Placed a mobile order at 7:09. Currently 7:33 and it hasn’t even been started yet. David was awesome, pretty much the only one making drinks for a huge line in the drive though and inside while 3 girls calmly walked around

This is the only location that doesn’t give you a sleeve or a stopper for your HOT coffee I order a large Coffee and when she gave it to me it was extremely hot. I couldn’t even hold it not to mention HOT coffee spill all on my wrist. I don’t know if it’s laziness or they just ran out but they have to do better I could’ve really harmed myself

Everything was fresh and well made and the staff was great. I went in right at 5am when they opened and they were totally cool. :)

At $6.00 for a drink I would think you could make what I ordered. Oatmilk… is that even a real thing, it’s definitely not an option for a Cafe Latte however WHOLE MILK is!

Staff are friendly and competent. They know how to make your coffee correctly and they are pretty quick. As someone who goes to Dunkin almost every day, I can say that Ive been way happier with my visits to Starbucks. If price wasnt a problem, I would visit more often.

The Staff is great. I have ordered from this location 6 times and EVERY TIME my drink tastes like it has DISH SOAP in it. No joke. I cannot make this up. I have Starbucks from other locations 10x per month and this one is always Palmolive flavored. Having flashbacks of having my mouth washed with soap as a kid.

Its Starbucks. The coffee is pretty good, price is as expected.BUTThe people who work here have a depth of kindness and compassion that is rare. They make great drinks, but they also make a person feel truly special. The waits are longer due to Covid, but not bad at all. I truly enjoy coming here because of the employees. Its always clean, too.

Never had a issue at this location other then the line that wraps around the tiny parking lot.

Drinks took over 25 minutes to prepare (it was a pink drink and a tea). The employee made my drink wrong and left out the cold foam. When I asked her for cold foam she proceeded to dump out half my drink in front of me and put on very little cold foam. Additionally this employee was very rude and basically threw my drink at me once the foam was poured.

So slow & always out of popular things. waiting in line for 20 minutes just to be out of something really kills your mood.

They need to bring back their Salted Carmel mocha hot

I went here around 9:30, and I dat I’m not so long of a line for about 20 minutes. Finally got up to the window and paid for the wrong order.... when I was given my drink, it was wrong. Biggest waste of time, they are overpaid ( for what they do) and do a lousy job. I’m finding 9 times out of 10, nothing is correct. It’s a shame, but I guess that’s what happens when you have a bunch of retards working there.

Placed a mobile order on sun 12/20 at 240 pm since I was shopping in the area. Got to the drive through line at about 245 to pick it up since I was literally right around the corner (I thought it would be easier to pick up in the drive thru since if you park and the drive thru line backs up, there’s no getting out). there were only 5 cars in front of me. I did not wind up getting to the window for my drink until 3:25pm (so almost 45 mins). Of course by then, my drinks were warm instead of hot. I also had to inform them again when I got to the window that I was picking up a mobile order after the girl gave me a total for an order that wasn’t mine. Of course by this time, also, the line for the drive through was backed up onto ridge road (which is a very busy road), making it hard for people to get out of the drive through exit

Was handed my cup with cream all over bottom, guy didnt even bother to wipe off. I got a dragonfruit that doesnt even have cream! They forgot my cookie so had to wait. Just seemed chaotic inside. Then trying to pull out of parking lot was awful due to the drive thru long line not moving. Would not return to this Starbucks again!

This is specifically the Starbucks in Parma, Ohio, at the corner of Day Drive and Ridge Road.While every Starbucks usually has long lines in the driver through, this Starbucks is horribly slow, the staff is rude and short, when youre attempting to order, and is just an absolute put off, from other Starbucks locations.

The dragon drink doesn’t taste as good as the other Starbucks. I tried 3 different times; the dragon drink tastes kind of water down all those three times.

Very nice workers getting a coffee at 3pm was not great idea. Long lines & impatient people.

I was the only person in the store- placed an order with Dylan who was very polite... then I waited and waited and waited... Dev (who handled my order) had a friend come in to chat with her. He told her a long story of how he’s probably going to get fired from his job at the bar he works at because a argued with a customer who complained about the full garbage can next to her table. Dev makes her friend his drink and then gives it to him for free... from there she says “I’ll get your drink next.” The nice blonde girl at the drive-thru window asked me nicely 3 times if I needed anything while I waited. Whoever DEV is, she was horrible.. terrible customer service, most likely a liberal. I’ll never go back to that location again.

Placed an order watched as they were making drinks, employees not wearing gloves, using hands to push ice into cup.I approached the counter and told the white female that its still Covid-19 and she needs to wear gloves before she makes my drink and I dont want to be infected because you fail to wear gloves. She stated I think we are out of gloves and some how she managed to find gloves.I stated that I was reporting this she then replied I dont care where other people can hear.This is a nasty place and will continue to post .

With only 2 cars ahead of us in the drive through we gave up waiting after 15 minutes .

Parmatown Starbucks is always great. Only problem is they are so popular that the lines are long, but normally move good. Baristas are very friendly and helpful.

I love Starbucks and the woman at the front, I think her name is Valerie. The staff are friendly and they are speedy even when extremely busy. If an accident occurs with an order, Ive seen them offer sincere apologies (even to me directly) and are quick to fix.

Ok, so usually when I go to Starbucks I never have a hard time ordering .. However today the drive thru operator had a terrible attitude and didnt hide it at all. It took me 15min to order three drinks because she wanted to argue about the correct terms for lemonade being added to a refresher.All of that just so shed forget to add the lemonade to the drinks. AND TO TOP IT OFF she yelled at my mother when she told them the order was wrong.. Worse service ever!!! Im pretty sure yelling at the customer isnt taught in orientation.. They never fixed our drinks by the way $20 down the drain!!smh My mother was so distraught that she just pulled off

Took us over 5 minutes sitting at the drive thru order box to even get someone to answer to take our order. Got up to the window and the cashier was downright rude. Never again. Will take the extra 5 minutes to go to the Starbucks on Tiedeman

Fast and accurate service, always greeted in a friendly tone. Only down side is it is located by a rather busy intersection so entering and exiting can be troublesome. No bad experiences have been had during any visit.

Coffee is good, staff is nice. But not consistent in strength of coffee. Or knowledge of specialty drinks.

This location has some of the best staff of any Starbucks, particularly Sarah when she went out of her way to go over all the different types of teas. She came across as very knowledgeable and very professional. Im thankful for a great experience!

Being the only Starbucks has its downsides. It gets really busy here and its not at a good location meaning its difficult to pull out of. The store is also pretty small and they should expand to take over the whole building now that the pizza joint is gone. Typical Starbucks though, clean and friendly.

Love the drinks but they should be universal on how they are made. One visit should not have more flavor/toppings than when I was there 30 mins before.

My first time here. They have a bit of communal seating and two high tops in a nice little clean shop. Shaded patio seating is also available. The prepackaged food seems quite tasty (I had a turkey sandwich with carrots apples and some manner of dip) and bottled oj. I generally do not like Starbucks coffee, although I have not yet tried their super duper light blend to see if that might be more to my liking. But my sister likes it and it was her turn to pick the location of our monthly chess/backgammon game, so there I was. I would go there again, although I still might not drink the coffee.
