Very impressed with the buying experience. Mattress Firm took the time to review several types and prices of mattresses. Throughout the process we felt no pressure to decide in the mattress we chose. Two days later our mattress was delivered to our home by two gentlemen, who quickly and carefully placed the new mattress and left with the old one.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked several questions to help guide us towards the perfect mattress. The sales representative and manager were both patient while my fiance and I tried different mattresses to find the best for us. They occasionally asked if we had questions or needed anything but left us to ourselves. Once we found our perfect mattress and base, they both answered our questions and explained the purchase price. The manager quickly did our bill of sale and helped us obtain our financing. We appreciated the no pressure sales and the ability choose the right mattress and base for us without being steered towards a set at a higher price. Still Have not received mattress but did receive a lot of reasons why the mattress was delayed and why the phones were down when I tried to call back about the 3rd time the delivery was delayed. Had to call the Strongsville Store to cancel my order. Lesson learned. From 5 stars to one only because it forced me to pick one.

Excellent experience! We were dreading purchasing a mattress, but Harry made it extremely easy! He was very knowledgeable and struck a perfect balance between providing assistance/answering questions and giving us ample breathing room and time to discuss our thoughts amongst ourselves. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way, and we walked away with a mattress that were really excited about!

We were there to buy a mattress for my mom, but ended up getting one for ourselves as well. We live 500 miles away and were able to purchase it while we were at the store with my mom. They are going to deliver it to our house once we get home.

I walked in wanting to spend less the $500 which I wish was possible but for what I was looking for that price just wasn’t enough. I was first showed the top notch bed in the store and what is was like. I admit it was like heaven but the price of nearly $5,000 wasn’t worth it. I did say I was open to a slightly higher priced so I was showed a few options. I wanted something to help my back and to keep me cool as my body is always hot. I need help to stay cool and A/C isn’t always so helpful. I was shown mattresses that have cooling technology built in and that’s what won me over two different options. One was amazing but the other was pretty amazing and cheap. I was torn but spending $1,800 instead of $2,800 was the answer I needed. I saved money and had some stuff thrown in. Best service I could ever ask for. It was a delight to be treated professionally and properly.

The service at this store was spectacular when I visited. I’m giving 3 stars because of the delivery service. They can only narrow their delivery window down to a whole day, and then only a several hour period on the day before. I cannot afford to take a day off work or to even justify it in order to sign for something that could be left at my house.

Don did an excellent job on going over what process we were going to go through. Asked questions about what I was looking for and guided me through the different steps. He patiently guided me through all the mattresses that I tried out, tried again, and then several more times. I bought 2 mattresses at Mattress Firm Parma (44129) on Labor Day. Our sales associate who has consulted us to purchase G3 Mapplewood Firm Mattress Queen size with a pice of $399 each and sleepy foundation queen reg is $100/each. The total amount is $1,079.98. After payment, I saw that the price on the website was $249 / EACH, I was so shocked, then I called Donald to check it out. After the explanation, he told me that after 7-10 days, Ill get $324 back. I asked him to give me a receipt for the update, and he said yes, he did it after the call. Up until now, I havent received anything from him via email. So sad about the service of Mattress Firm and will never come back or recommend it to anyone else!

Went to Mattress Firm in Parma Heights on Sunday 05-24-2020. They were great. They took extra care to social distance, wear masks (as did I to protect them) and the sales staff was very knowledgeable. The sales lady, Analeah, assured me that the 10-year warranty on the Serta perfect sleeper pillow top mattress I purchased today did not require the purchase of the matching box springs in order to remain in full affect. This was a perfect scenario for my situation so I bought the pillow top mattress. Thank you.

