Went to the Hobby Lobby at Parker & Main Street to have a treasured oil painting reframed. Steve in the framing department was very helpful and courteous. He showed me several options and was genuinely interested and good to chat with.I am glad I now live closer to my favorite store for crafts, art, florals, home decor, sewing supplies and just about anything else you might need to spruce up your home.You can see the sample of what my new frame will look like below (see bottom & right for the best view). Love that Steve could show me how my grandfather’s painting will look when its done next week! 😊

Nice place to shop for decorating for different seasons but prices have gone threw the roof.....30 dollars for a pumpkin and then 40 percent off????? Makes you wonder!!!! Over all nice store!!!

Staff is super helpful. They have tons of crafts and cool things to make amazing art or crafts. I believe Im so manly that when I told people I went here I said I was at home depot! 😂😂 but art or home decor, no better place

This is my favorite place to browse and be creative! The music is so soothing and it is always clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.

A fun store to browse with a great selection of good quality craft and hobby items. Most staff are helpful and cheerful. One pet peeve is that the sale signs frequently are misplaced so when you get to the register your total cost is not what you anticipated. I’ve had to leave items at the register as it wasn’t a small difference.

Prices can be a little high on some items from time to time but still my go to arts and craft store! And the friendly staff is always willing to help you find what you are looking for.

They clean carts, the cashier wore gloves and a mask and they make sure people social distance. I felt very safe. Stickers are at the checkout to show you where to stand. They seem to be doing everything they can.

The store is laid out nicely with so many choices. I did go for one specific item which I didnt find. That was disappointing but I did pick up a couple of things.

I was not at all pleased with how employees handled a customer who was not wearing a mask 12/22/20. He walked in without a mask across nose/mouth, walked around a specific area of the store for approximately 10 minutes, stood in line for several minutes...not wearing a mask at all the entire time...at no time did any employee confront the man about it (and there were employees every where stocking shelves & kiosks; at least 5 at the kiosk area). Other businesses in the area are refusing service if a mask is not worn, so why is Hobby Lobby disregarding the mandate?I was aware of this happening because I was in a lengthy line for returns and I was able to watch the mans activity from where I was standing. It was even more odd because the woman he was with had a mask on the entire time.

When shopping for yarn, make sure you get ALL of the yarn you will need for your project. They have stopped carrying the ciao Bella line and Im kicking myself for not buying enough. Not their fault, definitely mine, but Ive learned my lesson. Great selection of yarn and cotton yarn with a variety of colors. Their prices cant be beat and they have sales all the time.

Looked all over town for a shelf/ half table thing and couldnt find what we were looking for. We had stopped at hobby lobby for a sewing awl and paint but had 20 options for the table!

Never been to this hobby lobby and man its huge and has a ton of selection. There where lots of people and felt crowded walking up the tiny aisles but damn it I love this place

I used to work here in high school/college. They have everything! They have a lot of crafts, but they also have a lot of things for school projects, and home decor. Also garden decor! We bought a lot of stuff here for our wedding decor, and I usually have to stop by at least once a year for Christmas decor! So much fun stuff it excites the imagination! :)

Amazing selection, great sales, always offer coupons. I’d like to give a special shout out to Shirley in the fabrics department; it was my first time buying fabric and she was so helpful and patient with me. Management if you’re reading this - give Shirley a raise! The only reason I took away one star is because many times that I have been there they are very short staffed at the registers. Other than that, this store is amazing.

I could spend hours here! Theres something to do for just about everyone, from needlework to models to craft kits. If interior decorating or other sewing projects are your thing Hobby Lobby is the place to go. There just isnt enough space here to go into a lot of detail. I just love going here!

My mom, sister, and I spent a couple hours here last Saturday. When my mom got home and reviewed her receipt, she noted she was charged for something that cost $29.99 that she did not purchase. She called and was told she would need to come back to the store and bring all her purchases along with her receipt with her. What a hassle, considering it is a mistake on their part. Anyway, my mom took her lunch hour to drive from the DTC to Parker to do just that. When she arrived, she asked where she needed to go to get this resolved. She was pointed to a register where she waited in line, only to be told she was in the wrong line for that. Since she was on her lunch hour, my mom asked that they help her anyway, as she was short on time. Two ladies stood there looking at the receipt and talking about the many possibilities of how the overcharge could have happened, all the while knowing my mom was short on time. They finally agreed that the cashier fat fingered the button that made the erroneous charge and asked my mom for her card so they could credit her back. My mom had trouble locating the card quickly, and the lady helping her started to give her an attitude, and then apologized to the lady behind her for having to wait. No apology to my mom for the inconvenience caused by their employees mistake. Not one apology. None. But, she apologized to the lady behind her for waiting? Rude. Just incredibly rude. The least she could have done was apologize to my mom, instead of acting like she was put out that she had to refund the money they erroneously charged. It was their mistake. Just that, a mistake. It sucks that my mom had to take time out of her own schedule to remedy their mistake, but she went there with the mindset that people make mistakes, she would get her money back, and she would move on. Instead, she was treated like she did something wrong. The LEAST they owed her was an apology. What they should have done was treat her with respect and deliver better customer service. It will be a cold day in hell before I step into this store to spend my hard earned money.

Not impressed with Hobby Lobbys response to the COVID pandemic. Nothing wrong with the employees they were just following orders from higher ups. But the company was putting their employees and customers in danger just so they could get more money.

I do a lot of craft and have always found what I need at this Hobby Lobby. I also like to decorate our house for the different holidays, especially in the fall. Hobby Lobby always has plenty of choices and very fair prices. I am excited to get some new Thanksgiving ideas over the next couple weeks!

Sham on the Hobby Lobby executive by staying open during this crisis. I am a small business and we had to close our doors on March 16. Your actions is nothing more than greed. Putting your employees in this unnecessary risk is careless. I shop at hobby lobby for all my supplies but from now i will find other business to spend my money. Hobby lobby may just be the best place on Earth besides Disneyland. Its a great place to get crafts, decor, storage, and furniture. Im not even mad that they put out Christmas stuff in August! I also love to bring my kids because there are so many different things to look at and explore...my toddler often suggests we go to hobby wobby and thats alright by me!

I LOVE, love, love this store. The assortment of wall hangings is fantastic, the craft department is fully stocked with almost everything I ever need, and the fabric department has a great assortment of designer fabrics as well as choices for upholstery needs! The sales are great and you can always find a 40% off coupon online in the event your item is not on sale.

This was okay. The selection of home products like decor and such was outstanding however. The staff was incredibly rude. Ive never been to a hobby lobby where their staff was this rude. I put everything back where I found it and left because I was so disappointed in the staff. I dont say this to detour people from going here because its a great store. However Id like the staff to be given the feedback so they can learn what customer service is.

I can find great trims and unique fiber/yarn at Hobby Lobby that I cant find at other craft stores. Bead selection was just ok. Good selection of paper craft items. Very nice staff to help you find what you are looking for.

Her artistic eye is spot on down to every last detail; she helped me come up with a professional, elegant, beautiful piece that I never would have created by myself. She really cares about what she does, and Ill be back for sure!!

A manager, there were many it seemed, pointed us out of one line and to another that he must have assumed was going to be quicker, nope. We would have been already gone by the time we switched to get another line. Instead of worry about whos break was next, the multiple managers could have managed and get the cusromers out the door faster instead
