Wonderful experience working with salesman, measuring gentlemen and installation team. All very professional and great to work with. I am very satisfied with product! Had some trouble come up with my window that need to be fixed, so called to borrow screen bit to remove screen for window to be fixed. No problem very easy to borrow. Returned the screw bit and never heard from office that it was received. Began calling and texting contact routinely. Finally I received answer that it had been received. So I asked for my security deposit to be returned. It is now coming up on 3 months of no money returned. I have called all my contacts with company and continually told this is done. Today they sent me a check for 2/3 of deposit? This is more than frustrating that I finally am refunded only a portion due to my constant calling and texting. Sorry that such a great experience has gone so wrong. Watch your communications with this company. I hope you have a much better after install experience with them.

My front security door was installed today by their expert installer, Daniel Silva . Hands down, he’s professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable . My door looks awesome as a result . The door quality and work provided surpassed all my expectations .
