The team even went out of their was to hunt down a middle seat that wasn’t with the van when it was traded in.

We traded in and got a 2018 Ford Explorer from here. Phenomenal customer service. We found a couple small issues after we got home with the explorer so we contacted our salesman. Our salesman and his manager both did not hesitate to rectify the issues. You rarely find that in purchasing a car, especially after you’ve left the lot. I have always been an advocate for “any vehicle is cheaper from the bigger cities and not local” but I was proven wrong and the customer service was the cherry on top. We have traded in vehicles at dealerships both locally and in Columbus but Astorg towered above the previous transactions. The salesman and his manager displayed ultimate integrity for themselves and the company. I would highly recommend them. Our salesman was Sean Chichester and his sales manager is John Sheridan.

I made a appointment to take my new 2020 f350 with 12000 miles max in to get my oil changed and I had a bad power stearing leak! First off I would just like to say when I called in nothing was said to take it to the Commercial shop and seeing my truck is not a commercial vehicle I went to the Ford dealership to fund out they dont do trucks there! With this being a Ford dealer ship they first ordered the wrong part for my power stearing saying it was a parts catalog problem Ford has pretty much had the same engine and truck for the last few years and your trying to tell me a Ford dealership has catalog problems! So they then said the got the right part in and it still wont be done till the next day if you have a customer that has been waiting on his truck you get it done when the parts git in! I will never never be back oooh and on top of everything I bought this truck at country roads Ford in New Martinsville because astorge never wanted to deal with me! Date truck went in 3/29/2021 day to be expected to be done not holding my breath 4/2/2021 I have received a call from management saying they have had a meeting with the staff about my problem I had so with that said I have moved my rating from a 1 stare to a 2 if they had taken some off the bill for the problem I probably would of made it a 4!

UPDATE: 9-25-21At it again. With an unexpectedly expanding family an suv was needed. They actually had a new aviator in stock optioned the way we wanted. Got a fair deal for our mustang. They are the best.Having purchased 3 vehicles from them over the last few years our experience has been superb, especially when compared to the local competition. Our previous salesman retired, and we were directed to Sean this time. He was knowledgeable about the product and very helpful with getting some accessories installed and hooking us up with a loaner vehicle. Follow up to my review from a month ago. I posted a two star review and received a response that We have forwarded your issue to the service department, someone will be getting with you shortly. Its been a month - no one has contacted me to address this. My original rating still stands, since it really does seem that they just dont care.Scheduled an appointment for a recall on my truck. After three hours in the shop, was told they had to order parts and would call me. About a month later, I called them-parts were in, but no one had called to schedule. Scheduled a second three hour appointment. At end of day, received a call that work wasnt done and I would need to arrange my own transportation. Didnt get the truck until afternoon the next day. Complained to service manager, but didnt seem like he cared. Will never take business to them again.

I recently purchased a used 2017 Ford Explorer. It was my second vehicle from Astorg. It was a great experience for me. Couldnt be happier with my experience at Astorg Ford. I live in NJ and have been searching for a Shelby GT350 in Magnetic Metallic. My local dealer had one on the showroom floor but were asking an ADM of 20k. After multiple failed attempts to purchase this vehicle at a reasonable price, I started looking on line for vehicles that were not so local. I found the exact car I wanted at Astorg Ford, and sent an email requesting info on the vehicle. It did not take long for sales rep Bill Gum to get in touch with me. I told Bill that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, the only problem was that I had a trade-in and I lived 6.5 hours away. Bill assured me that it wasnt a problem. All I had to do was take detailed pictures of the vehicle and provide the VIN, and he would have Tyler Astorg contact me. Tyler called me and asked some details about the trade, and gave me a purchase price. Tyler and I negotiated a little, but agreed on a price. We agreed on a sale price on Saturday 10/29 and Astorg Ford delivered the car to my driveway on Sunday 10/30 and took my trade with them. The car was delivered exactly as described and promised. I have bought about 20 vehicles in my life, and this was by far the best transaction. Who wouldve thought that buying a car 6.5 hours away would have been the best.... We recently went down to Astorg to test drive a used Ford Edge. We ended up talking to Jared Bonnell and purchasing the vehicle. My husband and I found Jared and the rest of the staff at Astorg to be kind, friendly, personable and very helpful. We ended up spending more time than we had anticipated there and our kids got pretty cranky from the long wait but everyone there was really nice about it. The overly long wait (in my opinion) was the only part I feel couldve been improved although, Im not sure what the solution would be...overall, as far as buying a car goes, the experience was fine and we would more than likely deal with them again.

Took my Flair motor home 03/26/2019 to Astorg Dodge 1601 13th Street, Parkersburg WV 26101 for Lube Oil & Filter Service, along with State Inspection.The total Charge $202.11. I wasnt made aware of this charge ahead of time or I would have told them to cram it.This is a rip off, before I have always paid around $100.00. This was 100% increase.A Lube Oil & Filter service shouldn’t cost any more for a Motor home than it would cost for a F 150 Pickup.I paid $202.11 for State Inspection and Oil & Filter change 2016 Motor home. I paid for State Inspection and Oil & Filter change $63.87 for my 2016 Ford F 150 pickup. . I paid for State Inspection and Oil & Filter change $49.01 for my 2007 Ford Taurus.All three of the above vehicles take about the same amount of time to lube, change oil and filter. The only difference is the motor home is taken to the truck shop and the F 150 pickup and car are taken to the car shop. At one time I was a(Certified Ford Mechanic). Looked on line for price to lube change oil & filter the and inspect system, the range was $79.00 to $129.00 which included up to 7 quarts of oil & filter.Beware before you get anything done at Astorg Truck Shop. Sean Chichester showed an easy-going attitude that was a relief after so many over-eager, hungry-in-the-eyes(I assume for a sale, although I have been told my hair is phenomenal), overbearing salesmen. He listened to me rather than trying to sell me. He then showed me his knowledge by combining my wants and his inventory to give me great options. Astorgs one low price was also a comfort. I hate haggling - it is no fun for anyone. Astorg Ford Lincoln made the process as easy as it can be. You can look for pricing all over and might find a vehicle for less money somewhere else - but I would be willing to bet that you will not be able to find the quality of service that you will at Astorg.
