Every single time I call in to pay there is some kind of issue, and they always say its my card thats the problem but I dont have any issues using it anywhere else. Everytime there is an issue they tell me I have to pay it without the next day or they will come get my stuff. A majority of the staff is rude about the issue.

Rudest people to deal with especially the female that works there she is very rude! I would not recommend this place at all. Also I was told that I would get a new product and it was used with scrapes all over it. I would recommend going to Aarons as they have way better products and friendly staff that actually try to help you!

Straight forward people to deal with. 120 day same as cash is hard to beat. Salespeople were downright professional and went above and beyond to help with the process.

Paid $15 to get my first week started and then was called and told I cant rent from being late in the past.... Was told a refund would be issued (02-14-2020) and still havent received it (2-19-2020) I called and asked when I would get it and the guy on the phone was VERY RUDE.... Told it would take 72 hours to get refunded and then was told it would take 7-10 days.... I know its just $15 but still.... A refund of $15 shouldnt take 7-10 business days

Ive been dealing with them for a long time about 30 some years, and the quality of the products are excellent and they work hard with you to get what you want and the price you can afford. Id highly recommend the rent a center in Vienna, West Virginia.

Went here to rent a TV because ours stopped working, after doing the paperwork they couldnt get a hold of all my references so they told me that they couldnt let me take the TV with me but I could pay them and they would deliver it at a later date. I told them that I was going to see if I could get one somewhere else so Id have a TV that day instead of waiting for them to deliver one. I left, when I decided to go thru them the next day they made up a story about me starting an altercation and told me they couldnt rent to me, lol that never happened, they were mad because I didnt pay them the day before. So if you need something for your house id recommend you avoid this place and go to Aarons they will treat you like a valued customer and they have better prices. Plus rent a center will sell you junk that ten other people have rented and used, tell you that its gently used but youll still have to pay the new price. SCAM ARTIST!!! This place is filled with scam artists. I think there is 2 locations and they are both horrible. Avoid this place if at all possible!!

After being a good but foolish customer for 18 years I will never rent from them again or set foot in their store.We never had any problems with the RAC near the south side Wal-Mart before they shut down and went to the Vienna location. They worked with us through hard times when we lost everything in the Mineral Wells flood a few years ago. Almost everything in our home came from them.But that all changed. Last week a couple workers from the RAC in Vienna came out and demanded immediate payment or they were taking the items we rented. A Samsung 8 and a Samsung HD TV that we had paid on for almost a year that were close to being paid off and another HD TV we got a few months ago.The payment was due on the 3rd and they came out on the 5th. Yes we were 2 days late on the payment and we were going to be paying in full the following day. Remember weve been good customers FOR 18 YEARS and NEVER defaulted on a single thing.Now here come these new guys Ive never seen before who dont know us and approach me in a combative manner acting more like thugs collecting for a loan shark than representing a company weve had an 18 year relationship with. The driver of the van even came rapidly towards me in a malicious manner that scared me to the point I had to have our dog protect me.We had been paying almost $600 a month, thats $7,200 worth of business totally down the drain. They will NEVER get another red cent from me or my extended family and friends.RAC used to be a helpful business, now its a den of Vultures and Thugs. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!
