When I went to this location- most of the novelties and frozen section was disorganized. Also- they could have a better brand selection of quality products- because what is in this store now- is not working for them.

This place is great for frozen meals if youre elderly and microwave or counting calories. Huge selection of 1.00 sandwiches and 1.00 meals. This last trip much of their 1.00 meals went to 1.29. I dont care for their steaks. Price is great but meat is tough. Reminds me of moms round steak when we were younger and poor. Vegetables are cheaper at Aldi and the selection is small.

Save A Lot. Cheap groceries. They have the basics for a good price. If your looking for something exotic or top shelf this is not the place for you. If your looking for staples and basic grocery items, they have them, and at a good price.

I can always fill up my cart for at least half of what other grocery stores charge. They do not always have what I am looking for (their shelves are usually empty of Bean with Bacon soup), but they always have inexpensive generic products that make great substitutions if you are into saving money.

I gave the guy a large bill for an order under $20 he handed me my chain and walked away. I counted the sandwich was there because I was getting more money back than usual she gave me too much so I called him back to give it to him and all he said was oh not thank you for being courteous and giving the money back so his drawers not overdrawn and hes in trouble so what should I do next time just keep the money my Godly heart says no but they need to Chi-Chis staff some compassion for people that actually do the right thing totally meant what I said the guy did appreciated that I was honest and give the money back

Thus one is less crowded and one checkout open.

Masks and Social Distance FailureThey should be wearing masks at checkout and are not. They should enforce the 6 feet social distance and are not. I am not being political here. My mother is in her 60s and creeping up that close because you think the virus is a hoax or not serious is just not right. Cashiers and management should be watching and assisting not shrugging this off. Prices were good here but with this as well as charging me to use a cart with no money return like Aldis gives when you return cart, i will go elsewhere for my health comfort and safety as other places have quality food and good prices as well as actually caring for the safety of their customers.

Compared to where I usually go to, this store is more orangized, clean, fresh fruits and vegetables, and fresh red meats. Easy to find what I look for.

No t-bone steaks per advertisement

Went to this location on 01/15/21 and as I walked out a female employee was smoking by the door when the metal fence ends. This is illegal. Of course your employee wasnt wearing a mask and customers were less than 6 ft away fromyour emploee.

Could be more organized but otherwise it was good.

Its a Save a Lot, so wasnt expecting to find everything I was looking for. What I did find was great prices. So no frills but basically a pleasant, budget-friendly shopping experience.

Thos location is pretty nice, well organized, and priced decently. Customer service was alright, poor cashier was having a rough day. An inconsiderate shopper wasnt paying attention to the cashier and smashed her arm with a cart leaving a nice mark and brushing starting. Probably one of the best locations Ive been to. This one has 1 gallon milk for $1.00 today and other items under.a buck. I havent seen any other locations offer deals like this. Yes, the items were close to sell by dates, but again, Ive never seen that at other locations. I like how they offer cleaning supplies for the carts. They seem to follow social distancing really well.

I like that I dont have to walk around a super store. Its easier for me I have a handicap and cant walk to long. I like the prices they are less than Walmart for sure. Some name brands available. The store in Parma, Ohio is always nice and clean. In addition, the staff is amazing! They are ALWAYS kind and the cashiers always ask how your day is going. They also go out of their way to make sure your shopping experience is as easy and pleasant as possible. Combine these things with the incredible sales and everyday low prices, as well as their quality, fresh food and you end up creating customers for life. Im 51 years old and have shopped at many grocery stores throughout my lifetime. This store, hands down, is my absolute favorite!

Best prices going on stuff you need every week. Great value on frozen fish. Nice fresh meats, but mostly in family packs, I just take it home and repackage it into single serve portions before freezing it. Dairy products are very fresh.

Hadnt been there in a while. Was surprised at the great meat prices, so I grabbed some. Didnt have what I came in for. When I checked out there was one clerk with a long line. Besides that, we had to wait while she took cash to the office in fear of till locking up. Safety needs a look at here. Most likely wont be back.

Always find what I need at a low price. Dont understand why people look negatively upon the store. Its usually pretty clean too.

Prices are good and do most of my shopping here. Some of the stuff does taste generic but lost things are just as good as name brands. Usually takes a while to get out because they only have one lane open. Their reusable bags are Greta though

Good prices, good staff, good selection. So why only 4 stars? Because the store is perhaps just a little too small. Dont get me wrong their selection is pretty good for being a small store, but sometimes it can be a pain to navigate through the store when it is a little busier. The aisles barely accommodate the flow of customer traffic. The aisles need to be spaced out more, and there is no reason to put some display in the aisle. Its just more of an obstacle. God forbid some heavy set person or disable person in in the aisle. You may as well just go all the way around or double back because you wont be getting past them.

I dont hate Save-A-Lot I get my groceries there every month the prices are good and the food is I have no problem with the food

Good store to visit if you are in a pinch for some milk, produce. Many boxed, generic products. I like how they encourage the use of canvas bags (you have to pay for plastic grocery bags, 4 cents per bag?).

Always the cleanest Save-a-lot. Nice staff. Called and ordered a rib roast for Christmas this past year! Was really great!!

Prices have skyrocketed, carts are rented for a quarter and you pay for bags and bag your own food..used to be save a lot now..Spend a lot.

You think you are saving so much money by going here but youre really not. Yes their non perishables are worth it but do not by their meats its mostly fat! I use a butcher in North Royalton on State road by wallings in a plaza called Langs butcher block. I get the $59.00 value deal I get 2 that gives me 12 steaks, 12 pork chops, 16 chicken cause I substitute the keilbasa and the patties I turn to ground beef. Its fresh none fat meat very cheap. Very nice here, very clean, decent staff, restroom is hidden but decent, the parking lot is large and issue free. My only issue with any Save-a-Lot is after a while of shopping there, the prices dont make you feel like you are saving a lot of money, thats the companys fault.
