I came here for a few things and I got what I needed. The prices are high but I guess everyone needs to survive these days. The young employee was very helpful and I got the correct brands that I wanted. Keep up the good work guys!

I used their online system to determine the appropriate headlights for my car before doing curbside pickup, and when we were trying to change the bulbs, we realized that they did not fit (even though their system said they would). Apparently if you open the lights, (and because their system says they should fit, why wouldnt you open them?), they are non-returnable. I used their system to determine the low beam lightbulb I needed, and H11 was what came up. However, after trying to fit it without success, I did more research on my own, only to find that the vehicle takes an H7 bulb for low beams. I went with the H11 because the website noted this was an exact fit for low beam for my car, but H11 is for the fog light, not the low beams. The assistant manager (I believe his name was Michael) at this location was exceptionally rude and condescending, refusing the acknowledge that perhaps their system was wrong and not being able to help me in any way, nor wanting to help in any way. I will happily take my business elsewhere in the future since the staff here cant be bothered with basic customer service and their systems do not identify parts correctly.

My favorite parts stores. Overall great staff even though there may be days when one of them is in bad mood. Make sure to buy online, use coupon and pick up at the store. Otherwise you will be paying more than you should.

Wow made a order on line we had to go to three stores to Pick up what we needed. This location the person that waited on my husband was so rude receipt says Michael B we will never use this location again his attitude was not necessary at all. He needs to learn what Customer Service Means. Wow

They always put me on hold when I call ....wait ten minutes, hang up and call another store.I dont want to sound rough but I think some young people its needed at this store.

Darryl was recommended to us by our mechanic to get wiper blades installed, he was awesome! Even help us get them installed, our SUV needed some special piece, wasnt an issue for Darryl!

Growing up I spent time learning basic maintenance of a car. We used to use a local auto parts store but have yet to find a place like that in Baltimore Co. The guys at this Advance are nice, professional and do not make a novice like me feel silly when I dont know the answers to all question about cars! Totally recommend!

After leaving Autozone and not receiving everything that I needed, I visited Advanced Auto Parts. The store was very busy with only 2 employees working and lots of customers. Im giving them 5 stars because while things were hectic, the staff was kind and courteous to every customer and made sure that everyone was greeted even while being busy with some very demanding customers. I left the store with everything that I needed and also more more knowledge about what I can do with the maintenance of my vehicle. Keep up the excellent customer service!

The Parkville location is where I buy my 99 S10 needs for the last 5 years. I like checking on sales and item that have been discontinued. Awesome deals on the discontinued stuff. The staff helped me try to find what I need. They had a small quantity of it in the back and I appreciated their looking. I went to a different location myself to find more of this specific viscosity motor oil 20 W 50 and that location did not have it. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time.

The York Road location is not in the best neighborhood, but you could not tell that by the staff.I am always greeted with a warm welcome and given great advice on products and sales items. I never feel like they are trying to up sell me.

I love Advance. Screw Auto Zone. Advance is helpful. AutoZone screws over their customers by selling things that arent in stock and not telling you that they arent in stock. Advance is cool! This place isnt the best stocked store but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Terrible Customer Service....I called ahead just to ask a few questions and the guy had a terrible attitude AND hung up on me?! Idk what that was about but I’m definitely not going there now....

I just spoke w Howard about my order which I have not picked up yet but got an email that it was just picked up. He basically said “somebody must have picked it up by mistake. You can just come and pick it up later.” Then hung up on me.I wanted to make sure they would have the orders I have placed and he just hung up on me.Such bad customer service!

I had an excellent experience here. It was dark and getting to be bitterly cold, yet Dave still installed my new battery for me with utmost professionalism. I intend on being a repeat customer based on this experience.

Id love to know if Advance Auto corporate has ever trained or interviewed with any of the people working here. First off, it takes all of them over 10 minutes to scan you up because theyre so uncomfortable with computers/Advanced auto register software, I will point out mistakes on my receipts they need to correct almost every time im there. I guess Advance Auto doesnt care about employee knowledge or smarts they just want to hire whoever is cheap enough to work for minimum wage. I kid you not, coming in on a Monday afternoon to have a code scanned on my car, I pulled up next to the curb with my hazards on, 2 steps from the front door. When I asked to have a code read they said sorry its raining we cant use the scanner when its raining. I informed and showed them my car was 2 steps from the door which was under cover anyways, they did not even need to get their hair wet to get to my car. They stated it was policy and they couldnt do it. I suspect it was either laziness or pure stupidity due to them not knowing how to use a cash register I honestly wouldnt be surprised if they didnt know how to use a code scanner. I will not be taking all my business to Autozone, where they hire slightly more competent employees that arent too lazy to step 2 steps outside

The two men behind the counter werent very friendly at all. Not welcoming nor do they greet you upon entering. One of them seemed bothered that I walked to HIS counter to pay....hmmmmm. Do people NOT realize that WE as customers are the ones kerpingnthtm employed???. Found the air freshner I was looking for...at a .30% higher price than PepBoys. Should have just went to PepBoys. :(. Wont be frequenting this Advanced Auto. Ill stick to PepBoys for more reasonable prices.

I went there and they didnt understand the concept of a convertible, specifically the Chrysler Sebring convertible. I asked for 2 map lights and they tried to get me to buy the ones for the Chrysler Sebring Sedan, which was wrong. Then I also wanted the rear passenger lights. And he acted like there were 2, but in my car (which they looked up in the system) has only 1 middle one. After me telling then that theyre wrong they got upset and argued back and told me Im wrong. Never going there again for parts. They are rude, and dont know what parts belong to which cars.
