My wife and I have been dreading appliance shopping for our new construction home. After pushing it off for months We really wanted to just be done with it. We walked in and was greeted immediately by Christian and his staff of “muscle”. We told them everything we were looking to buy and he immediately started us at washer and dryers and was extremely knowledgeable. One we picked them out he took us to the refrigerators and showed us the top 3 for the price and we picked two out. We wanted to look at some furniture and assumed Christian only knew appliances..... Wrong. Christian knew every package deal and by name. He made our experience an absolute dream and we will be back to finish shopping for our home. Christian made us a deal on every item we bought and showed us the fantastic warranty which we bought without hesitation. Christian even threw in all of our hookups for free!! I never want to spend that kind of money again but super pleased with our experience. We will be back for a bedroom set and couch soon!

UPDATE: While the sales team was good, Ive had nothing but problems ever since. Starting with the stove I received was NOT the stove I paid for but I cant prove it so I wont fight it, the oven racks were missing and the stove was damaged (I believe) during delivery. The delivery men were extremely RUDE! One foot on the stove was missing and the other was broken.. I went back to the store and they gave me feet from another stove,, however those did not fit.. I took them back, along with the remaining broken foot so they could order the right part, however the part I received is also NOT a fit for my stove. The washer does not empty during the spin cycle so I have to call for a repair on a brand new washer. This has been such a stressful purchase. I wont even waste my time going back. All I want is what I paid for. I wont say dont purchase from there... but I will say buyer beware.Tyler was such a wonderful person! The selection was great and everyone was helpful in making my choices easy! The prices were gr Ended up getting a washer, dryer, stove and fridge UNDER budget!!! Thanks Tyler!!

PSA!! Warning ⚠️ the interest rate is 150 to 160 percent on the furniture. The best way to purchase furniture from here is to pay cash for the item. A 1500 dollar set was going to be 228.00 dollars per month for 2 years. After the 2 years you would pay enough for 3 sets of the same furniture. Also has nothing to do with a low credit score because i am well over 700. The salesman was very helpful and friendly!

I found just what I wanted, a beautiful Cafe Induction Range .... and saved SO much! Service was of the highest quality, polite, making sure they showed me the minor dents, arranged for delivery, taking away my old stove and installing my new one at such reasonable service charges. They even printed off a copy of the manual for me. I am going away VERY satisfied. AND in a few days the new Cafe range will be in my home. After three tries at getting a Cafe delivered to my home with a Home Depot... at full price.... I was disappointed with incompetent delivery policies, a no show call the night before, and then when it finally came it was so dented, it was beyond what I could accept with their Measly 10% resolve.I will definitely come back to American Freight on Broadview. With Service like this, and so much choice and amazing service...I am pleased!

Took 3 trips over two weeks to actually buy the scratch and dent appliances shown as available on their website inventory. -supposedly 2-week issue with recording store deliveries after computer upgrade-Then they snuck in an upgraded mattress for an extra $100 sales price while loading appliances in cargo van.All financing paperwork was delivered via text links to personal smart phone for e-signature with no hard copies available at store. Which meant I didnt register 189% interest rate until I got home and printed out finance docs.All sales are final, no returns allowed with a 48-hour swap out window with other model of Their Choice if purchased appliance fails to function once installed. Or call manufacturer for warranty claim. Just a painful process.

My furniture set was supposed to be delivered Tuesday the 18th it never arrived because even tho we had set delivery up it was never scheduled on their end I called Wednesday asking what happened they told me I had to wait till Friday to talk to Ron the GM. And then I still tried to set up delivery but they aren’t willing to work with my schedule at all. I called them again yesterday to talk to the GM himself I called twice a girl answered the phone said “please hold and hung up on me” I have had it up to my eyeballs with dealing with them. I just want the furniture I paid for already. It’s been almost 3 months.

Ron Urioste went above and beyond the call of duty taking photos of a $2K+ stove we purchased, emailing the photos to us, and describing stove details for our consideration. It was important to get as much info as possible because the price of this stove far exceeded our planned budget. Plus, we were buying it sight unseen from Ohio, having it shipped out to us in Southern California. Great job!

Not the absolute greatest QUALITY of items, but for the prices, its worth looking into.

Everything was great, except:1.) They sold the same fridge ten minutes before me but didnt find out until next day2.) Had to make another 45 min drive to personally review next fridge3.) The new fridge had door issues closing so checked out fridge in the back of store, which ended up being the same one from the previous dayThey did waive the delivery fee, which was nice, but the process wasnt a positive one. Unfortunately theres nowhere else to buy appliances so this is truly may be the only place in the county that has multiple options.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with buying a washer and dryer in my life. You would think that carrying the old Sears outlet name that they would give better service then sell broken appliances. They sold me a washer and dryer and the dryer had a little dent on the side. The dint is cause it to make a loud sound when it’s on and it’s been 6 months and they are not helping me to get a new one. I don’t recommend them to anyone just go to the real SEARS

I bought a fridge 10 days ago and it stopped working already! Thankfully I bought the protection plan, but scheduling that was such a hassle. The staff was great at the store but everything after the purchase has been a headache. I have food in my freezer that is ruined now and there isn’t a technician in my area to fix my 10 day old appliance! Shop somewhere else.
