Love Love Love their blueberry bagel!!! They are baked fresh everyday~ They are soft & chewy! Not overly sweet. Just the way I like it.Besides those traditional flavors, I love their gourmet bagels too. Sometimes I want something savory, those are my choices!They bake all day long that is why whenever I stop by, the bagel tastes as fresh as the store just opens the door in the morning.

First time ever to this spot. I highly recommend the brisket sandwich. It caught my eye immediately and didnt disappoint. Im assuming you get to choose what type of bagel you want? They never asked me but it came with a jalapeno cheddar that was very good. Also I added bbq sauce to mine and kicked up the flavor.

One of my favorites of all time because its the Einstein; also its connexion architectural configuration seems supportive of our, or its genus idealisms;

I love fresh bagels, and the one I always get, are the bakers doz. However, it doesnt matter, what time in the early morning or mid morning they run out of the Pretzel! Why dont they make more or have backup???

Best egg & sausage bagel sandwich I ever had! I got it on a jalapeno & cheese bagel which gave it extra flavor! Wish I had a ketchup packet for the sandwich they may have had them but I forgot to ask!

I recommend the lox salmon bagel sandwich. Fresh onions with capers.

I love their bagels. Theyve done their best during COVID to keep things running smoothly. Theres been a hiccup or two, like no lox on the lox bagel sandwich, but they fixed it and we moved on.

These bagels taste great, theres a wide selection, but the service is terrible. We come here often, always expecting things to change for the better. Unfortunately, something always goes wrong. This morning they did not put enough cream cheese in the bagel. When we complained, they gave us a tiny container of cheese then proceeded to charge us $1.99 - for a tiny bit of cheese! Beyond being annoying, its just plain rude. Keep in mind I eat hear 2 to 3 times a week. If you do eat here, please complain. At some point management will get the message. We can dream, right?

Placed an order at 1:30pm the app said they couldn’t accept anymore orders because they were about to close, I see my back account and I was changed for the order. I went back the next day and I told them they didn’t have to reimburse me the money, all I wanted was my bagel. The regional manager said they couldn’t do anything even when I showed them my band statements. They told me to call customer service so they can reimburse. This is such a bad experience, I will never be going back to this place.

Awful over toasted bagels

Terrible customers service and inefficient way of managing pre-order. Definitely not coming back after being a long time customer, the food isnt worth the rude and long wait.

We visit your Foothill store weekly because your convenient location, but your service were brusque & impatient frequently. Today was the last straw:1. Our request of syrups on the side was totally ignored so our 2 Ice Coffees were so sweet to undrinkable.2. Our specific No cheese request was completely ignored for the Farmhouse sandwich, it was smeared full of cream cheese, therefore was uneditable.It may serve you well to Retrain your employees by observe the 605 S Lake Ave stores service operation.

Bagels are fresh and consistent. I get a baker’s dozen with two containers of whipped cream cheese for my team at work. The employees are friendly and if there’s a line, it goes pretty quickly. They recently started advertising $8 dozens that are packed up ready to go on weekday mornings.

They have a good variety of foods and fast, friendly service.

Cashier tried to rip me off. I was immediately suspicious when he did not count back change. Looked at receipt and was to get $12 back and he only gave me $10 and tried to hurry me on. Had to make a fuss just to get my proper change.

7 people behind the counter. 30 minutes. Still no bagel.Finally had to ask for my money back so I can go to work.The bagels are fine, but if it takes 7 people 30 minutes plus to serve one, youre doing something wrong.Oh, and live the old lady thats in here daily sitting on one chair and using 2 others as personal footrests....

I ordered a toasted whole wheat bagel with scrambled eggs and ham. The cashier repeated NO cheese. I received an over medium egg with cheese. I brought it back and after a few minutes the cook returned the same over medium egg. He said he took the cheese off. I’m allergic to cheese and 3 times I had to indicate I wanted scrambled, not over easy and NO cheese. Ridiculous. I don’t understand how this order can be so complicated. I’ve been eating it for 50 years. I got my money back and went to Denny’s where I got what I ordered.

The bagels are grocery store quality. Its nice if you want a bagel and dont want to make it yourself. However, if you are looking for a legit boiled and baked delicious bagel I recommend Goldsteins Bagel Bakery in Arcadia.

It would be 5 stars if they didnt keep running out of their best coffee flavors. You cant go wrong with the Nova Lox bagel, especially with a side of potato salad!

I love their bagels! Good for breakfast or lunch. I always get their fresh squeezed orange juice and buy their pumpkin cream cheese in fall.

Weve been going here for awhile, always happy with my order. Last Saturday 10/5/19 we went in in the morning at about 10:30 am. No wait, no line. A few people already paying for their drinks, no food. Ordered last chocolate chip coffee cake in case. No one around. Placed order and paid. Waited for my order and coffee cake. People placed order AFTER us. Received order with no coffee cake, asked where it was, looked in case and it was gone. Asked where it went and no one knew? Girl who took order said she would look in the back for more. She came back and said there was none and asked if Id like something else in case. I asked for an explanation and was ignored. No apology for the mistake on her part. Asked for money back instead. Im annoyed, but understand things happen. I think a simple explanation and an apology was due. Nada.Came home to write an email to Einsteins customer service. Wanted to let them know that I felt their staff could have handled it better. Want nothing in return, wont be going back. A week later, still no response. Not a we are sorry for your experience, nothing. Really? Is that how yall do business?? Yall need to step up your bagel game because right now its weak. A simple apology cost you nothing and would have smoothed my ruffled feathers. Then, I do as you ask in making my complaint and then I am ignored? Good manners must not be a high priority for your company. I then understood why your employees have no manners because corporate has no manners either. Tsk tsk tsk.....for shame. No more smear for me.

This has to be the most poorly run store ever.Customers need to line up twice in two separate lines. Once to order, then again to pay. Why??Then you wait and wait and wait for your order to actually be completed.The food is actually quite good, but not worth the wait.

I really enjoyed the fresh bagel however the system needs improving. And the employees attitudes needs some adjusting. Would I come back.....probably not this location.

This establishment puts little importance on customer service. After we ordered and were seated outside to eat the manager came and inquired about what food we had in the bags, insinuating that we were given an extra sandwich and should turn it ovwr. Well I didnt have any extra sandwich, and if I did it was none of his business or not his right to look in my bag. I would give this place a 2 thumbs down.

Ordered garlic bagel got onion. Found dog fur on my pizza bagel and something fuzzy green. Bottom of bagel burnt and top not cooked. Trash cans full to brim and bathroom dirty. Employees were NOT friendly. Took photos just in case. Didnt feel well later that night. Didnt see employees wash hands, probably cross-contaminated food.

Employee name ( Krystal ) was extremely rude to me while I was eating my lunch yesterday. I politely asked Krystal if she wouldnt sweep the floor directly in front of me while I was eating my lunch inside the store but she refused saying I dont care and continued to sweep directly in front of me anyways. I walked out of the store leaving my food on the table telling her God Bless You This location has unfriendly staff along with poor customer service. The $8 albacore tuna salad was my favorite until yesterday.

Unapologetic-- messed up my order because an employee took it wrong. Cashier, Grace and manager both fault me, were both dismissive and unapologetic. After employee realized the order was mistaken, communications between employee, cashier, and manager were lagged--> more time wasted. Little effort was made to explain to the customer what was going on. Cashier even held my credit card even refused to give it back briefly (2-3 min). Disappointed.