My boyfriend and I purchased a mattress today. Donald Swift was the salesperson waiting on us. He was great! He explained everything to us walking us through the different types of mattresses. Donald was the only salesperson in the store so he had to run back and forth between customers. There really should have been two salespeople at the store! In spite of being shorthanded Donald did a wonderful job. Also the Parma store wasnt open the day before although the recording on the phone stated they were. When we got there and they werent open we called the Brunswick store to see why the parma store wasnt open. Donald answered the phone at the Brunswick store and told us he would be opening the Parma store this morning. He did open the Parma store and saved a Mattress Firm sale!

The salespeople were friendly, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. It was a great shopping experience!

I was in a hurry and the salesman did an excellent job of pointing me right to what would work and fit my budget without trying to upsell me to death. Very pleasant experience overall, I am looking forward to receiving my order and getting a good nights sleep.

Very nice show room, warm and inviting. Larger selection than the local mattress stores, much better deals as well especially if youre looking for an adjustable base/mattress combo. The store manager is very friendly and approachable. Not high pressure, and they carry mattresses that are approved by Certipur to have safe materials and non-toxic chemicals.

Albert and Kati were very knowledgeable and helpful. They informed of the sales going for Labor Day and answered all our questions. When we were told the mattress we picked out would be out of stock for 2 weeks, they called other stores and located one out of state and were able to have it shipped to us in less than a week. They were really nice, above and beyond service.

Great selection of mattresses to try. I have never seen a color code system, what an excellent idea. David Mann the salesman was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, personal, and quiet as we laid down 3-5 minutes trying the ones we were interested in. I will highly recommend Mattress Firm.

If I could, I would rate them zero stars. If you go here they will display units are no longer available (discontinued) and then upsell you into a much more expensive products. I was lied to about how I could pay for the financing, I was lied to about the products that were on the floor. I specifically asked the salesman about the method of payment for the financing offer. I was told my method of payment would be accepted, and that he could see absolutely no reason as to why that method of payment wouldnt be allowable. Come to make my first payment, and my method of payment, which I was assured would be fine, was not allowed. I then had to return to the store and pay for a very expensive mattress that I was up sold into, outright.You should not buy from this store, and you should not buy from this company. Their solution was for me to pay for the mattress outright and that they would call their other stores to make sure that they knew that this was going to be an issue. Their response following that was to let me know that none of their stores knew how their financing worked and in the past have told customers bad information.I know this last part is a little off topic, but every single time I asked about the longevity of the product, I was told about the warranty not the longevity. When I returned to repay for the mattress that I was sold, I witnessed the same salesman do the same thing. He was asked about the longevity of the quality of the mattress, and all he repeated, three separate times, was the warranty information.EDIT 201015:Id rather you address me on here, a public forum. I dont have any idea what would right this experience. I budgeted for a certain amount to be spent on a monthly basis to ensure that I didnt over spend. I made it clear that I was paying down the total amount to whatever the minimum amount for your 3 year financing at 0% was. Because I had to pay this purchase outright, I now have to pay my credit cards interest rate on the entire purchase, not on just the down payment I made on the day of purchase. Alerting your other stores and informing me that the other locations were as uninformed as this location does nothing to fix my budget. I dont know what could right this, I am curious as to what course of action you would suggest in this situation. I worked in retail for over a decade and if I ever had an error this egregious on my lease or credit sales I would have been dismissed immediately.EDIT 201019:No follow-up response yet from Mattress Firm as of yet. I have now been contacted by the company they use for financing (Synchrony) about a delinquent payment (that I do not owe). Apparently during my return process, they only returned $1408 of the $2001 from the transaction. Because of their incompetence, they are now trying to collect on a debt that should and does not exist. Trying to call the store to get any information lead to 6 calls going unanswered and when the call was finally answered, I was rushed off the phone as quickly as possible. Between the incompetence, the blatant misrepresentation of their products, and the lack of any education of their finance options, this store and company should be avoided at all costs. I worked in retail sales for 10 years and if I or any of my salesmen made mistakes this large with customers financing options or misrepresented our products, they would have been immediately dismissed.All that being said, Synchrony, the financing company, has been nothing but helpful with the situation in disputing the charges and assisting with understanding how to resolve the issues caused by Mattress Firm.EDIT 201023:Now, thanks to the ineptitude of everyone at mattress firm, and the issues through their finance company, my credit score has dropped almost 40 points. Which will take a very long time to recover due to a new line of credit not being opened, and a much larger percentage of my available credit now being applied to purchase. This has been a nightmare that will not end, and now I will have to deal with it for another year, at least.

