Very disorginized and appeared to only be one young lady in whole entire store. Person in front of me has an entire cart full. Cashier moving very slow. Other people getting in line behind me. I ask if there is anyone she can call for more cashiers. She just says I have to wait. Only had a few items. Would have taken a good half hour to take care of person in front of me.Needed to be home by eight. Left my stuff and left. Been avoiding this store a while. Now will never go back to this store. Other Family Dollars are much better managed.

Always clean and well organized. Boss man, as I call him, is always very nice and especially helpful when looking for something. He always knows where its at. Id recommend this store to anyone close. Id even say its worth going out of your way to shop here.

Will never go back to this family dollar again. Very unprofessional, rude, and dirty. I got double charged for a few items, then when I asked the cashier about it her manager made a big deal about refunding my money like I was stealing when I didnt even leave the register, suggested that I just purchase two of the same items versus her giving me my money back. She gave me my money back with a attitude and tried to give me all change and thats not what I gave her. Save yourself the aggravation and go someplace else.

The one on Brookpark rd by Broadview is nice has plenty of room. The one on State rd across from the post office is dirty and not alot of room to move around.

Cheap stuff but a ghetto neighborhood

OK store to grab a few things

I usually do not go to this location but I stopped on my way home. Although they had everything I needed, the store was a wreck. The shelves were a mess. There was cloths on the floor and packs of paper towels also on the floor. When I went to check out, the cashier was on his phone making plans for after work. Did not even get a hello or a think you. I used to love going to this location. Now I remember why I stopped. Come FD...get it together!!

Always find everything I need and the women there are just trying to give me all the advice that they can give me and exactly where everything is so I give them a A plus and would recommend the store to anyone

The one on Pearl the register dont ring up the sale prices half the time other than that good store.

I love this family dollar....not the one close to home but I love the staff an its always organized.

I will never come back to this family dollar store because of some of the workers are starting stuff with like today this girl Husband was all up in my face when I was walking back home and then followed me to my house I will never come back this family dollar because the workers are nothing but two faces lie and there is always drama at this store

DIRTY- and old- and there are rarely employees here- just like everywhere else-long lines and 1 cashier and the guy behind the register- the 1 that looks like Daffy Dan- is rude
