I would like to leave a review for the team at Total Wine. I lost my ID and when I called in to inquire about it, the team there tried to track it down for me.Drake (Manager) provided excellent customer service by bringing up video surveillance of my transaction showing me putting my ID back into my wallet. My overall experience at this location went well short of this hiccup. I will definitely be coming back.

Had an amazing day here. Walked in with an old bottle of alcohol from my uncles stash. He was 102.4 years old when he passed. Two years later I pull out this bottle to get some history and to buy more. Turns out, I got a history lesson on it, holding one of the original bottles, pictured here. Thats what I love. Come for alcohol, leave with history on the brand. TWM, YOU ROCK!

My first time here and Im like a kid in a candy store! In my opinion, better than Bevmo due to the huge selection. Giant liquor department, plus they stock alcohol free liquors and wines! And, of course, all your cocktail mixers. Will be coming back!

Great selection of NA beers. I found some really tasty ales and a Belgian cream ale that was so good I forgot it didnt contain much if any alcohol. I will say they have a friendly staff but warning: Dont trust the recommendations as I know the employees are told to push certain items.Dont like sales folks pushing brands on me I ask some ones opinion I want an honest answer not something they are supposed to say cause the store wants to push a particular item. Bogus. Beware.

Great location and super helpful staff. Parking lot in the back. I’ve never had a bad time at Total Wine & More. If their tasting bar was open I might not leave. Everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. I learn something new about spirits every time I come in. I picked up a whole cart full of goodies for a Bloody Mary Brunch Backyard Party. I even got specialty non alcoholic spirits and mixers so we can make Virgin Micheladas with Bloody Gerry & Topo Chico and Virgin Bloody Marys with Bloody Gerry and Seedlip Garden 106. Lots of great pickled toppings too! I will be back.

I am from the Houston Texas area. I went to go visit family in California. Los Angeles to be exactly. I wanted to try some Old Camp by Florida Georgia line. This place had it and it was at a reasonable price. I think all the beer and liquor in California is less expensive than Texas. I give this place a five star because what I wanted was there and the people working were very helpful and nice.

Great in options...____________________________________________________________As I have no proper space to reply, let me explain that the 4 stars was not because of the selection. Its just because your mailing system is one of t he very worse I ever saw. It was annoying getting sometimes more than one email on the same day offering alcohol. I was forced to opt out. You guys have a larger selection than Bevmo, but they certainly have a much better marketing plan than you guys. A simple weekly email - with all you might need in term of offers.

Mitzi was Super knowledgeable in the craft beer section. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. Her personality is super nice and shes a pleasure to be around with. Huge selection of wines and on point with their online ordering service! There was an employee who had the best customer service and attitude out of everyone there. Wish I remembered his name. Was it Jerry? He was a young black man who was super polished and easy to talk to. He made my first experience there the best and I’ll be coming back again because of him!

Very..... Large.... Warehouse/store... With lots and lots of variety. Some items a bit pricey, but you can browse around and find new drinks to try. Some bottles not in the realm of pricing for mere mortals... Good selection though. They dont have Salitos beer with tequila though... I dont think anybody this side of the pond/world sells it... Only in Berlin so far...

This place has almost all of the beverages, of each type, that you could possibly need. I say almost because they do sell out, so you need to strike fast. Beyond that, the staff really enjoys their work. It shows in how they approach customers and the knowledge they share in the areas they focus in. Im always happy when I leave. This is the place to go for whatever alcohol you are looking for.

I have seriously never had a bad experience here. Ive re-read this first sentence a few times now. Thats a really pessimistic compliment and should be reframed. I have only had positive experiences here.The prices are consistent for the area but the service compared to other places is the reason I come back. The selection is vast. My comfort zone is bourbon and scotch. Im still overwhelmed by the selection, but I at least have my bearing in those aisles.Champagne is another story though. I was lost in that aisle while being overwhelmed by selection. A staff member came up and gave me three options hed had personal experience with that were at my price point. Either this dude is a savant or Total Wine makes a point of educating their staff on their product. Maybe its a little bit of both, but I got the same feeling when I was in the scotch aisle. I knew what I wanted there, but the person in that aisle, she knew right where it was even though I was looking for a less well known brand.My impression is that Total Wine hires well and continues education, but they sell at a volume that allows them to price competitively. Im looking forward to my next visit.

