Got my 93 obs chevy ls swap truck tuned there and I love the way it runs, drives like a regular truck,but once you hit that gas it takes off real quick!

1 star is to much for this place.Took my truck to get it tuned and gear changed and my truck was just not running right at all tried several times to take it back for them to make it right and it was excuses every time.So $1170.00 lost and had to take it elsewhere to have them get my truck running right. I do not recommend KHP and will never go there again

I give it 3 stars. Thats being generous. The older fella at the counter is completely unknowledgeable about the industry, he said they ran out of texas speed lifters, and that the ones they used are $200 more, but he didnt even know the name brand. I went in for a cam kit and DOD/AFM Delete. They called me telling me i had bad valves in both heads. An extra $400 on top of everything, which is fine, but they sold me replacement heads. But they couldnt show me my old bad heads, or even a picture of the damage. They also tuned it on 93octane, when i had 87 octane in the tank. I put Tuned in quotations because the tune was terrible, a complete joke. It stalled on my way home from picking it up. And it wouldnt shift at wide open throttle. When i called to tell them about the issue, the guy on the phone was adamant that my transmission was failing. It worked just fine before their tune. He swore they checked each vehicle to make sure it shifts before they turn them in, which is an obvious lie. I took it to a real tuner and paid $550 for an awesome, GRADE A Tune! Now it shifts like a dream. Here at khp, they use good parts, OEM parts, Texas Speed, etc.. but they have absolute garbage tunes. Also, i changed my spark plugs 900 miles after KHP did the cam kit, and found a few loose! Makes me worry about what else they left loose.

Had my 2014 Sierra Denali 5.3 turned in my home town in Califas come to find out it wasnt tuned to give me the max performance.Now after visiting KHP this guy unleashed the beast defetnaly going to keep bring it to KHP .No Regrets they Keep it 100 And know what they do.

First time Ive been here, parts they installed seem OK until now but service sucks. Fat kid at front desk doesnt know anything in regards to the parts they sell and a rude attitude. Then when i asked the owner about some of their parts/ideas for my vehicle he would mumble with zero eye contact. Man up and learn how to run a business. I dont recommend these noobs but thats just my 0.02 cents.

Took my stock 2012 gmc sierra 4x4 down to kph and had tune.Truck increased about 15hp and about 20ft lbs of torq.And now when it shifts into 2nd gear will set you back in your seat.Love this place and will send more customers

Truck shifts terrible after their tune. Would not recommend at all. Customer service is very poor aswell.

I bought my truck from a guy and the truck is tuned by KHP, how do i use the tune?, my friends are telling me to use the towing button to activate the tune..

Sat there for an hour waiting for the guy to come and do my tune and he never showed up. And all the people inside just sit on their phone and are no help.

This place sucks I dont know how they still stay in business they blew up so many peoples engines and transmissions, they defined let son of know what theyre doing

In my case, it went very badly for me in this company, I took them a work unit so they could program me a Chevrolet computer. They programmed me with a crane to another workshop, they charged me $ 280 USD and they were able to ask for an explanation, and as always they did not show their faces, they put their ball between them and they say that only they and the agencies can do that job. these people are passed apart from arrogant creeds and despots.
