Lovely taproom right at the train Depot. (Stone has a penchant for train-side taprooms. Makes sense with all the foot traffic!)Anyway, plenty of space, great staff, and of course wonderful selection of Stone taps. An additional bonus of this taproom is while they carry all the Stone “staple” beers, at least a third of the taps are small batch or one-offs from the Liberty Station and Napa breweries.Growler fills available for almost everything on, and add a great cooler full of bottles and cans, plus merch, this is all every fan of Stone beer needs. (Minus the food).So, bring your own food, relax, and enjoy what this amazing taproom has to offer you. Even Farley the Golden loves it here, so bring your best friend to the patio also!

One of my very favorite places on the planet. Picked up a new growler, filled with fresh nectar, and a couple bottles of the 2021 Wootstout. A convenient location with a great selection of top notch beers. Fast service, knowledgeable staff. Stone rules!!

The lady and gentleman serving my friend and I were very kind and courteous. The stout is delicious!. Unfortunately, the bar keep at the time was not very friendly. Without asking, he closed my tab after my friend and I each drank two beers and shared one pizza. This person also assumed that I wanted to provide him with a 20 percent tip!!!!!I asked why my tab was closed and the bar keep rudely said, I closed it because I thought you were done.I asked for my tab to be reopened because I wanted to adjust the tip amount. Thankfully the other staff reopened and refunded my tip.

Righteously helpful staff, wonderful atmosphere, and endlessly unique beers. We’ve visited multiple times during Pasadena excursions, and this is always on our list. Thank you to the staff for always being welcoming, and props to Stone for opening a very inviting atmosphere in Old Town Pasadena!

Service and selection are top notch. The only drawback is parking (I use the del Mar station, but its paid) and seating is limited. Especially on a holiday weekend like today. But the staff is friendly, patient and the beer is great.

Located at the train station in downtown Pasadena is the Stone Company Store. A lot of the good beer you would have to make a trip down to San Diego to have on tap in a super convenient spot. It is within spitting distance of everything downtown as well. We always make sure to visit when we are in the area, it is a must visit!

I only go here to get fills on my growlers and crowlers. Love the fact the 64oz fills are around 5 bucks more than the 32 cans (so buy their glass folks). The food (today) was pizza so not sure they switch it out but wouldnt sit if I was forced to order food. Also THEY ARE DOING REFILLS.EDIT: So guess it is always pizza from the comment. So if you got friends coming take a seat and grab some brews and some pizza. I get terrible heart burn from pizza so Ill keep going to get my growlers filled.

Obviously its not as cool as going to Escondido or a full Brewery but this place has a lot of options and is very nice for a quick stop.

Whenever you go to a stone brewery you can always expect the same level of service and quality. It never disappoints. The crew is always in a good mood and that makes the beer taste so much better.

The beer was good, one of the guys working was kind of rude tho. I was ordering one more beer and while I had been there for a while, he told me I the 90 minute time had run out. So I paid and left and don’t know if I’ll be back. Very disappointed in the customer service I received here

Manager had to bail out clerk because clerk did not know how to use contactless site. Manager fixed order and the benefit of this place is it is light rail friendly from downtown l.a.

One of my favorite beer places

I been coming here for the past year and I absolutely love this place! Everybody who works there is very nice, especially James! Everytime I been there, he has always taken care of me and my friends/family. The atmosphere is fantastic and the prices are quite reasonable! Awesome place!

A great little store with a ton of merchandise. So many shirts to choose from and in all sort of designs. They also have very interesting bottles. Their growlers are circular, not sure if that helps the beer but it sure is aesthetically pleasing. They also sell giant insulated thermos so you can take your beer anywhere. Also interestingly enough they also sell dog treats that is made from the malt they used to make the beer. There is also a great collections of beer literature. Everything is so well thoughtfully picked out and I wanted to by all the things!

Seems like they always have about 20 taps going. Lots of great IPA s...and a very tasty Brown to boot. Staff always knowledgeable and helpful. Great pizza next door you can order over. That Establishment also only charges a small corkage fee if u bring over your Growler...just off Metro if you live Easterly...Have been a fan since day 1.

One of the best craft breweries in the world. The taproom is great way to introduce yourself to craft beer and taste the different kinds of beer. I would recommend going with friends and trying a few.They also sell growlers, howlers and crowlers for those who want to fill up and enjoy it at home. The only negative is they close at 10pm and last call is at 9:30.

