I came in looking to replace the stereo in my wifes Jeep. I ended up getting that and a backup camera installed that same afternoon. The install was clean and they did a great job explaining all of the functions on the stereo and camera. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had Car Worx and Trucks on two occasions preform work on my car. The first was to fix a bad radio installation a prior shop did and the second to install a set of Rockford Fosgate subs and an amp. Both times the staff was very professional, polite and provided excellent quality work. I will have some additional work done to my vehicle in the future. I will absolutely be returning. I was not going to write a review since I received a full refund but I have been asked via email and text message several times. After the window tint was installed I noticed white residue on a black plastic trim piece. The owner said it was there when I brought the car in. It was not but he offered to replace it. I fortunately was able to remove it with several different cleaners.After about 2-3 weeks I noticed the rear window had multiple crease marks and bubbles across the top. The front passenger window was applied crooked and another windows had bubbles as well. I returned to see if the mistakes could be corrected. I was met with the window tinter himself. He was very unprofessional and told me it is what it is and said I was too meticulous. I paid roughly $250 for something that had several mistakes. However, he did put me down for removal and replacement on the rear window tint and time allotted for side windows. The rear window tint was replaced and one side window. This does not include the front passenger that is crooked. I was told that they are computer cut and it is what it is.A few days later I noticed that some of the rear defrosters are no longer working after the removal and replacement of the tint. I once again went back to speak with the owner. I expressed my concerns and was told the defrosters are installed only as good as they are from factory. If the tint was installed without mistakes initially there would have been a problem. He said they would replace my back window. I opted for a full refund. If they can not put tint on correctly I definitely did not want a window replaced by them.Fortunately I talked myself out of getting lights installed as well. I can not imagine what could have went wrong during that installation. It seems they rush their jobs and would rather fix the problems they make rather than preventing them in the first place. I have learned to take my future business else where.

I just purchased a preowned 2016 BMW X5 which I loved. However, I wanted to have apple car play and BMW told me that models 2016 and older were not compatible with upgrades. I just couldn’t believe that so I decided to do my own research and found CarWorx. They were able to not only provide the information on how to obtain the software/products to have apple car play installed but they also did the install for me at a great price. This seems to be a family owned business and I must say they are very professional, completed work in a timely manner ( alot quicker than I thought actually), very personable, and efficient. These guys did a tremendous job on my 2020 f150, installing a 2 inch leveling kit, new wheels and tires and ceramic tint all around. They worked with me to find the perfect wheels and tire combo, got the work done very quickly and did a co plate, and professional job. I went into Car Worx & Trucks in the middle of December just to get a price for a stereo for my Impala. A week later I was dropping my car off to get it installed. Chris, Tom & the rest of the staff are very professional and detail oriented. Since than they have done a few more projects performed to perfection for me. We had a remote start installed and everything that was promised was delivered. This is the third time we have used Car WORX for aftermarket electronics. Chris and his crew did a great job, you couldn’t tell they even worked on the car when the job was done. everything that was removed, carpet, dash panels etc were put back with no rattles or scratches. They took their time showing us how everything worked and we were treated with respect. The customer service was great and that’s a rare thing these days. I highly recommend them for any accessory.

My son and I drove from Atlanta Georgia to Pasadena Maryland with the idea of driving to Brunswick Maine in two days. Found out the radio was in the car didn’t work. We went to car worx the next day around noon only to find out that they were all booked up. When they heard about the trip we were going to take the next morning they worked hard to fit us in and finished the new install by 5:10 pm that day. Fantastic workmanship and service. I wanted a lift for my 2016 F150 so I called around, stopped in more than one local shop and when I called Car Worx & Trucks one day after work, I got a sense that this is where I want my truck worked on. They have evening hours so I was able to drop off one night and pick up the next. I decided on the 3.5 Ready Lift SST and my truck rides better than before I dropped it off. I already had 22 Fuel wheels with 33 tires and now there is no rubbing and it just feels better driving down the road. Car Worx & Trucks gets it done with on-site installation and front end alignment. While my truck was there I took advantage of the window tinting service and got ceramic tint for the front 2 windows on my super crew to match the factory tint all the way around. Great service and install was excellent. Did a great job explaining everything and teaching why I should or should not go with specific tires. Did not try and upsell me. There was an issue with shipping and had to go back twice to complete job but overall very happy.

