Today I came in to use this green dot location and the cashier accused me of being like $28 short. I had JUST counted the money in the car with my gf . So I asked for my money back & came right back with a witness . All 3 of us counted the money together.. There wasnt a problem then . I felt as though she tried to short me. I understood that it was a fee to do green dot deposits but that wasnt the issue. She claimed I was short a significant amount . It rubbed me the wrong way, I cant speak for other cashiers but beware of Lisa.
BY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER BEEN TOO!!!! THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONES, YOU HAVE TO CALL DAY AFTER DAY AND WAIT ON HOLD 20+ MINUTES BEFORE YOU HANG UP AND TRY TO CALL AGAIN! THE DRIVE THROUGH IS ALWAYS WRAPPED AROUND THE BUILDING AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY SLOW! YOU WILL WAIT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR UP NEXT. WHEN THINGS ARE CALLED IN THEY ARE NEVER FILLED IN A TIMELY MATTER OR UNTIL YOU SHOW UP TO PICK THEM UP AND THEN THEY RUSH TO FILL THEM.. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHRAMACY AT ALL!!!!!
They didn’t fill rx in a timely matter, dr sent rx in the am. System says still processing late evening. Called to see when it will be available waited on hold for over 30 minutes and hung up. Tried again saying I was a dr office(yes I know that’s dishonest) waited about 10 minutes said it was ready and hung up on me. Better have rx,’s sent to a different cvs or other pharmacy. Zero stars……
The store was in my opinion very well put together, clean, organized, and all around great! Even the employees for 6am were friendly and helpful. However, the size of the parking lot was unnecessarily large.
Had covid test appointment 9:50am,arrived at 9:30,told would get call to go to little booth outside.1015am had to go through line again,got there1025am,told lady wasnt showing up,I got no call,,I need test for work return. Will never go to CVS again.done.verybad company.
I would love to give 0 stars. Received a text message that my prescription was ready for pick up - it was a new prescription and i went to pick it up after work. I arrived and they moved very slow, giving me no updates along the way- informed me after about ten minutes of standing there, that the medication was not covered by my insurance and they could not fill it- gave me no notice of this though! Waited until i was unable to call a doctors office or anyone to assist me with the issue- after knowing this information for hours! The entire interaction with this pharmacy was horrible - I’ve been going for years & have been watching it quickly decline. Horrible customer service, very rude employees, with absolutely no interest in helping you. I will be calling my doctor tomorrow to update my prescription and informing him to send the new script to a different pharmacy.
Stopped in today for my Rx. Super friendly staff and the pharmacy answered all my questions about this new medication I have to start taking. Thanks for being so nice!
Always an immense line in the Drive-Thru I dont understand why it takes that long
The pharmacist that was working last night was very rude and had a major attitude. She said I couldnt use GoodRx for dogs script (Amoxicillin) because it was called in by a vet. Ive used GoodRx for many dog scripts at other pharmacies! I called to complain to CVSs Customer Service and they said this policy doesnt exist!! The Pharmacist was wrong and should have taken it. This pharmacy sucks and its unfortunate because its right down the street from my house. Ill go out of my way not to fill my prescriptions here so I dont have to deal with their terrible service.
I had an appointment for rapid test for COVID-19 but there was one that at place. I drove around the drive through they told me to just wait at parking lot. I waited about 40mins no one came out so I drove to the driver through again they’re so rude and terrible customer service after and an hour of wasting my time I came home without getting tested

The black lady that works in the pharmacy is so very rude and disrespectful!!! I will be going to a different one. Dont recommend anyone going there when shes working!!!!! Cvs needs to put her through a courtesy class!!!!
Good for basic needs
If I could give it zero stars I would. The pharmacy is horrible! Me, my doctor, and the pharmacy I am trying to get everything transferred to have tried to call them for days and they wont answer. I stayed on hold an hour no answer. I need our scripts! I will never step foot there again once I finally get everything transferred. It is absolutely unacceptable. Im so angry!
Depends whose working here. Sometimes I have a great experience, sometimes I have an awful one. It really just depends.

I WANT to use this pharmacy because its so close to my home, but its impossible. The staff are polite and friendly, but seriously overworked, so it takes a very long time to fill prescriptions. You cant even drop off a prescription and then wait; they tell you to come back tomorrow, which is a problem if its a medication you need for an urgent issue. Again, theyre nice, and they work hard - every time Im in there, theyre working their butts off! - but theyre just so understaffed. CVS really needs to hire more people at this location.
Just avoid this place. You cannot get anyone on the phone and the wait time is 30-40 mins. I dont even know how they are still in business. Ive now just let two prescriptions go unfilled because I didnt have the time to wait for them. Trying to get prescription status as I type this and have been on hold for a half hour. Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever witnessed. Definitely NOT using this store for ANYTHING! Tear it down and put something useful in that lot!
The pharmacy Is the absolute worst. Lied about not having my daughters prescription. I NEVER go to this location Dr office sent it to this location by accident. Thank goodness other CVS are reliable, honest and helpful

