Came all the way from kingwood because they told me they had the bumper in stock which they didnt and very unorganized. They have no system to show what they have or dont so they basically lie to you. Dont even bother call because if they tell you they have something most likely they wont have it.

Have done business here twice and walked away satisfied until today. Called before I actually went up there because I got tired of being on hold. Arrived only to be greeted with the same unprofessionalism given on the phone. Enquired about part and was given the same price that Amazon had for the same part but brand new. Told part clerk this and he just laughed it off non caring. Im a business man myself and the way this employee dealt with me a customer was very unprofessional. Yall earned a customer! I came in for a side glass after my car was broken into. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Service was reasonably quick considering how busy they were. Will probably call ahead next time I need something.

Very disappointed they made us drive an hour here told us over the phone that they had our part then when we got here made us wait 15 to 20 minutes to tell us that they no longer had the part very disappointed they wasted our time and our money we will never shop here

I went here today to a few small items. The guy was goin to charge me $15. Unfortunately I had to leave do to the people got the info but didnt call it out to there guys in the yard. Waited about ten minutes while no one was there. I truly felt like i was a third class citizen. I will not go there for anything anymore. I really liked this place good prices, but will not spend my money there anymore.

I love this junkyard. They always have the parts I need for my Econoline van at reasonable prices. My favorite part is driving around the junkyard in the little junkyard cars. I would love for them to drive me around the junkyard all day. Thanks again!!!

DO NOT GO TO A PLUS!!! They tried catching a fast one/rip me off. Within an hour they told me my transmission fluid was dark, and there “was fine metal” in the fluid. Waited a whole week still did not finish the job. Took the vehicle to a diff shop(email and I’ll tell u where, best/most honest shop in town)and the mechanic advised me they did not even take the pan off the transmission, so how did they know the transmission fluid was dark🤥 they also broke 4 bolts to the case. This is y’all a warning.

I feel like the place was okay the employees were very helpful and they seem to have the parts that one is looking for and at reasonable prices.

I went there to look for some interior pieces for my Nissan and the staff there was great they help me find what i needed. You can tell they were truly interested in helping me find the parts I needed, very professional.

Had what I need pulled the part in 15 minutes fantastic price / $25 for a windshield wiper arm for my Durango and the dealership wanted $90 will be back for sure.

I called them on the phone asked them if they had my part they told me yes. Then I drove 45 minutes to the place and they told me they dont have it. No consideration for peoples time

I bought a engine from them . They claim they test all their engines before they sell them. WRONG! The first engine I bought from the was bad . I Had the engine pulled out of my car to exchange it . The second engine is bad too. NOW he Wants me to come back and exchange the engine for a 3rd time .I dont recommend buying engines or anything else from them from them ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS . Good thing I paid with my credit card, Wells Fargo refunded all my money.

Bought a used 11 Mustang taillight to replace a broken one on my 12 at half the cost of buying a new one. Only had to replace the reverse light bulbs, which I exchanged from the broken one and it was good to go. Fast and easy- these guys have my business for any future parts.

Their prices are high, and if you ask politely if its the best price they say look on craigslist you will find better part and and price. that should be a big hint for anyone not to shop here.

Dont waste your time here. I drove an hour and a half to come and purchase an engine for $700 after i was told on the phone by some guy named George that they had two engines in stock which i could choose from. I arrived at the yard and waited an hour for them to produce only one engine which was not in acceptable condition. Not only did they deliberately lie to me over the phone about their inventory, one of the front desk workers was using racial slurrs not knowing that i speak and understand spanish. I will not return and i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone unless you like bad customer service and wasting your time.

Terrible job. I called them for bmw turbos. They said they have those. I went their location and they said different stories. After waiting more than an hour they didnt take the part out. Terrible customer service . Do not recommend!!!

They dont even know which part they still have. Thay say they have it on the phone and you travel an hour to get it but, when you arrive they say they couldnt find it. Horrible service.

Great place with alot of mechanically inclined men. Got a website you can hop on and see if they got the part you need. Been buying here for a long time and only twice they didnt have the part (outta probably 100 btw) and both time gave me a number and refered me to someone that did. The longest part of the visits are waiting in line which is about 5 minutes I might add. They get the parts you need which has saved me and anyone else that buys there $100s. Plus the 30 day guarantee warranty is always a plus. Never had to use it either. Keep up the great work fellas. I recommend yall to everyone I know when needing something for there vehicle

I have to agree with previous poster. I called on the phone to see if they had the part and they said they did. When I got there they werent sure they had it and had to go look for it. Then tried to overcharge me for the part. I bought the same part online brand new for less money

BEWARE ScammersAll I wanted was the box air intake for a 04 PT cruiser...I went in the yard, took it out and went to pay. These imbeciles have the audacity, the nerve to tell me that it will be $45 plus a $5 dollar fee for entering the yard. I refused to purchase it and left, I looked online and it cost in between $10 - $17 depending on the year.Dont get fooled by these guys and I wouldnt be surprised if they start charging you $5 first before you go in the yard.

They have more pieces than in other yonkes.The price is generalThe staff is bilingualThe bad thing is that they take a long time to give you your pieces, and you have to go early, because they always take 15 to 1 hour to give you the pieces.