Stopped in to try mattresses and Harry was great about moving mattresses off the wall for me to try. Found that mattress was cheaper online and they matched the price.

The place is clean, staff looked bored. They had one single twin mattress to show us, one.... and nothing is in stock it’s just a show room. So if you purchase a mattress you won’t receive it for 4-5 business day’s. Once they found out we were only there for two twin mattresses they could’ve cared less to help us since it’s not a big commission. We will never be back and we never recommend.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of how easy the warrant exchange was online. However, getting the product is the hard part. We tried to call to reschedule the delivery but was told the warehouse was closed and to call again tomorrow. I called the retail store and was told that they would get back to me on when the delivery was. I ended up not needing to reschedule and was waiting for the delivery at the house. Several hours pass and no call. I call again to find out that they took the products off of the truck although we had never set up a reschedule time. Now I have to wait 3 more days to get the delivery. Will it actually come to my house this time or will I be forced to keep sleeping on a broken box spring? Only time will tell.

My girlfriend and I went to buy our first bed together over Black Friday weekend. From the moment we walked in the door, we were targeted by a saleswoman presumably because we are young. We were shown multiple beds without going into much detail about them whatsoever, and it was clear throughout the process she wasn’t concerned about customer service but rather making a sale. However, we found a great deal on a floor model so we were willing to work with them despite the obvious predatory nature of the sales pitch. During the actual sale, multiple important details were glossed over including the fact that the adjustable frame she sold us (which we never physically saw or were shown information about) would not fit up our stairs. So, of course, when the first delivery happened, the mattress and frame were delivered and we had to refuse the delivery of the frame because no one bothered to ask us about the details of our home. To add to this, the delivery men scratched our floor in multiple places, even though they never actually got anything upstairs but the mattress. They then proceeded to put a queen mattress on a full size box spring from our previous mattress, causing the new mattress to sag at the edges before we even arrived home from work. Also, they threw our old mattress outside into the rain before they even tried to bring in the new bed, causing us to be unable to refuse the delivery of the mattress as we would have been left completely without a bed. We called the store immediately after the failed delivery, as we needed a frame to put our brand new mattress on. It took three hours on the phone with someone who wasn’t even a manager to procure a collapsible frame from a different store location that we had to drive to pick up ourselves, even though we paid for delivery. Then, to replace our brand new adjustable frame, the store manager though it was acceptable to send a used frame with holes and missing bolts as a replacement. We refused that delivery as well because we paid for a brand new frame and were not willing to downgrade because of an error on the salespersons part. We have tried for two weeks now to get a proper replacement frame or even a refund and the district manager is completely unwilling to rectify the mistake or even accept responsibility for it. The amount of undue stress this has caused, not to mention the money this has cost us is undeniably ridiculous. We have yet to be contacted about our damaged floor, the delivery crew and the sales people’s stories don’t match up at all, and somehow no one can find a solution that works for US, the customer. I am completely blown away by the lack of responsibility, the willingness to lie, and the disrespect we’ve been shown by at least three separate individuals. I would not recommend anyone buy a bed from here, ever. If this is the way they are willing to treat paying customers, I cannot imagine what else they might do just to make a sale. I will never buy a bed or anything else from mattress firm again.

Best experience weve had shopping for a mattress. We needed an adjustable bed because of back problems. Carolyn, the sales person, was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and the perks to each one. We didnt think wed find a bed, but we walked out with a bed, in budget, free shipping, and some other perks.We will definitely be back to mattress firm! She was great! Wow! What an amazing new little gem right in the center of Parma.
