I do not recommend this place!! I was looking for a part and another used auto parts place sent me to them saying they had they part. The guy at the front desk told me they have it but it will take a while because the person who needed to pull the part was helping someone else. I said no problem and waited in my car until they were finished an hour later. I went inside to see what the progress was and was told they could not locate the car they were looking for and to give them a little bit. No problem I sat in my car another hour waiting. Went back inside they still hadnt found it. He took my phone number and said he would call me as soon as they locate the part. That was at around 1 when I finally left. Still never heard from them about the part. I stressed to him that I really needed it and had to drive to Liberty with the part. The least he could do was give me a call at end of day to tell me they no longer have the part. That place isnt big enough to not find the part in an entire day. Unfortunately I called every other used auto parts place in pasadena and baytown and they all kept saying call gold dust they have the part. By the way it wasnt a super tiny part that would be hard to find. I will never go back to that place for anything Id rather spend $5,000 for something I could get there for $5 just to keep from spending my money there.

Called about a door mirror, and about the free delivery on their website. They say no local delivery despite the website says so. Then I drove to the store, and was told the mirror is still on the car. The wait time is 15 min. Nothing comes up after 20 min - they say it is another 15 min. So I waited 15 min more and still no parts. Then I was told they are working on it - but then another 10-15 min passed still no parts.The installation took less then 10 min, how can dissemble taking more than that? Obviously they are lying. So I left.

Cars are expensive to buy but the parts from the salvage yard are reasonable.

Not reliable place to order. It has been 3 weeks since I placed an order and paid $1100 in advance and item was was supposed to arrive in 2 days. After several visits and over 30 phone calls finally they told me that parts had arrived however, it was not the right parts and now Im still waiting for the past 5 days with no words when will I receive the parts. Buyer be aware!!!

I called this place on wednesday Dec 12 looking for a fuel pump, they said they have it and the price was $75, so i wasnt able to pick that up the next day, so i decided to call back on Saturday Dec 15 to ask if they still have it to go and pick it up, when i ask the price again just to make sure the RUDE man over the phone said what price did they said on wednesday? so i told him $75, then he replaid so why are you asking again, I DONT KNOW WHY THE ATTITUDE, and if this is the way they treat customers, if i can give this place 0 stars i would do it.Ever again i would go this place, totally NOT RECOMMENDED.

Dont buy from this scam artists unless you are paying cash. They wont refund you. They will give you run around for refund in case you have to return the part. Very Rude.. I call 2 days ago for the Transmissions Computer and was told it was 75$ plus tax. Today i called twice for them to get it ready first time they have me on hold for so long i hung up called back and they put me on hold again.. Once someone answers they said it was 150$ .. I informed them i been told it was 75$ plus tax.. He drop it to 100 plus tax.. But after an Hour of waiting.. Stated they cant find it.. Please do yourself a favor and Avoid going here.. If you sit in there for 1 hour watch the Disappointed on people faces because i wasnt the only One that Received this Terrible Service.

Purchased a engine from them loaded it onto the back of my truck and damaged my bumper while loading it they said they would get me a new bumper and its been two weeks and they say they still havent found one I am very disappointed with this company I do not recommend them

Worst thing in Houston, I bought an AC compressor in the morning. I call them to tell them that it doesnt work and if they can change it for another, and they tell me that to change it for another I must present the invoice for the purchase of a new one.Bad people serving the customer and rude.The worst of the worst, they take advantage of the $ 100 to see if they invest it in laxative.
