The guy that helped us at Sherwin Williams was very helpful in helping us pick out paint colors for our house. He was very patient and understanding that we were very nervous about picking paint colors. Because of something that happened with a former house.
This store is in a great location and the staff are intelligent and work at a fast pace. The store manager Ryan, is attentive to my personal business needs and always makes sure to carry the particular cabinet products I need. This is one of the busier stores I have saw, so I would recommend calling in your order beforehand if possible.

Horrible customer service very unhelpful as well if you make it there before there closure hrs they will kick you out with zero help . I had a very pleasant interaction with a fellow named Ryan. I came in just to do some research on painting my fence and left with 10 gallons of paint and all the rollers I would need for the project. Thanks to Ryan I now have a amazing fence and it was just as easy as he foretold. Needless to say Ill 100% be coming back to this store in the future for my painting needs. Great store! Everyone is always extremely helpful and courteous. Ryan, the stores manager is always going out of his way to make sure our business needs are being met as well as anything we need for our own personal home projects.
People here are so very helpful . We had a hard time choosing paint for the exterior of our house, we must have purchased 6-8 various samples thru the course of 2 weeks trying to find the right tint . The manager even suggested he could lighten one and offered to custom mix a color . Never once did they act bothered that we were back again and again or a nuisance . Once we finally picked the right color ( that we love! ) they were a great assistance in helping us choose the right trim color to compliment the body as well as accent color for shutters and door. I will always return to this store for paint rather than going to a Lowes Or Home Depot. The personalized service and attention as well as supplies available in a clean organized store is worth it !

I went in there today January 26, 2020I took in there a board with three stain colors and also the numbers of the stain from Benjamin Moore. The kid helping me was clearly stoned you could tell by his eyes. There was no one else in the store. He looked at the board and was puzzled he then told me it would take 24 hours To duplicate.I took the board back and went further down the street to Guyries and they matched it in less than 10 minutes.I would not waste my time going to the Sherman Willian. store in PARKER.
We needed stain for our deck. We went to the Sherwin Williams store in Aurora, Colorado, right off Snokey Hill Rd and Main Street. When we went there they sold us 3 gal of Superdeck oil based semi transparent stain in crossroads color. At that time when they sold us this product they knew the company was discontinuing that product. And didnt notify us of the situation. So if we needed more later we wouldnt be able to get it. And we would half to get a different stain and more than likely it wouldnt be the same color.Well we ran out and needed 1 more gallon of this stain. I called our store thats near our home and thats when they told us this product was being discontinued. And they didnt have any in their store. The associate researched the system and told me they have a few at the Parker store. They gave me that phone number and I called that store. I spoke with a girl named Cathy. I told her my situation and ordered a gallon size can of stain from her. She told me it would be ready in an hour. At that time when I called she said they were very busy but it will be ready in 1 hour. After waiting for over 1 hour I called back to see if it was ready. The person I spoke with said I had not ordered anything from that store. She didnt have an order for me.. I asked to speak with manager. The manager came on and told me : they didnt have any of that stain in their store. I asked why didnt anyone call me to tell me this. Sorry for inconvenience. You can go to Longmont store and get a gallon. We are discontinuing this product and when we run out we dont order anymore. I felt they should courier over a gal of this stain from the Longmont store to there store. After all they screwed things up in the first place for not telling us about the discontinuation of the product.So the manager said she lives out near Longmont and would stop by that store in the morning on her way into her store and have it available for me by 9:00am on thursday, May 21, 2020. I said ok.Thursday morning:I called at 9:24am and they told me they had just sent an employee over to the Longmont store to pick up my stain. I asked what time did he leave. He said 9:00am. He should be back very soon. He took my phone number and said hed call me. I waited another hour in a half and called back when I didnt hear anything from the store. When I called back Cathy answered and went off on me. She started screaming about how they are doing this for me and no one else and how Im such a pain. What kind of people do you hire? She was very rude towards me. I know that if she was one of my employees she wouldnt have a job. Shed get fired for treating customers like that.Yes you can have a bad day but dont take it out on your customers. Thats how you loose business.
Ryan runs a great store here, with a solid core of team members. They are professional, courteous, and most importantly competent. I highly recommend this location to all contractors along the front range.
I usually use Castle Rock store where personnel is very much helping costumers. This time I visited Parkers location store, where they sold me paint in bent tin can. When I opened it at home, I could not close it tightly afterwards. I believe I should be given some advise how to transfer paint and maybe given empty can. Definitely I will use castle Rock, CO, location next time. It is not about product.
Today was my first interaction with Ryan, the store manager, and it was not pleasant. Based upon MANY other reviews where his name is directly mentioned, I dont appear to be the first customer he has insulted or been condescending towards. And it wasnt just me - I heard him speak very rudely to another gentleman as well. On every other visit to this store, I was treated very respectfully by the staff. They are polite and willing to educate considering I am not a professional painter. This is the only reason I am leaving 3-stars rather than one. Considering the high volume of negative reviews where Ryan is personally mentioned, it may be time to start looking for someone else to run your store.
I set-up a business account for a local tax-exempt organization, and they ‘lost’ the paperwork - twice - and would not honor the state tax exemption. Staff, and particularly the local manager was very unhelpful. We have since moved the majority of the business to another local paint store where the same process was easy and efficient.
The girl who helped me in this store was SO helpful - they got ya covered ! She really knew her stuff !!!