Its my opinion that this store either needs more pharmacy help because theyre so busy that they cant handle the amount of customers. Or they need better workers. I waited in line at the drive-thru at the window for nearly 10 minutes while two people in the pharmacy was looking at me and no one could even take the time to say well be with you shortly. The average wait time for the drive-thru pharmacy is about 20 minutes. If you try calling good luck when you want to talk to the pharmacy because youre going to wait 20 minutes or more there as well. This store should seriously consider its reviews and think of how much better it could be to the community if it had better workers or if it had more workers. Parma Ohio is full of senior citizens and the demand is large for prescriptions in this city. I hope someone from corporate corporate office reads these reviews and takes action soon as Im ready to transfer my business to a different store.
Waited 40 minutes in line, when I finally get to window I had to repeat my name, bday information 8 times, then she says they dont have it, I say to her I got a text on Wed saying it would be ready by noon Thursday and today is Friday. She goes to get pharmacist and he asks if its for the insulin, said yes it is. Comes back and now the girl has my insulin. Horrible
If I could give a ZERO rating I would! Came here last Friday for a Covid test, and they told me I would have my results in 2-3 days. Needless to say today is 10/30/2020 a week exactly and still NO RESULTS! Do not waste your time going here!!
I wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru to get a prescription. Sometimes there’s only 0-2 people in line. Sometimes I don’t even get my prescription because I give up. I’m changing pharmacies.
This is the worst pharmacy. Everyone that works in this pharmacy is slow and rude. I have had nothing but problems coming here. Constant problems they never add your insurance so every time I pick up I have to tell them that is not the correct price and to run it three all insurances. I have been told several times when I come to pick up that it is out of stock until I state that, thats impossible bc I called it in days ago and them mysteriously it is in stock
Minute Clinic visit was a JOKE. You call yourself a nurse? Thank you for making me realize that google is more help than you. (I dont actually know the ladies name, but she was ridiculously rude and pretty much refused to help me). I should sue you for medical malpractice.
This Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Last month had a perception filled they shipped it to the wrong address twice wouldnt give me any info after I paid for it. They were in the wrong had to call the higher up to stop getting the run around and they were very rude and unhelpful. Just waited on hold for 32 minutes to make sure they have the address right to ship. I dont not suggest anyone to use this cvs. Bad service and rude employees.
This store has the potential to be a great store if it was ran properly. In the past 6 months it has quickly gone downhill .Pharmacy is way behind it takes an entire day to fill a prescription. You cant just wait 30 mins after dropping off to pick up. The minute clinic is falling behind when it was a great location to quickly be seen, now when you check in online show up for your appt its still another 2 hour wait. The aisles are not well stocked anymore.
Dropped my Rx off to be filled at 6am the next day (today) so I could get it before work. I went 20 min out of my way, got there at 6:30am and the Pharmacist said it wouldnt be ready til the afternoon, or at the soonest at least an hour. It was THEIR mistake, and they should have just filled it for me within 15 minutes once they realized the mistake. Horrible customer service and communication. Very upset with my experience here and will NOT be coming back.

This is the worst pharmacy ever!!!! Tell me my perception is ready then I go to get it and I have no refills left. So my doctor calls it in and now they don’t have the prescription. So I call my doctor again to have it re sent 😡 and that’s not the only problem. They are just the worst!!! Stay away from this pharmacy!
Single worst pharmacy to visit. Youre looking at around 24-48 hours minimum for Rx refills and every time you send another refill in if you dont call them to push it along they will not have it ready for you.Average line wait time, drive thru or in store, is 30-40 minutes. Theyre severely understaffed and will ignore the drive thru line when it gets really busy. Theres clearly a management issue going on here and they cant functionally run a pharmacy of this nature with their current circumstances, avoid at all costs, they simply are not reasonably serviceable, considering its 24 hrs and was very good when it first opened this decline is very rapid and sad.
Really rude to the customers the pharmacy technician If your going to study something and you have to interact with people at least be nice and courteous they were really rude to me.

Pharmacy was ok until the start of 2020. Poorly staffed. Wait times are over three hours to get a medication and autofills are a joke as it can take over two days for a medication to get filled. They also do not answer their phones. You can call at times when they are not busy and they still will not answer. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful and professional. I redeemed a coupon for a free 2 liter of soda, but it was so popular that they were out of stock so they substituted another brand of the same quality to honor the coupon. Im now shopping there often.
If there were a ZERO star I’d give it to them. I’m sorry to say that but it’s the worst Pharmacy I’ve seen from the staff to the service. Always behind on filling the medications most of the time out of the stock it takes them 3 or more days before they fill your medicine. Staff never answer the phone you have to call 10 times before even one of them answer it that if anyone does.I don’t recommend this Pharmacy.

Me and two of my friends went to this CVS location and while inside the store for literally 5 minutes and carrying two items (a box containing a shaving kit and a ginger ale) to the register after being followed by two employees that watched our every move, me and my two friends were greeted by police officers upon walking outside and they were asking if we stole anything because the store employees called and said they saw us take something. They searched me and my friends to find nothing and escorted us outside. Its just a little sad that they had to watch us the whole time and call the police anyways just because they had bad nights at work.
Overpriced stuff
Very nice staff that greet you when you enter the store. The pharmacy technicians were very curtious, helpful, and knowledgeable. The over all condition of the story was very organized and kept very clean. They also have a wide variety of seasonal products such as halloween decorations.The only downfall about this CVS is the same as all the other stores, no tobacco products.
It dumb founds me how nobody EVER answers the phone in the pharmacy. Ive literally had to drive there just to ask a question. I will be complaining to corporate.

Terrible service, i tried to schedule vivid testing two days in a row both days shows availability after entering my info multiple times it says no appointments available now, i called and waited for 30 minutes for nobody to answer then i called the store again just to be over talked by the store associate and she was so rude and nasty then told me it’s not her fault she didn’t make the site but yet it’s the sites fault that it’s incorrect timing, she was rude and nasty and not acceptable
I, also, had a 30% off coupon rejected by the staff. My very first visit was problematic because my sale items did not ring up correctly. My purchases required three different transaction receipts. They kinda made it appear I was to blame.
Pharmacy is always SOOO slow. Dr can call in an Rx, and 3 hours later its still not filled. Not enough staff, Ever.

This pharmacy sent out coupons to everyone in the area. However their store employees decided to put in many rules and regulations that were not stated on the coupon. Such as having to apply for a cvs card or having to have multiples of items that were not stated in fine print or on the flyer. What a rip off.
