Got a Sony head unit installed here, very professional service, this guy knows what he does. Gave me an appointment the same day and finished installing it in a couple of hours and it looks like factory.price was fair too. Difenetly recommend.

Beware!!! Road Quake does not stand by their warranties. I had speakers replaced and an amplifier installed. In the process the heating and cooling controls were disconnected. The controls were not reconnected when the console was put back together. Should be a simple fix, right? JR, the owner, does not pick up his calls, the voice mail box is full and cannot take messages, text message are not returned and J.R. is infrequently on site. Short of stalking, there is no way to get a response. After 1 month of trying, I took my car to my mechanic and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Easy fix. However it cost extra money to fix Road Quakes mistake. The warranty is useless. Keep that in mind when you are driving off the lot.

JR did a good job installing the Rockville subs I bought. Nice cool guy, got it installed on a Sunday, most car stereo installation companies dont have much of any hours of operation on weekends for some reason, but this one did. Definitely recommend. Thanks again for the good work!

I had a sub installed today by J.r. and he did an incredible job, hid all the wires, properly wired everything, tuned it for me explained the whole set up and concepts and even though they don’t let customers in the garage he let me watch what he was doing and the sub sounds amazing, 10/10 definitely recommend and will be going back to get new speakers and tints installed. The only problem is it took longer than anticipated (almost 4 hours) but it is a long process but definitely worth it.

Great, speedy and accurate tint service by Jeff. He’s confident in what he does which made me feel like my car was in good hands. He recommended a few things and was straight forward with getting my windows tinted so I could get in and out. Oh I love it. The best service and so friendly guy. I forgot to ask his name but he was so cool. My car has some semi autonomous system which gets bad if water goes in(happened to me with my previous car) and he made sure to take extra caution. JR did an amazing job installing my led interior light kit on my 2016 dodge dart ralley blacktop. Looks amazing. Great customer service. Straight forward. Did everything I asked and then some. They are remodeling and apologized for it . No need. I like the showroom vision they have cant wait to see it. In will definitely be back in spring to get rims and tire package and hid headlights. This is the place to go .

I dropped off my Camry to get remote start installed. The Road Quake staff took their time to explain to me the options in range, equipment and pricing for the remote start that were available for my type of car. I was more than satisfied when I picked my car up a few hours later. Their prices are great, their staff very helpful and I would highly recommend this place.

Had a remote starter installed on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra as well as amp and my American bass subs installed. Jared did a solid job on everything and in a timely manner, communicated the process with details. Couldn’t be more pleased, will be going back to them for tint and rims! Called the fellas at road quake around 2:00pm on a Saturday wanted to get some tint done on my Escalade! Jared told me come in around 3:00pm, I still was late about 15 minutes! Jeff did an AMAZING job on my tint. The previous owner of my vehicle already had it tinted and it was horrible. Jeff removed all of the old stuff and replaced it with higher quality material and technique. The shop was nice and everyone was very friendly.

If you are going to tint your windows in Cleveland this is the place to go. Called up and was able to get a same day appointment a couple hours later. The tech explained the pros and cons of the film types and shade percentages. Not knowing too much about tinting he made my experience painless. The prices are pretty good and my car looks absolutely fantastic.

I had 2 front windows tinted on my wifes vehicle. I got the $90 tint package with 7yr warranty. The tint job came out great. Im Very happy with the results. I Will be taking other vehicles up to them soon. Ive had previous tint jobs done on other vehicles,and this is probably in the top 2. And for the price you cant beat it.

Great service! Allowed me and my family to wait and watch while getting my side and rear windows tinted. When we came in he informed us of the different levels and what was/wasnt legal. Vary friendly and you wont find better prices will be coming back when I get my stero upgraded. Also he offered a deal for getting the whole car done call them and get an estimate theyre prices are amazing and so is the quality.

