Would not recommend anyone to go here for Covid testing, been waiting since last week for both my son’s results, only to log in and see a notice that our appointments were missed( they weren’t). I called Rite Aid and the pharmacy dept advised they could not help and gave me another number to call, called that number and was advised I need to call Rite Aid. It’s all ridiculous

Whoever the pharmacist is their needs trained in customer service I have have never spoke to someone who just doesn’t care like this . Worst experience. Definitely would not recommend getting tested here not organized at all go to walk greens quick easy and compassionate.

If I could give them no stars I would!!! My Dr. called in a prescription for me and when I went to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready. I called a few days later and was told it was canceled and I had to call my Dr. After speaking with my Dr office I was told that someone had picked up the prescription which I hadn’t. So now my 4th phone call and the pharmacist says someone with my same birthday is on the same medication and they supposedly got my prescription. Well the prescription is for an anxiety just imagine how my anxiety is after all of this incompetence!!!! I will never use rite aid pharmacy again!

We have had our prescriptions filled here for years. Today was quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had there to the point that we won’t be back. They couldn’t fill our daughter’s medication as they didn’t have it in stock. Not a problem for us to go elsewhere but… I asked the clerk if she could call for me as I was up to my elbows in vomit & caring for a sick child. She laughed and said “I guess but we don’t do that and we really busy so no.” So I’m to understand that you don’t have it & I’m supposed to do all of that for you. This clerk had zero ability to be helpful or nice. This clerk made sure we’ll never go there again. Customer service was a wash & I hope you choose another place to go.

Made appointment for covid vaccine..checked in with i.d. and insurance...1/2 hour later still no acknowledgement of existence...should have went to my doctor, but i thought this would be quicker. 2 other customers are waiting also..no other customers in store

Been in here twice and never bought anything because nothing looked too appealing. Items were also quite overpriced.

Just went to the restroom. They were very clean.

I went there to get my covid shot. First they tried to charge me. When i ask why there is a charge. He send this isnt free enless you have insurance. I asked how much so I could tell everyone there not free and how much they are. He ask for my id number i ask why need that to tell me how much they are. He replies there free. After a short wait I went into a room stood there he walk up never send a word shot me in my arm and walk away, didnt clean the area with a alcohol swab didnt put a band on just walk away. Im tring to change my second from being there

Horrible customer service..What kind of chop shop pharmacy cant provide change for a customer buying childrens medicine. Staff is satisfied with just saying I cant provide change for $100 bill sorry. Call me crazy but that is just not acceptable if you are a legitimate business and a customer comes in to spend money you should be prepared and not ok with an unhappy customer leaving without the product they came for!

Decent Rite Aid. Clean and has nice selection.

I like the convenience of the Amazon locker. It is great for people who will not be at home for Amazon delivery, since one is able to have the orders stored securely for pickup at her convenience.

Allison at this pharmacy is the best! She really cares about her customers and her community!

Mike the pharmacist is the best!! He always has the time and the answers when I have questions wouldnt go anywhere else. Everyone else is always friendly.

Heard two pharmacy employees (one was a female pharmasist) discussing a customer that had just driven away from the drive thru. They were not kind. And I am pretty sure that the info I heard was not only unflattering ( I am being nice) but may have been a HIPAA violation. Hope they didnt talk about me that way.

While this is labeled as a Covid 19 testing site, when I was not feeling well a few weeks ago, I pulled up to the store, called them to find out where to go in the store. They told me they only test one day a week and that was several days off. So much for safety.

Pharmacy staff is always super friendly. I drive out of my way to go to this pharmacy because the customer service is better.

This is my local down the street Rite Aid .. I LOVE all of the staff ! Everyone is ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY HELPFUL AND NICE ! I find the prices great,, on par with other stores of this kind, and if you keep an eye on the weekly sales ad prices are even better !

I just got off the phone w/a man in the pharmacy asking about a certain manufacturer and he told me to call sound to other stores!Customer service has sure gone the way of the Passenger Pigeon! (Hunted to extinction, but there were millions of them @ tur n off last century! Sky was black w/them, it was written.)THEY are supposed to place u on hold and check their computer system to see if another store has it!! OR, put u on hold &make the calls for u!Thats how it was when I worked In 90s!
