The staff is very friendly and helpful. I knew what I was looking for but didnt know how to find it on the shelves. Without any hesitation, they helped me find exactly what I needed.
When I gave the cashier my number, a different name and address came up and she quickly reached her hand over and pressed confirm on the screen for me even though I told her that wasn’t my info. Seems like they’re putting in their own numbers and stealing customers points.Also they close the store whenever they feel like it. The hours are clearly posted on the door but I’ve gone 30 to 45 minutes before the supposed closing times and the door was already locked.

I am very unhappy with this store. I went in there earlier today and bought my wife a hair straightener and after talking to a friend about the one I bought, she told me, I should of bought a different brand. So I went back to the store to exchange it for the better one and I was told that I couldnt exchange it do to COVID-19. Now the problem I have is.. They just sold it to my not even a few hours ago. but I couldnt exchange it for a more expensive one.. (It hadnt even been removed from the box)
The cashier there was so very helpful, the place was clean, will be back.

Im very happy with Atelier. Ive been coming here for years and have been very satisfied. The shop is clean, well decorated and have friendly staff. Ive been getting compliments on my hair every time from friends to strangers as well. Well worth he visit.

Love the store but the workers at the location on Main St. Pasadena TX 77506 suck they follow you around everywhere and they always dumb like there rushing you and 3 times I asked them questions about what to do to my hair and they told me the widest things to do n would of really messed my hair up bad if I would of tribe what they told me to. and theyre prices could be a little better seriously I hope Sallys pricing people take that into consideration.thanks love yall always Sallys

I usually shop online. But I always love Sallys Beauty Supply. Not only that but while I was there I researched prices for the same product online. For this product it was actually way more expensive online. just a little heads up✌
They need to abide by the prices. Or fix their prices and their locations. And have a smarter cashier in the front desk. Otherwise pretty good. :)

I love Sallys but this location is horrible the area for African American is extremely small I been to grocery stores with better selections
The sales people didnt know what products they do and dont have. They overcharged me in my purchase and tried to refuse to give me a refund, even though I never left the store. Ill gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Every time I go there the employees are always very rude and they basically follow you around and dont allow you any privacy... I personally feel like Im being treated like a thief.. They continuously ask if you need help and if you dont they eyeball you the rest of the time youre in there. And when you do ask for help, they dont know enough about the industry to give you advice
Okay, I have have had it with this store! Associates are racist (against Caucasian) and rude!!! They will blatantly wait on hispanic customers speaking only in Spanish, and speak to whites only after they have waited on everyone else! The manager used every excuse in the book....my blonde hair was the last, as to why the colour washes out in two days!!!! Give me a break! Just goes to show racism is no longer a white issue only!!!!! This is the 5th time these people have been dismissive and RUDE!!!!
Has gotten to be one of the worst Sallys ever. Service is bad, employees are not knowledgeable of their products, they do not answer the phone and they are racist.

Every time I come here the person working here always seems to be talking to somebody while Im waiting in line to checkout. They know Im there but choose to ignore me.
The ladies that work so hard there to put off their way to help their clients. Plus people dont realize they have to place product on the shelves!

I went on Thursday, 12/31/2020Lets see what they had on offer, and they had nothing, I bought a spray on glosser, and the cashier who attended me, charged the product, I left it next to the box, which has been on the other side of me, and by protocols of the pandemic I cant put my hand through the protective glass. She left my product there, took some jars from the store and went out to put them on the shelf, I asked her, isnt my product going to pass me to this side of the glass (protector)? and she told me sorry I always forget, and I reached for it, I asked her, are you not going to put it in a bag for me? No, why do I have to charge you for the bag. 🤑I hadnt been to Sally for a while, because every time I go I buy a lot, but they are still sending me many E-mails with offers, thats why I went, but with the way that employee treated me, I didnt want to go back.
1 I give a star to the attention given to me on Sunday by the girl who was one with red hair, I asked her about a product in Spanish and she told me where she was and I asked for help on quality and she told me that she did not speak Spanish, she did not want to I was very disappointed to attend to me since I am a very regular customer because I buy all my products there. They should look for people with more education