I took my camaro here to get tint done, the whole experience was great, from setting it up to dropping off, to picking up, not a complaint. Roadquake was the second business I went to for a hid conversion The first place could not do the conversion. JR was able to install the conversion for me followed by a final adjustment to satisfy my whim for where I wanted the headlights to light up the road. I am totally pleased with the work performed. I got my jeep windows tinted, and before that I got a stereo and subs installed. They explain everything to you, and answered all of my questions with kindness. All the guys there seem passionate and hardworking, and make sure the job gets done right! Ill be back for more improvements to my jeep.

Ive dealt with Jared several times, for different projects none of them were major money making projects for the Roadquake since I do most of my own work. That being said I cant see how I could have been treated any better if I was having them do the work. Several things were brought up that were extremely helpful that helped my end result come out better.

Attention be careful!!! When we first contacted them we gave them the year and model of car and they said the cost will be $179 plus tax so we made an appointment and dropped off the vehicle but when we returned for pickup all the sudden the price was $247and they claimed that they ran out of the one tint brand and they had to use a more expensive brand in order to finish the car on time. The worst part they made it sound like they did us a favor by doing that! They are scammers BE CARFUL!

Seen the reviews and some are bad. To be honest I had my tint done there 6 years ago and got the lifetime warranty and my tint is still looking new. Im about to have a few guys get theres done this week.

Just had window tint and a new stereo installed in my older Town Car. They were professional, communicated effectively, and did good work.What I liked:Junior was a great guy - no pressure. Very easy going and flexible. We found the stereo that fit my needs. Install was very professional. Despite some unexpected roadblocks, Junior put in the extra effort to make sure everything looked and worked great. (with the tight space in the dash, and the temporary problems that created, I think he really earned his money on this install) He even took the time and sat in the car with me showing me the ins and outs of the stereo.Window tint - thats a different guy, I forget his name. But he, too, was easy to work with. I didnt really know exactly what I wanted, tint-wise. He worked with me and I got a great tint job. I got the $200 film, which is a higher quality than the $125 film, with a better warranty. Looks great, Im very happy with it.They are very busy, it took a couple days to schedule my install - so be prepared for that. Its not a big deal to me, I was ok waiting a few days.Ill come back to get the backup camera installed.Id recommend Road Quake, and recommend you ask for Junior.

I was having issues with my passenger side door lock and I was told to come in after work so it could be looked at. He ended up replacing the part and I went on my way. I appreciated the fact he had me come in right away to fix the issue I was having.

I took my 2011 Lincoln Navigator up there to have my front windows tinted and have my sounds enhanced. JR hooked up my speaker enclosure, added a Rockford Fosgate amp, and added 2 new tweeters. This is the way a THX sound system was meant to sound. Only took 2 days. Sound system sounds great, windows look great, etc. Im very pleased. We talked car audio for a bit and he knows his stuff. Called Roadquake on Tuesday and on Wednesday had half my system installed. Jr. was very helpful and answered phone or called me right back when working out the details. I had touch screen installed and windows tinted. Couldnt be more satisfied. When I have the money, Roadquake will finish with installing the amp and speakers.

Definitely recommend roadquake for window tint, they do terrific work in the exact amount of time they quote. To speak of the quality, getting tint on a brand new vehicle with zero tint and going to 20% all around was a huge jump and each single window was perfected to a good standard and with the 5% sunstrip was a beautiful touch. Also cheaper then nearby locations like zeibart. Recommend 10/10 and will return with other vehicles

I planned on using Road Quake to tint my windows after reading great reviews on Google. I set up an appointment online and drove the 1hr to get there for my 11:30 am appt. Upon arrival at 11am there was no one there, showroom was closed. I called to confirm and the gentleman was not there, and said he would not be there until after 12pm. No use in scheduling an appt. They might do a great job at tinting windows but due to their unprofessionalism I will he taking my business elsewhere

I got a stereo installed supposed to have bluetooth module, microphone, wire harness 158 not a bad price. But i never got the bluetooth module even though I was charged for one and Ive been getting jerked around ever since. SMH I was gonna get some other stuff done with them but after my experience with em and having to buy another module and finish the work myself. I would never recommend or use road quake again. Getting the other stuff I wanted done at Finish Line way more professional and you will get done what you actually pay for
