I ordered a Jack for my horse trailer on Sept. 3, 2020. My credit card was charged and it has been 6 weeks and still have not received it. I called and left a message 2 weeks ago and have not heard back. I left a message through their contact form on the website 1 week ago and still no responses. Today I left another message. The website is not working now as well. I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge so that I can get my money back and order from someone reputable that will deliver my product.

Just like other customers, they authorized then posted a credit card charge for over $1,000 for a product that they dont have. As others have said, their websites online chat is never staffed, they do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not answer emails, and they do not respond to messages left in their Message Center at their website. They did issue a refund, but the lack of communication and charging my card in the first place cant warrant a good review. Its a violation of VISA merchant policies to post a charge without shipping the product. I cant recommend this company unless you call and confirm they are in-stock on whatever it is you plan to order ... and good luck getting them on the phone to do that.

WORST EVER EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Ordered was place on August 21st and today is September 1st and Absolutely NO response from this company!! I have called, emailed and texted everyday 2nd day to get ETA for Shipping of Hydraulic jack for my goose neck horse trailer. Do yourself a huge favor and NEVER EVER ORDER anything from this COMPANY. On There website they only put up there good reviews which are not many. This is $1,000 Jack that I am trying to get shipped. They have my MONEY and CANNOT get back to me!!!

Worst place I have dealt with in years. They gladly took my money and havent provided a product or refund in over a month. They wont answer the phone or return a call.

Ordered tires from their website that I needed ASAP. Tried calling before ordering to see if I could pick them up instead of having them shipped as I’m local. Left a message which no one returned. No biggie, place is 30 min away I figured shipping would be a day or two. Placed my order and followed up with an email asking again about pickup, never a reply. Almost a week went by with no shipping info, no messages or emails returned. Once again reached out to check on the status of my order and got an almost instant reply “your order has been cancelled. We refunded you.” Wasted almost a week with downtime to my business waiting for parts that were never going to come when I could have gotten them somewhere else and been up and running.

Great company with an extremely large selection of accessories, they went above and beyond to make sure my needs were satisfied with my bedcover. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for any truck or car accessories.

This business accepted a fraudulent transaction from my account from an unknown individual. I cant get anyone to answer or return my calls. This leads me to believe this business is a fraud as well.

Excellent customer service. My order was shipped (and delivered) on time. Greg was very helpful in selecting the proper product for my needs.

Placed an order almost 4 months ago and it still says awaiting shipment. Ive tried to contact them to cancel my order and juat get a refund but cant get a response. Ive been patient due to the pandemic but now its flat out ridiculous. Worst customer service ive ever delt with.

These folks are horrible, no customer service. I have emailed 3 times and called on another and can not get a reply as to status of order placed 2 weeks ago!

This place is a joke. I have been calling for a week. after 3 days they finally answer the phone, then for next 3 days they keep telling me to call back the next day. I am calling about a part their website says is in stock but it is not.