They did a suspension lift on my truck. Great job all around. They let me drop my truck when they were closed and brought it inside instead of leaving it on the lot.

They ordered and installed an Airbag Suspension Kit with air compressor. Very professional and clean work. We dealt with Tom, who took the time to find the best suspension kit & explained the whole system to us after installation. Tom also found a rebate for us and had the paperwork ready for us to complete when we left. Definitely will use them again

Ive been going to Car Worx since 2006. Theyve done audio systems, alarms, and window tinting on 3 of my vehicles. ALL of the work has been superior. Most recently, I had a problem with my 2006 Tundra alarm that they installed when the truck was brand new. I dropped it off and they fixed everything UNDER WARRANTY for work that was done 14 years ago! Talk about standing behind your product. They already had a customer for life, but this clinched it. Honest, reasonably priced and outstanding service!!!!

I took a brand new truck to another tint shop in Glen Burnie Maryland (the tint man)and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The guys and gals at worx 1000% met my expectations and knocked out a custom visor on my trucks windshield that was so perfect I wish i would have found them the first time. They absolutely care about their customers and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I’m pumped every time i get in my truck now because it was fixed and done correctly. I highly recommend them. Stay away from the tint-man in Glen Burnie. They have no idea what it means when the customer says it’s wrong, it’s not proportional, it’s peeling, it’s bubbling, it’s cut wrong, or we can’t do that, etc.. Save your time and money and hit up the worx.

Last year we had all the windows on our new Wrangler tinted and heat reflecting tint put on the windshield. It made a big difference in comfort level especially with a dark exterior. The install quality was excellent with no streaks or bubbles.We just had our F350 truck windshield and windows done with the new 3M materials. Again the film on the windshield was perfectly installed.They removed the previous tint which was not well done by a different company.The new stuff made the truck look like it was new. We dropped it off in the morning and we got a call that afternoon that the old tint was stripped and all the glass had new. The cost was as estimated.Thank you Car Worx.

I had an appointment set for one car, but i had to cancel it last second because it just went into the shop and i actually ended up getting rid of it. They transferred to another car i own without any issues what so ever. The work they did looks great and they are easy to talk to.

Great place for everything you need. I had my chrome rims balance here. No one else around could balance them because of the way they where made. Chris who owns the business is a great guy.

I had them doing an automatic starter for me on my tundra and Im going to come back and let them do my backup camera. The owner has been in business for about 20 years they run an honest business with good employees. American made company. Hardworking clean shop with honest prices. It is well worth the drive from Annapolis or Baltimore to go and have these people work on your vehicle.

Worked with Tom to get what I wanted at what I believe is a good price. No blowing sunshine anywhere. They will tell you like it is. I personally prefer that. They did a good job and timely on my 6” lift on my 2019 RAM Rebel. I needed to upgrade my tires too which they took care of too. We had a slight problem getting the TPMS to check in but they stayed on it and got it squared away. I’d definitely send friends and family there.

Chris recommended newly released Toyo tires that I had not researched and therefore did not know anything about. I couldnt be happier with the recommendation. The tires are more quiet than I imagined at highway speed and provide great off road traction also. Car Worx also installed a backup camera which looks and works great.

I had them install an automatic start in my vehicle and replace my Viper remote for my second vehicle that had come disconnected. Awesome service and I even plan on having them install a head unit for me that they basically sold me on because the guy actually knew what he was talking about and don’t think I’ll ever take my vehicles anywhere else. Took my 2019 Toyota Tacoma to Car Worx to have a remote start installed.My truck was returned to me at the time that was promised. At that time,I was given a demonstration on the operation of the remote start.I have taken several vehicles there for either tint,remote starts or both.I have never had any issues with their work. Paid a lot of money for tint removal and install. 4 out of the 8 windows they did on my vehicle started to bubble. When I expressed I was unhappy with the Service they fought/argued with me saying it’s because there was dirt and debris that caused this. However there was previous tint on the the windows that THEY removed so I don’t see how that’s possible. They agreed to re-do 2 of the 4 windows and they still came out terrible.
