The people are so wonderful here!!! My insurance was being stupid and they was able to make everything work out. I felt they went well beyond the call of duty for them. Will be back for sure!!!!

Ive bought glass from them twice. Both times were pleasurable staff there is very knowledgeable and nice. Ill definitely be coming back in the future for more glass.

I have use them in the past to build beautifull carpentry jobs, always good quality work from them until this past week, they got 2 of my orders all wrong, spent 4 days calling asking about a piece i had to install saturday nobody found my glass, had to wait till tuesday cause labor day weekend, got fired from the job tuesday morning and after calling a fifth day they found my glass, wich they i went and installed for free, this glass was cut short, i call and the guys answer is caulk the gap and get our of there!!! Come on man im so unhappy I will posy pics soon

Expect to pay double the price they quote you over the phone... Perhaps just to bring you in. I gave the guy over the phone specific dimensions of the little window I needed, but when I got there the lady at the front desk charged me double what I was quoted and said that they dont have any guys that answer the phone, ever. Double checked just to make sure I didnt call a different store... nope, it was the one I was in.To my amusement, the front desk lady had an attitude, which finally triggered my desire of sharing my experience at this place.

Great people to do business with. They helped me out with replacing the broken glass in a old RV window frame that I brought to them. Nobody else in town that I had called would even try to fix it for me. Johnson did a great job at a great price and staff was friendly to deal with. Thank you!

This is the 2nd framed bathroom mirror I purchased from Johnson Glass and it was delivered today and I love it so much. The frame is gorgeous and their customer service is top notch. I like doing business with local family owned businesses also. The guys who hung my mirror were so nice and even hauled away 3 old mirrors I had no need for. Come to find out I even went to school with one of the guys sister. I will definitely continue to recommend this company to everyone. Linda was so nice and helpful when I came in and she had helped me with my 1st mirror purchase and now with the 2nd. These mirrors complete the look of my new bathrooms. Couldnt be happier! Terrible experience. Initially asked for my total cost prior to ordering. I never received an invoice for the amount. Then they came to install my shower door. They left my house without finishing the job and only once I called back did they inform me they didnt have all the correct parts to complete the job.OVER THREE WEEKS LATER they returned and had another issue. They blamed one of their workers which was apparently fired. Not my problem!Then once the door was finally installed they sent me an invoice for an additional $800!?!?! Why? Why would you charge another $800 if you already charged me for the full amount we had spoken of months before the order and 5 week installation process. Lack of communication. Poor management. Please reconsider using another company for your own sake.

I took a broken curvy antique glass shelf to Johnson Glass so that they could make me a new one. Service was friendly and fast! It was ready the next day. Beautiful work! Excellent business! Highly recommend!

I was finishing a complete remodel of a bathroom with a steam shower unit that was going to need a fairly large enclosure. I had used another glass company for the windows and they were late. To make things worse they wouldnt come measure the enclosure after we had completed all our work. I called Johnson Glass at 3pm they were on the job site the next morning at 9 am. I had the quote at noon and the order was in-process at 1 pm. The unit was quoted for two weeks and was installed 1 day early.The finished product is stellar. The glass has some kind of smudge/soap scum resistance. This is amazing.There was one issue with the install that might have cost them a star but from contact to fix was under 24 hours. Fixing the problem (which was just a small area missing the seal strip) fast almost makes me want to give them 6 stars.

I have been using Johnson Glass for several years now and have several rental properties, they have always been attentive, courteous and very helpful as well as very professional. Very prompt and always give me a call before they head over to the jobsite so that I can make sure someone is there to let them in. Never had any issues with timing of the repairs and the cost is very, very reasonable.

DO NOT USE JOHNSON GLASS!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They showed up to install 3 residential windows unannounced on the wrong scheduled time. The installer blankly stared at the window for over an hour before saying he had to go to the shop to get additional parts. 4 hours later when the installer never showed back up we called the company to find that the installer had left for the day with an emergency. We never received a call to inform us of this and were waiting all day for nothing. Upon complaining the owner was very rude and conducted herself in a very unprofessional manner. They came back the next day to finish the job and did a terrible job. Windows do not fit properly and have to be re-ordered. Instead of dealing with them again, we ate the cost and will use someone else.

Oh my God one of the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I left a detail message about what I wanted done but no one called me back. I then called. I told the lady what I wanted and without much information at all she immediately gave me a price. I ask was she sure. I told her I would send her some pictures to make sure we were on the same page. I also asked her to go ahead and send me that quote. I even called her back to see Id she got the pictures and asked for the quote to be sent to me again. She never did. I saw that it was a family owned business that boast such good service. I thought I could get a better response if I spoke to the owner so I called back says later. I was told they werent there. I then asked to speak to a manager. I was told no manager was there and could they help. I said Id rather speak to the manager or owner. The person insisted that I tell her. She would not even give me the manager or owners name.Wow. I hung up never speaking to management. I decided to give this co one more try and called to speak to a manager again several days later. The person who answerd said no manager was there and said she knew I was the person that called before. She proceeded to tell me that was Ms Johnson(the owner) was the person I had spoken to the second time and I was rude. Never an apology or try to sort everything out. Remember, I called to speak to an owner or manager and she never identified herself. What reason would I have to be rude to a company that I calling to do business. This is so sad. I thought to myself, this is stupid to keep calling a business to have my glass door done when their competitor is more than happy to do the job without the disrespect. I will tell people to stay away from this co.

Try to charge me $32 for a 10x14 window pain. told them forget it Im about 2 run then ta price was $14. Last time Got a window pain there it was under $5? Wat rip offs. Really way h these ppl! I wont B back!!

Johnson glass and mirror has always done good work for me and my family for over 25 years.

We recently used Johnson Glass for the installation of a glass shower enclosure. Based on product and their installers, the process was great. However, the customer service in the office and lack of being able to send people out in a timely fashion is the reason I can only give 3 stars. We have had to have installers come to our house 3 total times, including 1 for installation and 2 other times for issues beyond our control. Each time that weve had to have someone out, the ladies that schedule, including the owner, refuse to pinpoint a time. It baffles me that for maintenance items that were beyond our control that a company such as this would leave the customer waiting so long. Not only did they install the incorrect door handle at the original installation, they also installed the plastic pieces incorrectly and today, we had a leak that was fixed in a simple 15 minute visit. That being said, each time that Ive expressed concern about this, they always tell me that no one is perfect and today, I was told that we dont live in a perfect world. I would not recommend this company unless I can be guaranteed that the install would be perfect or that if there were issues they could schedule a specific time. Customer service is the key to a solid business and while this company has been around for a long time, the customer service skills from the front end definitely need some adjusting.