Tons and tons of wines to choose from. I find that the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful when I go there to pick out wines. So far their recommendations of wines I haven’t tried yet have been excellent choices – and many of these great wines have been around $10!

Great place for what youre looking for.

This was my first time coming to wine and more stores.It was a surprise to me how massive the inside was, considering how small it seems to look from the outside or just driving by. They have a multitude of selections of beverages to choose from. Its almost overwhelming to see all that.

Knowledgeable staff, excellent friendly customer service with unparalleled selection and decent prices. Love this place. I needed to purchase some sake (which I know almost nothing about) and called them for recommendations. Drake was super helpful and knew his sake and put 3 bottles he recommended in the cooler ready for me to pick up in 30 minutes. I was in and out in 5 minutes after he personally brought them to the front and gave me notes on each. Have needed recommendations on several occasions over the past couple of years both in person and over the phone and they have offered exceptional service on each occasion and been right on the money. Keep doing what your doing Total Wine & More!

I ordered for delivery. I live in NY and needed 3 bottles to be delivered in LA. Only 1 delivery was successful!!!On the app/ website they asked for the recipient name, email address and phone number, but the delivery driver call me, in NY to let me know he was outside, in LA. With the time difference, when I saw / heard the message it was too late, the bottle was back to the store.For the second delivery, it was impossible to scan my niece ID. Impossible for her to keep the bottle, even if she is well over 21. The bottle went back to the store too.For both orders, I had my money back for the bottles and the tips very quickly, but still have to pay for the unsuccessful deliveries.My love ones didn’t get their Christmas gift.Very frustrated and disappointed!Since then, I ordered online and my niece picked up in the store. She was very impressed by the store : huge selection and very helpful staff!

We were out in Pasadena and my wife remembered she wanted to get a gift for her mom. She saw an ad for a new product from Crown Royal that would be perfect. I walked into the store which was very clean by the way. I was walking down an aisle looking for the product. Then I heard a voice asking me if I needed assistance. I explained what I was looking for. The staff person took me right to the spot saving me time wandering around. And it was alo easy to check out. There were at least 3-4 check stands open. There werent too many customers but it helped with social distancing and it made my shopping experience nicer. I appreciate they were staffed enough to have help on the sales floor and at check out. I will definitely shp here again.

Its the home depot of alcohol, the adult candy Land. Not super crowded at all. Friendly staff extra friendly cashier, atmosphere is very relaxing best part of all, THEY HAVE EVERYTHING ON ONE PLACE. Even variety of chips and chocolate aaaand cigars. Why drive around when you can go here and find everything you need and then some. Highly recommend it 😁👍

I checked on line for the availability. It also listed the aisle location. Free parking behind the store was available even though it was a few days before Christmas and on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena. What luck! Four stars because the sale price wasnt rung up and fortunately I noticed it before walking out of the store. That snag added about 10 minutes or more to my day.

I love Total Wine! Its like an amusement park of liquor. They have hard to find items and an expansive collection.We are able to find The Classic Laddie where no one else has it. Staff is friendly.

This place is massive! Hard to imagine a store this big (used to be Office Depot) filled top to bottom with alcohol!Was told they have wine and beer tastings starting Thurs so Ill have to come back for that.Prices were decent. Saw a few price tags that claimed to be cheaper than bevmo.Costco may still be cheaper... But you cant beat the selection here.

I didnt expect to see such a wide selectin of products, from wines, spirits and beers. The staff was extremely knowledgeable when we inquired about a specific kind of spirit and it was an easy checkout at the registers. Id recommend this place to anyone, and will most likely be back even though I do not live in the neighborhood.