Great place for stone fans or even beer fans in general. I love to go try their seasonal and limited brews. I typically try a few samplers before I decide what to take home.It is also great that it is located right next to the Metro Gold Line in case you dont feel like driving like I do sometimes.

The staff here is always great: Knowledgeable, practiced and friendly. Have them make you a big can growler-- They attach the top with this big spinning machine that looks like it was taken from an old ship. The beer is mega-hoppy, and you can do it outside and watch the metro trains stop and go. And you can order pizza from next door. Nice, right?

Great little taproom that has the classic Stone beers with a rotating selection that is almost never the same twice. Also offers merch and growler fills. The staff is always extremely friendly and tbh, I dont even like Stone beer very much, but this taproom keeps me coming back with its charm and rotating selection. All the furniture is also made out of barrels which is sometimes cool and sometimes uncomfortable. Worth checking out at least once.

My favorite place to drink in Pasadena. The beers are delicious, you can purchase single large tasters, food ordered from the pizza place across the way will be delivered in store, and easy parking is underground. Also, the staff is just about the nicest bunch youve ever met

They dont accept any in person orders or payments. You have to use an app and pay a service charge, even if you go in person. Not worth it to me.

Great beer selection on tap. I love biking here (theres bike parking adjacent to their shop), filling up a growler of the latest brew and heading out. Friendly service and neat Stone swag you can buy on the way out.

Having been to their Escondido and San Diego (Liberty Station) locations, I might have just gone in with high expectations. Their beer, of course, gets 5 stars. The service was 3 stars. I try to be empathetic to the staff, and not ask very much. After waiting patiently in line and asking about the dunkel, I got an annoyed answer of, “it’s a German dunkel”, so I just quickly ordered something and got out of their hair. The bathrooms get 1 star. You’d think you were in a gas station restroom off the highway.

Been here a couple times, it does get pretty packed. Aside from a bunch of plaid wearing sheep, the atmosphere is good. Always a good assortment of beers on tap.

Showed up with 5 buds went up to get last round there was two beers left on the table the girl at the bar said wait till your pals finish thier beers so they did went back in and she said were not serving anymore last call was 5 min ago. A notice that last call was going to be called in 5 min would have been nice. Not good for first time visiting. The place next door that sells pizza is great!

Growler refill, without having to go down to San Diego county. Theyll tap all your old Stone favorites, such as Ruination, Enjoy By, IPA, etc. as well as some of your hard to find Stone beers. Theyll sell the collaboration beers here as well.They also have shirts, glasses, all with the gargoyle.Parking is available underground.

Great place to go with a few friends and have some tasty beers. You can get their beers in as little as a 4oz all the way up to a pint. They have rotating seasonal beers that Stone brewery makes and also some souvenirs to buy for friends there.

Excellent brewery based out of the San Diego area with a convenient location in Old Town Pasadena near the Raymond metro stop/parking garage. You can get beer to drink at their location, or fill up a growler to-go. Compared to other breweries Ive been to in the LA area, I think their growler fill-ups are more expensive but if youre into Stone, its worth it.

The staff was awesome and the beer was delicious!! Great atmosphere and some of the nicest people I’ve meet in Cali! Definitely recommend this place!!

I know, not local to LA. But... IPAs are off the chart. I grab one of their growlers and everyone loves it.

Convenient parking at station and loads of experimental IPAs are both a plus, but many of the brews were flat, and I had the feeling I was at a corporate brewer with loads of merchandise lining the walls. Indoor and outdoor seating just ok.

Stone never disappoints. They are always being there best beers around!

This Tap Room is an amazing place to get a growler fill up at a great price with constantly changing brews at a price that is half of the retail. nice hangout spot and you can get the pizza at luggage room deliver to your patio table.

Quality beer. If you are a fan of Stone Brewery then this place is a must. They specialize in IPAs but they make other beers as well. They dont serve food, but you can get that close by.

Their beers tend to be a bit too happy for my taste but still they make some great brews.

Order some pizza from Luggage Room Pizzeria across the way and have it brought over to your table to enjoy with your brew! Tastings here are only $1.50/4 oz, so you can kick back with some friends and try a few new brews for under $10.00, easy peasy. Stone is known for their hoppy IPAs but I find myself leaning towards the stouts and porters. Im on the lookout for their seasonal and limited edition brews such as the vanilla bean porter the the mint chocolate stout, which unfortunately were not available the last time I dropped by. Parking is 90 minutes free in the adjacent structure.
