After reading many reviews I decided to stop in. The vinyl was very affordable & their was plenty of it. However the staff working looked at me with disgust when I walked in & barely opened their mouth to speak. I almost chalked it up to them having a bad day but 2 minutes after I walked in another lady arrived & was greeted with a friendly hello. Had I read the reviews thoroughly I would’ve seen that others had similar experiences with them. It literally cost nothing to be say hello & to at least pretend you appreciate someone spending their money in your store.In response to the owner, actually there were two of you(a man) when I came in. Neither of you were on the phone.

I come here roughly 3-4 times per week, sometimes per day. The customer service is phenomenal, the entire team is always happy to help even on the most busy and stressful days. I had a small vinyl emergency after hours and Nikki was still there cutting and working and was able to get me what I needed, thanks to her and Amanda. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you guys for all you do!

I have been a customer before it became a brick and mortar storefront. This is a small family crafting vinyl business. It has grown rapidly over the years and they try to keep up with the latest trend in the crafting vinyl world. As I said it is a small family business and with any of us life gets in the way, but they keep their customers informed through social media. Prices are great and when I need anything special or needing a lot of vinyl it is worth the 1 hour drive.

Horrible Customer Service.I am all for supporting small local businesses; however, I am no longer a customer of this small business. They mocked me regarding my visit (yesterday 2/24/2021) today while my daughter who is an adult was in the store. They said my name, what city I live in and basically I should not have showed up before getting an email ( this my first online order with them, the email went to Spam by the way). I called spoke to the owner and she basically said I was sitting up front and was eating lunch and didnt realize everything that was said. Im not calling your daughter a liar but I dont recall hearing your name. I told her my daughter had no Idea regarding my order not being able to get picked up or about an email. But she made sure to say Thats my mom your talking about. I have requested a refund. You can talk about a situation but not bring up or mock your customers with other customers in the store. Its very unprofessional.By the way the items I purchased are not even in stock.

Just visited the store this morning, I was pleasantly surprised. Large selection of vinyl at reasonable prices. Sublimation area is small but in speaking with the owner they are working on getting more items. I will definitely recommend and I will be coming back. It’s always good to support small businesses.

Customer Service sucks. People in the store have a huge problem with admitting when they are wrong. I have had countless issues with customer service. They lie about the availability of items they advertise in their Facebook groups! They give false/half info when calling the store. They have nice things in the store however, if their was another location in the area I would definitely shop their instead.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - 2/25/2021Went into their retail location today to purchase some sublimation tumblers when I heard 4 employees (including the owner) in the front of the store talking down about a customer and being rude. I began to ignore it until I heard them say my mothers name along with where she lives. (She had put in an order the previous day). Once I mentioned that they were talking poorly about my mother they immediately got quiet and one employee tried to cover up what they were talking about. The owner who one again was sitting in the front of the store with the other employees and who was involved in the conversation regarding my mother, began to explain and give excuses as to why they were speaking about my mother. I explained the situation to my mother who then called and requested to speak to the owner. The owner decided to tell my mother that she was not listening to the conversation and she is not sure if HER employees said my mothers name (which they did) because she wasnt listening to the conversation, which is not true since she was making comments about the topic and even spoke to me about the situation. Claiming I am a liar. This store has terrible customer service and does not deserve your hard earned money.
