 or 3 but decided a 3 for several reasons. First, the store has a large selection of LV bags that I love. It was well organized and 1 of 2 staff provided exceptional service after my long drive from Boulder and being indecisive on purse recommended by Jean. As far as Jean, she needs further training on customer service and the products they sell. For example, after telling her I’m a watch person (and also with a Rolex on my arm) she kindly informed me they had Rolex watches I could look at. When I noticed a Tudor watch among the Rolex(s) she basically argued with me that a Tudor was the same as a Rolex. Even though I acknowledged the affiliation with Tudor and Rolex, she stood firm they were the same in spite of the watch and box labeling that said “Tudor.” Secondly, when I had buyers remorse about a LV bag that Jean suggested, she made rude and condescending remarks — while knowing I was buying a different style, but less expensive classic/traditional model. In spite of, I left with a LV handbag at a very good price — my Mother’s Day gift to me. I will indeed return but will research and know what I want beforehand because Jean knows just enough information to be dangerous.

I brought a large trash bag full of designer brands such d&g, rock and replic, Alice & Olivia etc well they didnt take anything but the oldest sweater I had from American eagle and everything was current offered me $1.75. Plus their bags are seriously overpriced!!! The staff is like 100 year old ladies who dont appreciate fashion. Will never return!

Was offered $3 for a practally brand new designer pair of shoes the I paid $300 for what a waste of gas! At least they were friendly.
