Casey is a great guy who was working the front and helped me out with picking out a great office chair for my boyfriend.He even went as far as tightening up some screws on the armrests of a chair I bought from the floor.Wonderful customer service and I was able to find what I was looking for in a good big and tall chair and then some!

Worked for a week drawing and coloring an order I needed, put in the print order and they have the nerve to tell me my drawing is copyrighted and they cant print it even when I drew each piece myself and recolored and altered each bit making everything original to my needs, try to explain that and they just say no its copyrighted, if they even bothered to do any reverse image search they would see none of it was but sure the guy pressing print knows more about copyright laws then the actual artist

Needed ink tried larger cartridge and doing great so farI have taken several to recycle that helps reduce the costThey have been very helpful everytime I go and it helps my other favorite store is next door

The sales manager Casey, and sales associate Katie were incredibly nice and helpful! They made what is typically a kinda stressful situation soooooo easy!

Don’t trust their website. It’ll say an item is jn stock when it isn’t. The public website doesn’t reflect what I store inventory system shows even. What a useless website. Very frustrating

Clean, well staffed, cheap copies, lots of quality paper, printer, internet network products. Also carries landline phones and nice office furniture.

When in to get a basic ink cartridge. The guy I asked about definitely didn’t want to be bothered. He even stopped me from talking to him to talk to his Wallis talkie about a truck for tomorrow. Then the nicest lady tried to help me but they didn’t have what I needed. When she asked the guy about he ignored her and walked away to pretend to clean a window.

Worst Store out of all of them, usually its .79 to make a copy now its 2.50 per copy and if you wan to do it yourself its 5.00 hold in your card. Ridiculous .

We had an employee named Casey that helped us from the minute we walked in the door all the way helping us to take our heavy item to the car. It was a great experience. And I love your store I love OfficeMax I shop there a lot.

This place is horrible, payed for an online pickup. Drove 45 minutes out to the store, just for them to tell us our item wasnt in stock. The manager then told me that they wouldnt refund me and that I would have to pay for the item again if I wanted to get it in a different color. Sales associate told me she would switch it out for a different color, but completely lied to me. Overall, the manager treated me horribly and I suggest that no one should go to this store. I will be canceling my OfficeMax business account right this instant.

Excellent service, helpful staff, quick turnaround on printshop services, quality work, fair prices, convenient location and hours, understandable options, pleasant experience.I have absolutely nothing negative to say. These folks are top - notch!

Easy to order custom printed items and they were shipped to my door quickly.

Their price on printer cartridges was the same as other brick and mortar stores (Wal-Mart and Target). A sales clerk greeted me when as soon as I walked in the door but didnt offer help, not even when I stopped to read the overhead signs. He stayed behind the customer service desk although I was probably the only customer in the store.They offer printer cartridge recycling/buy back, $2/cartridge. The cashier assured me that all cartridges are included in their program as long as Im a member of their rewards program.

I was recently at this location looking for a part for my computer. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable. If it werent for him I would have either purchased the wrong thing or walked out with nothing. Thank you for your help!

This is one of the saddest stores Ive been to in a while. Staff are friendly but inattentive; I did about half a dozen laps down every aisle in the store with a confused look on my face trying to find a product without ever once being approached to see if I needed help. Once I found an employee however, they were very personable and kind.

Never have a problem. They are always courteous and help with whatever I need.

Compared to other OfficeMax stores Ive been in, this one is pretty barren as they dont keep much in stock, especially the computer stuff, which is what I came there for when I initially visited this location (compared to other locations).

Good selection of products at good prices, but they only had one cashier and a long line. They need to hire more staff.

Called for a price on paper. Told me 2/10. So I go there and it wasnt that price. Unfortunately he didnt go check and gave me a false price. I get there and theres a long wait despite bring only 145 in the afternoon.

Customer service was outstanding.

The person at the service desk was not the most helpful person. She waited until I paid for my special order to tell me how long it would take to come in.
