Gave me a hard time just to get an account with them as a student in cosmo . Their customer service needs improvement and they need to leave whatever code it is to set up an account with EVERY EMPLOYEE instead of certain ones. . . I went 3 times just to set up an account and I was turned away .... even after me bringing in my OG Time card thats up to date. get it together !😒