Update 11/26/18: After submitting my feedback below I was contacted via email from the stores manager. He was incredibly professional, supportive of their stores pricing and premium quality, and apologized for the customer service being lackluster. He even extended me an olive branch for future purchases. For this reason I have increased my review from 3 to 4 stars. I have to admit that the paint we used for our kitchen cabinets and office built-ins majorly surpassed the paint sold at Home Depot or Lowes, so I am hopeful that this interior paint we will be using for the walls in our home will be that much better than what we have used from the big box stores. If it is, then I will just make sure I always shop SW when I have coupons so that the price is somewhat comparable and easier to swallow ;). If the quality is that impressive, I will come back on here to update my post to 5 stars...Original Post 11/25/18: The prices are so high, even with a 40% off sale, and the clerk didnt know much about which paint we should use, and our $10 off coupon they couldnt get to work even though it was valid. For such a large expense these things should not be an issue. My husband and I left feeling that we had overpaid and felt sick to our stomachs, which makes us unlikely to want to go this route again, even though we have twice before.
I DIY anything I possibly can. Ryan, the manager at this store helps me no matter how dumb of a question or project I think I may have. Hes never made me feel dumb about what Im trying to accomplish, which is awesome! I definitely recommend this Sherwin Williams store.

Ryan the store manager was combative and disrespectful to my wife today when she went in to purchase two gallons of white paint. He kept telling her she should come back torromow but the store was still open for other hour. He was short with her. When she ask what was the managers name he said he was....oh boy. I would not recommend working with Ryan. We normally use this store since its close to our house. We have completed a number of home projects with Sherwin- Williams paint but after this situation...maybe not in the future.

I have been to this store several times in the past, but after my last 3 visits and interactions with Ryan, I will not be back, ever. He is rude, ill-tempered, and very unhelpful for starters. Not only was he INCREDIBLY rude and short with me, he acted the same way to the man standing behind me. The first time I went in, he was bashing an employee to another employee in front of me while I was standing there waiting for help. He finished his rant and then stood there and looked at me like I had ruined his day by coming in. The staff at the store in Lone Tree are very kind and helpful.

We went in on July 4th to buy stain for our deck. Ryan, the employee on duty, was extremely rude from the very beginning. And on top of that, we had to return the stain we bought because it was oil based instead of water based (Ryan argued that we specifically asked for oil...nope) he then complained that he would have to eat the cost of the 2 gallons we returned. Interesting as this is a corporately owned store. When I tried to keep it light by suggesting he was having a bad day, he said it was because of people like us who came into his store on a holiday. When we learned that he was out of water based stain, we went to the Lone Tree store and were treated respectfully with no hassles. Not sure what his issue was but he was so abusive it kind of concerned us. We will go to Lone Tree from now on.
Today I went to Sherwin Williams and the staff was more than courteous and Ryan the manager was more than kind that he took care of us just how the old manager used. Will be sending more people to his store.

Worst service! Tried to get help finding an HOA book an employee and the manager told me they’ve never had. Called hoa who placed a call and they miraculously found the book from 2003! Not willing to help me at all! These people need a lesson in customer service!
