Just got my 2014 back today from having them do some warranty repair paint work on the drivers front door. Its looks awesome, and was nice and clean upon pick up. I am super pleased with how it turned out. John is a great guy to deal with I will definitely be repeat customer. Thank you John for the great customer service. Better than mcclintons by alot

We had an accident 1 year ago. The insurance company sent our 2014 chevy equinox to Matheny Motors collision center. All they had to fix was the back bumper, and the door. When my wife drove the car after we got it back it wouldnt start. We got it to drive took it back to them, and they told my wife she had no oil in the car. I literally just replaced the oil it has no leaks.they lied and took advantage of her for a $30 oil change. When the reason the car was malfunctioning is because they jacked it up ont he muffler. It caused multiple problems that we had no clue about why. First the manifold cracked I replaced it, and then the o2 sensor burnt up, and then the Cat failed. All because the pipe was smashed from them jacking the car up on the exhaust pipe. Amateur unprofessional, and on top of that take advantage of people. We took the car there to get fixed. Instead we got a vehicle back that they messed up worse than when we brought it. Do not go to Matheny collision center. If your insurance says you have to go there refuse!

Great buff job

Failed to submit paperwork to insurance company. Never returned phone calls or called to inform a 5 day repair would now take 14 days or more. Poor all around. Still have yet to get car back and no communication from the shop no supplemental paperwork has been sent to insurance company.

Unfortunately I can’t give these people a zero. My car was delivered here on October 26th due to an accident. As of January 4th my car is still not completed. For minimal body work repairs I simply cannot comprehend why it is taking 10 weeks to get this work done. Completely incompetent. No returned phone calls. Horrible service. Don’t trust anything Alvin tells you. John isn’t any better. Buyer beware.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! They have had my truck for 2 months and cant fix it right. Claimed they did six and never did it hissy to get money out of the insurance. Hell they couldnt even put LED lights in my truck. And apparently dont know how to communicate at all. I wouldnt take my dead dog there!!! They are a bunch of scamming people!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICKE HERE UNLESS YOU CAN DO WITHOUT IT FOR A COUPLE MONTHS!!!!

3 stars for getting the job done well but my car was there for 5 weeks just to get a fender, headlight and alignment done they kept telling me it would be done on one day then 2 weeks go by of the same go around bs

Very unprofessional! Poor quality of workmanship.. Ive had two cars that needed body work done. Both I took to the Matheny Collision Center and after inspecting their work. I returned the vehicles so they could fix them correctly!!! I will not ever use that shop again!!!
