People there are really nice and they have a clean store.

Very frustrating I wanted to get in and get out that was not the case. Its hit or miss with this store. I think they need extra help to be able to call in at a time when it get like this.Which it does at times.

Its been there for a long time and have really good prices on their merchandise.

I have been going to Lucys for years now and no matter who takes care of me, theyre always super nice. I dont even live in Parma anymore and still drive out of the way to go there.
